Daily Report May 9, 2017

At 22:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Malee Adumim" settlement junction and detained a University student.

1. At dawn May 8th 2017, Israeli forces detained Sa'ed Ayash in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city.
2. At dawn on May 8th 2017, Israeli forces detained Iz-Al-Din Mahmoud Atwan in Sur Baher village.
3. Israeli forces positioned near "Malee Adumim" settlement junction detained Amro Omar Yusef Obied {A University Student} {A resident of Ramallah city}.

At 22:00, Israeli forces positioned near the North junction of Al-Ram town fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.

At 08:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police forces stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem and provoked worshiper.

At 03:15, a group of Israeli settlers stormed Al-Sahil area located in Shu'fat neighborhood in Jerusalem city slashed the tires of 17 vehicles owned by Palestinian residents and also spray painted Price Tag graffiti and racist slogans on the vehicles.

At 00:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Kobar village then searched residents and vehicles until 02:00.

At 22:15, Israeli forces raided Ein Yabroud village and clashed with several residents.

At 14:30, Israeli forces detained Mahmoud Salah Nayah Al-Khawaja {A resident of Ni'lin town}.

1. At 14:00, Israeli forces positioned near the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result injured a resident.
2. At 22;15, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Ein Yabrud village.

At 20:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beit Lid town then searched residents and vehicles.

At 02:30, Israeli forces raided Nur Al-Shams camp in Tulkarem city, detained a resident then withdrew at 04:30.

At 08:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.

1. At 01:00, Israeli forces raided Jayyous town, detained 2 residents then withdrew at 02:15.
2. At 02:00, Israeli forces raided Qalqilya city, clashed with several residents then withdrew at 06:10

Israeli forces detained Jihad Subhi Kharisheh and Amro Jihad Saleem in Jayyous town.

1. At 21:15, Israeli forces positioned at the entrance of Azzun town fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result left a resident hospitalized with injuries.
2. At 02:00, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Qalqilya city.

At 00:55, Israeli forces raided Nablus city and Balata camp in the city,stormed and searched 3 steel mills, detained a residents from the camp then withdrew at 05:25.

1. At 22:15, Israeli forces detained Jihad Mustafa Arraf Qaddus {A resident of Burin village} for alleged stoning.
2. Israeli forces detained Sa'ed Abdul-Ra'uf Majdalawi in Balata camp in Nablus city.

1. At 01:00, Israeli forces raided Harris village, stormed a home , summoned Muntasir Kayed Daoud to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning then withdrew at 01:30.
2. At 01:30, Israeli forces raided Kafil Harris town.

1. At 10:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the south entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles until 10:40.
2. At 11:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles until 12:40.
3. At 02:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the Dead Sea junction then searched residents and vehicles until 03:10.

1. At 16:05, Israeli forces raided Al-Oja village and temporarily detained Raghab Ahmad Mohammad Shawamra then released her at a later time.
2. At 19:25, Israeli forces raided Al-Zabidat village , detained 2 residents then withdrew at 20:55.
3. At 06:45, Israeli forces raided Al-Jiftlik village, demolished 2 trailers{ 1 used for residential purposes and the other used as a live stock den} owned by Salem Odah Ali Ka'abna and Odah Odah Ali Ka'abna for allegedly being built with out a licence.

Israeli forces detained Mohammad Hussien Kan'ani and Ayman Masarwah in Al-Zibidat village.

At 16:05, Israeli forces temporarily detained Raghab Ahmad Mohammad Shawamra during their raid into Al-Oja village then released her at a later time.

At 06:45, Israeli forces demolished 2 trailers{ 1 used for residential purposes and the other used as a live stock den} owned by Salem Odah Ali Ka'abna and Odah Odah Ali Ka'abna during their raid into Al-Jiftlik village for allegedly being built with out a licence.

1. At 08:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Teqou' town then searched residents and vehicles until 09:35.
2. At 08:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Nashash area junction {located at the south entrance of Bethlehem city} then searched residents and vehicles until 16:20.

At 11:20 and again at 01:25, Israeli forces raided Teqou' town, stormed a secondary school, threatened school administration officials{ for alleged students throwing stones towards Israeli settler vehicles}, detained 2 residents {including a child} and summoned Jum'a Hussien Abdel-Jalil to report to Israeli Intelligence officers for questioning then withdrew at 02:50.
2. At 18:55, Israeli forces raided Husan village, stormed a home then withdrew at 19:10.
3. At 01:20, Israeli forces raided Nahalin village, stormed and searched 2 homes then withdrew at 02:20.

1. At 20:00, Israeli forces positioned near "Betar Aliyat" settlement detained Hamoudeh Lafi Shusha {A resident of Husan village}.
2. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Riyad Aref Dakhlalah Al-Amour {14 years old} and Musa Mohammad Al-Amour in Teqou' town.

At 08:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Samou' town then searched residents and vehicles.

1. At 00:25, Israeli forces raided Dura town, detained 7 residents {including a child} then withdrew at 05:40.
2. At dawn on May 9th 2017, Israeli forces raided Hebron city and detained 2 residents.

Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

1. At 06:20 on May 8th 2017, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.
2. At 20:00 on May 8th 2017, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town and as a result left a resident injured with a fractured arm after Israeli Naval vessels rammed the fishing boat.
