WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Jaba' village junction then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 11:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Al-Shiekh Jarah neighborhood in Jerusalem city then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 11:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Eizariya town and clashed with several residents.
2. At 20:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village and clashed with several residents.

Detention

At dawn on May 8th 2017, Israeli forces detained 5 residents: Mohammad Al-Bayoumi, Mohammad Najeeb, Waheeb Al-Katab, Alaa Najeeb and Abdallah Al-Joulani in the old city of Jerusalem.

Attack

1. At 11:00, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Al-Eizariya town.
2. At 19:00, Israeli forces positioned near Bab Al-Amoud area in the old city of Jerusalem opened fire towards the child :Fatima Affif Abdel-Rahman Hajiji {16 years old}{A resident of Qarwat Bani Zied village in Ramallah & Al-Bireh District} and as a result killed her.
3. At 20:00, Israeli forces stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Al-Eisawiya village.

Killings

The child Fatima Affif Abdel-Rahman Hajiji {16 years old}{A resident of Qarwat Bani Zied village in Ramallah & Al-Bireh District} was killed after Israeli forces opened fire towards her near Bab Al-Amoud area in the old city of Jerusalem.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 08:30, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police forces stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem and provoked worshiper.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 12:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint beneath Yabroud village bridge then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 14:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Shuqba village junction then searched residents and vehicles.

Settlers Attacks

At 08:10, a group of Israeli settlers escorting a bulldozer stormed land in Turmus'aya village and attempted to level a plot of land before local residents were able to chase them away from the area.

JENIN

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 15:10,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Qabatiya town and Masaliyat village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 23:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Sanour village and detained a resident.

Detention

Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint near Sanour village detained Alaa Saleem Salim Sawafta {A resident of Tubas city}.

Settlers Attacks

On the evening of May 7th 2017, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of the Israeli Military stormed the area of "Tarsala" settlement which was abandoned and conducted Talmudic rituals in the area and chanted racist slogans against Arabs.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 15:50 and again at 20:00, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 21:10.

Flying Checkpoints

At 19:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Ramin village junction then searched residents and vehicles until 20:20.

Raid

At dawn on May 8th 2017, Israeli forces raided Far'un village and detained 4 residents.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 4 residents: Yusef Wasfi Faraj, Fathi Hatem Badeer, Haytham Ziyad Odwan and Fadi Mahmoud Badeer in Far'oun village.

QALQILIYA

Raid

1. At 02:00, Israeli forces raided Haja village, clashed with several residents as they stormed a home and a Barber shop then confiscated surveillance camera footage.
2. At 03:45, Israeli forces raided Qalqilya city, detained 2 residents {Including a Civil Defense force officer} then withdrew at 06:10.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Jameel Mohammad Jamil Abdel-Rahman and Mus'ab Ma'zouz Ahmad Dalal in Qalqilya city.

Attack

At 02:00, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning as they as they stormed and searched a home a and a barber shop during their raid into Haja village.

Confiscation of Property

At 02:00, Israeli forces confiscated surveillance video footage from a home and barbershop owned by Khader Masalha and Yasser Rabi' during their raid into Haja village.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

At 19:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beit Furiq town then searched residents and vehicles until 22:30.

Raid

1. At 21:05, Israeli forces raided Sabastiya village and clashed with several residents.
2. At 22:15, Israeli forces raided Qusra village and clashed with several residents then withdrew at 22:40.

Attack

1. At 21:05, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Sabastiya village.
2. At 22:15, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Qusra village

Settlers Attacks

At 11:40, a group of Israeli settlers stormed agricultural land in Al-Muraba'a area located near Tel village then withdrew at 14:45.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

At 07:20 on May 8th 2017, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the south entrance of Kafr Al-Dik town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 10:40, Israeli forces raided Kafil Harris town, stormed the home of Tayssir Mohammad Salah and confiscated surveillance camera footage from the home then withdrew at 14:15.

Confiscation of Property

At 10:40, Israeli forces confiscated surveillance camera footage from the home of Tayssir Mohammad Salah during their raid into Kafil Harris town.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the south entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles until 09:40.
2. At 12:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the north entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles until 13:15.

Temporary Detention

At 14:15, Israeli forces positioned at Allenby bridge temporarily detained Rama Mahmoud Shafiq Shamrawi {A Palestinian Police officer} then released her at 17:30.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 24:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Khader town then searched residents and vehicles until 00:30.

Raid

At 01:25, Israeli forces raided Teqou' town , detained 3 residents {including a child} then withdrew at 04:10.

Detention

1. At 11:00, Israeli forces detained Issam Musa Mohammad Hamidan {A resident of Handaza area located in South Bethlehem city}
2. Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Mahmoud Ali Khalil Sabah {16 years old}, Ja'far Yusef Hussien Sabah and Yassin Yusef Hussien Sabah in Teqou' town.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:30, Israeli forces set up 2 checkpoints at the North entrance of Hebron city and along Halhul town bridge then searched residents and vehicles until 10:20
2. At 21:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Hebron city then searched residents and vehicles until 22:30.

Raid

1. At 00:35, Israeli forces raided Hebron city, detained 4 residents then withdrew at 04:45.
2. At dawn on May 8th 2017, Israeli forces raided Beit Ummar town, stormed and searched several homes, summoned 2 residents: Ahmad Khalil Hashim and Rami Bassam Khalil Za'aqiq to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.

Detention

1. At 10:10, Israeli forces positioned near Al-Ibrahimi mosque compound in the old city of Hebron detained Mahmoud Ahmad Al-Rajabi {A resident of Hebron city}.
2. Israeli forces detained 4 residents: Munjid Nader Mohammad Qawasmeh, Malik Al-Natsheh, Omar Obied and Sayf Al-Islam Qafshiyeh in Hebron city.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the sea port and airports and on May 3rd 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south boarder of the Gaza strip.

• Israeli forces broke the ceasefire agreement by raiding and opening fire towards Gaza district.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Rafah district.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Raid

At 06:30 on May 7th 2017, Israeli forces escorting Military bulldozers stormed 50 m into the vicinity of Al-Tufah neighborhood in east Gaza city and opened fire as they levelled a plot of land then withdrew at 08:00.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is is partially open for the entry of 1458 residents returning to the Gaza strip.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entry of goods, fuel, construction material for the private sector and internationally funded projects

Attack

On the evening of May 7th 2017, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Rafah city.
