Flying Checkpoints

At 03:50 on October 31st 2017, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Eizariya town {located near "Malee Adumim settlement roundabout} then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 04:30 on October 31st 2017, Israeli forces raided Qalandiya camp and detained a resident after storming and searching his home.
2. At 05:00 on October 31st 2017, Israeli forces raided Al-Ram town and detained a resident.
3. On October 31st 2017, Israeli forces raided Beit Duqqu village and detained a resident.

Detention

1. At 04:30 on October 31st 2017, Israeli forces detained Musa Mohammad Musa in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city.
2. At 04:30 on October 31st 2017, Israeli forces detained Salem Suliman Al-Khatib during their raid into Hizma town.
3. Israeli forces detained Mahmoud Al-Zier in Qalandiya camp.
4. Israeli forces detained Imad Mohammad Hassan Shawamra in Al-Ram town.
5. Israeli forces detained Shihab Yasser Daud in Beit Duqu village.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 09:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 11;25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Shuqba village and detained a resident.
2. At 12:17, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Atarah town bridge then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At dawn on October 30th 2017, Israeli forces raided Silwad town and detained 4 residents.
2. At 00:30, Israeli forces raided Qarwat Bani Zied village until 06:45.
3. At 00:35, Israeli forces raided Ramallah and Al-Bireh city, detained a resident then withdrew at 01:50.
4. At 02:50, Israeli forces raided Al-Bireh city and Al-Amari camp, detained a journalist in Al-Bireh city then withdrew at 03:55.
5. At 04:55, Israeli forces raided Jifna village and Al-Jalazoun camp, detained 3 residents {including a National Security Force Officer}.

Detention

1. At 09:50, Israeli forces detained Daud Mohammad Daud Al-Amalat {A resident of Ramoun village}.
2. Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint near the entrance of Shuqba village detained Ahmad Mo'ayad Al-Barghouthi {A resident of Deir Abu Mash'al village}.
3. Israeli forces detained 4 residents: Ahmad Hisham Ayad, Ra'fat Radwan Hamad, Asef Omar Abdel-Ghani Hamad and Omar Mohammad Yusef in Silwad town.
4. Israeli forces detained Wissam Ibrahim Hussien Al-Abid during their raid into Ramallah and Al-Bireh cities.
5. Israeli forces detained Bushra Jamal Al-Taweel {A Journalist} during their raid into Al-Bireh city.
6. Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Jihad Dabour, Salam Dabour and Subhi Aliyan {A journalist} during their raid into Al-Jalazoun camp.

Attack

At 16:45, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning near the entrance of Al-Jalazoun camp.

JENIN

Raid

1. At 10:25, Israeli forces raided Jenin city and its camps until 16:45.
2. At 03:50, Israeli forces raided Qabatiya and Maythaloun towns,Bi'r Al-Basha, Zababda, Masliyat, Sanour and Saris villages , stormed and searched several homes and detained 5 residents in Qabatiya town.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 5 residents: Basil Kamiel, Hamam Adnan Kameil, Ahmad Bassam Naji Abu Al-Rub, Osama Khalid Abu Al-Rub and Suhayeb Zakarna in Qabatiya town.

Destruction of Property

On the morning of October 31st 2017, Israeli forces demolished 4 stone cutting mills in Barta'a Al-Sharqiya village for allegedly being built without license.

TULKAREM

Raid

1. At 09:20, Israeli forces raided Zieta, Allar, Deir Al-Ghosoun, Bala' and Anabta towns until 14:50.
2. At 11:25, Israeli forces raided Tulkarem city and Far'oun village.
3. At 02:10, Israeli forces raided Shweikiya neighborhood in Tulkarem city, detained a resident then withdrew at 05:55.
4. At 02:20, Israeli forces raided Zeita and Allar towns, detained a resident in Allar town then withdrew at 05:50.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Adnan Ammar Ayash in Shwikiya neighborhood in Tulkarem city.
2. Israeli forces detained Fathi Sami Fathi Asrawi in Allar town.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 11:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Izbit Al-Tabib village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 13:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 09:40, Israeli forces raided Kafr Thulth town until 14:30.
2. At 01:20, Israeli forces raided Qalqilya city, detained a residents then withdrew at 05:50.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Mahmoud Talib Suliman Al-Ja'di in Qalqilya city.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

At 10:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Assira town junction then searched residents and vehicles until 11:30.

Raid

At 23:35, Israeli forces raided Nablus city as they escorted a group of Israeli settlers who stormed Joseph's tomb in the city,clashed with several residents and as a result injured 2 residents {including a child} and detained them as they withdrew at 04:55.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 2 residents {including a child}: Omar Ahmad Hamou {17 years old}{A resident of Balata camp} and Wael Samih Hashash {A resident of Balata camp} during clashes in Nablus city.

Attack

At 23:35, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result injured 2 residents including a child.

Injuries

Israeli forced injured Omar Ahmad Hamou {17 years old}{A resident of Balata camp} during clashes in Nablus city.

Settlers Attacks

On the morning of November 1st 2017, a group of Israeli settlers stole Olive harvest from 280 Olive trees owned by Saleem Daoud Abu Saft, Sabri Hamad Abu Saft, Abdel-Jaber Ameen Mustafa, Fihmi Mir'i and Bashir Salim in Deir Sharaf village located near "Shavi Shamron" settlement.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

At 12:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Zawiya town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 11:00, Israeli forces raided Bidya town until 11:25.

Closure of main Roads

At 19:00, Israeli forces closed the main road near the entrance of Deir Ballout town and impeded the free flow of traffic from both directions until reopening at a later time.

2. At 09:45, Israeli forces raided Al-Oja village until 10:50.

2. At 15:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Aqbat Hasna area located near the entrance of Husan village then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 17:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Jurat Al-Shama'a village then searched residents and vehicles.
4. At 23:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beit Jallah town then searched residents and vehicles until 00:50.

1. At 09:35, Israeli forces raided Beit Fajjar town, stormed 3 homes, detained a resident then withdrew at 10:50.
2. At 10:45, Israeli forces raided Um Salmouna village and detained 2 residents {including a child}.
3. At 05:35, Israeli forces raided Bethlehem city and Al-Duhisheh camp, clashed with several residents as they stormed several homes in the camp and as a result injured a resident, and detained 5 residents {including a child}.

1. At 02:35 on October 31st 2017, Israeli forces detained Daoud Awni Ibrahim Jawarish during their raid into Beit Jallah city.
2. At 15:20, Israeli forces detained Mahmoud Mohammad Fayad Bushnaq {A National Security force officer} near Kafr Itzyion settlement junction.
3. Israeli forces detained Ali Shihadeh Abdel-Azziz Dayriyah in Beit Fajjar town.
4. Israeli forces detained Mohammad Ruyad Mohammad Hayan {17 years old} and Murad Jihad Mohammad Hayan in Um Salmunah village.
5. Israeli forces detained 5 residents: Ahmad Omar Hussien Al-Atrash {16 years old}, Omran Mohammad Al-Atrash, Ra'fat Na'im Mohammad Abu Baker, Ismail Khalil Aliyan and Bassil Osama Abdel-Fattah Al-Aysiya in Al-Duhisheh camp in Bethlehem city.

Attack

At 05:35, Israeli forces fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Al-Duhisheh camp in Bethlehem city and as a result injured a resident.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured Islam Ibrahim Al-Masri during clashes in Al-Duhisheh camp in Bethlehem city.

Temporary Detention

At 15:00, Israeli forces positioned beneath Al-Khader town bridge {}located along the main road connecting the west villges of Bethlehem district} temporarily detained 2 children: Ramiz Nimr Ismail Subuh {13 years old} and Ali Mohammad Sa'ed Issa {13 years old} then released them at a later time.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 16:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Huwar area {located at the North entrance of Halhul town} then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 18:40, Israeli forces set up 2 checkpoints at the entrances of Beit Einoun village and Al-Nabi Yunis area {located along the main road connecting Bethlehem and Hebron districts} then searched residents and vehicles until 00:50.

Raid

1. At 01:15, Israeli forces raided Hebron city, Dura and Beit Awwa towns, confiscated a Bulldozer, detained a resident, confiscated 350 g of gold jewelry from a home in Dura town then withdrew at 05:15.
2. At 07:30, Israeli forces raided Beit Ummar town, stormed 3 homes and detained 2 children.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Malik Shaher Ramadan Hajja in Dura town.
2. Israeli forces detained 2 children: Ma'moun Hassan Mahmoud Al-Teti {14 years old} and Abdallah Bassam Mahmoud Al-Teti {14 years old} in Beit Ummar town.

Confiscation of Property

1. At 01:15, Israeli forces confiscated a Bulldozer owned by Awar Kafriya in Hebron city.
2. At 01:15, Israeli forces confiscated confiscated 350 g of gold jewelry owned by Shaher Ramadan Hajja from his home in Dura town.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza stripe and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles .

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entry of goods, fuel, construction material for the private sector and internationally funded projects.
