WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Detention

1. At 15:50, the Israeli occupation forces detained the citizen: Mutassim Siam, in Bab Al-Amoud area in Jerusalem.
2. On the evening of 10/31/ 2021, the Israeli occupation forces positioned in the city of Jerusalem, detained the citizen: Uday Derbas - a resident of Al-Isawiya village.
3. At 21:30,the Israeli occupation forces positioned in the village of Al-Isawiya detained the citizen: Karam Muhammad Alyan.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 08:30, groups of extremist Israeli settlers, under the protection of the Israeli occupation police, stormed the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque, and made provocative tours of its courtyards and facilities.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 11:00, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint near the roundabout of Rawabi city, to search vehicles and check the identities of citizens.
2. At 21:00, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to Silwad town, to search vehicles and check the identities of citizens.

Raid

1. At 04:00, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Ni'lin, detained 5 civilians, and withdrew at 06:30.
2. At 05:00, the Israeli occupation forces raided al-Jalazun camp, and detained 4 citizens (including a citizen and 2 of his sons - a the National Security Force officer).

Detention

1. The five detainees in Ni'lin are: Abdul Raziq Firas Al-Khawaja, Omar Talal Sorour, Rani Nidal Al-Khawaja, Muhammad Jamal Al-Khawaja, and Ahmed Awad Sorour.
2. The four detainees in the Jalazoun camp are: Maarouf Bages Nakhleh, Jamal Abu Sharifa, and his two sons, Mahdi Jamal Abu Sharifa, and Haitham Jamal Abu Sharifa.

1. On the morning of 10/31/2021, the Israeli occupation forces charged with guarding the apartheid wall near the town of Ni’lin fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards laborers while they were trying to enter to work inside the Green Line.
2. At 10:00, the Israeli occupation forces positioned near the eastern entrance to the village of Kafr Nima fired stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning.

Military Checkpoints

On the morning of 10/31/2021, the Israeli occupation forces closed the “Movo Dotan” checkpoint, located south of Yabad (on the main road between Jenin - Tulkarm), in front of traffic, and reopened it at a later time.

At 05:40, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Doha and the Dheisheh refugee camp in Bethlehem, and detained 2 citizens and handed the citizen: Muhammad Waheeb Al-Hayeh - a resident of the town of Doha, a notification for review by the Israeli intelligence.

Detention

1. At 18:00, the Israeli occupation forces detained 3 citizens: Omar Khaled Omar Ayyad {a residents of Artas village}, Uday Mohsen Abu Yabis {a resident of Deheisha camp}, and Ibrahim Khaled Jamil Ziada {a residents of Deheisha camp} in the Cremisan area, north of Beit Jala. .

• At 02:00 on 05/21/ 2021, the comprehensive ceasefire entered into force at the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
• On the morning of 07/30/ 2021, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the marine fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 12 nautical miles.
• The Israeli occupation forces violated the ceasefire, by raiding our areas and carrying out digging and bulldozing works in Khan Yunis governorate.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser Arafat International Airport: closed.
* Sofa crossing: closed.
* Kerem Shalom crossing - “Kerem Shalom”: on 10/31/ 2021 is partially open (for the entry of foodstuffs and goods, limited quantities of fuel and cooking gas, and building materials for the private sector and for internationally funded projects).
