At 24:00, Israeli forces raided Anata town.

At 11:30, Israeli forces positioned at Shu'fat Military checkpoint detained Mahmoud Al-Shoubaki {A resident of Shu'fat camp}.

1. At 09:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Um Safa village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 23:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint beneath Ein Yabroud bridge then searched residents and vehicles.

1. At 12:35, Israeli forces raided Khirbithat Al-Misbah village.
2. At 02:25, Israeli forces raided Al-Mazra'a Al-Gharbiya village, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes, detained 5 residents { including a Journalist} then withdrew at 04:50.

1. Israeli forces detained 5 residents: Ali Ali Abu Laila, Adham Ibrahim Ladadwa, Mohammed Yousef Shreitah, Thaer Mohammed Yousef Shreitah {A journalist} and Yasser Mohammed Yousef Shreitah in Al-Mazra'a Al-Garbiya village.
2. Israeli forces detained Yahya Badr Abu Aliya in Al-Mugier village.

1. At 11:05, Israeli forces raided Al-Zababda and Qabatiya towns and Jalboun and Deir Ghazalat village.
2. At 22:45, Israeli forces raided Arraba , Kafr Ra'i and Fahmat villages until 23:15.
3. At 02:25, Israeli forces raided Qabatiya town, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes, detained 2 residents and confiscated 26000 NIS from the home of Jamal Hanatshat then withdrew at 06:00.

1. At 00:20 on October 31st 2018, Israeli forces detained Aladdin Abdel-Kareem Othamana during their raid into Faqu'a village {As mentioned in the previous report}.
2. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Mohammad Amjad Sa'ed Zakarna and Majid Mohammad Alawnah in Qabatiya town.

At 02:25, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Qabatiya town.

At 17:00, Israeli forces positioned at a military checkpoint detained Ramah Jallal Talib Bishirat {A resident of Tammun town} as he was travelling to Al-Jiftlik village in Jericho district.

On October 31st 2018, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

3. At 02:20, Israeli forces raided Qalqiliya city,clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched the home of Amjad Hantash and as a result injured a child and confiscated 1650 NIS from the home.

At 17:00, Israeli forces detained the child: Yassin Shabayta {17 years old}{A resident of Azzun town}.

1. At 12:50, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets,stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Kafr Qaddum village.
2. At 02:20, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets,stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Qalqiliya city and as a a child.

Israeli forces injured the child: Mohammad Mazen Nazal {17 years old} during clashes in Qalqiliya city.

At 23:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Deir Sharaf village then searched residents and vehicles.

1. At 17:50, Israeli forces raided Tel village until 18:15.
2. At 22:10, Israeli forces raided Bazariya village.
3. At 02:30, Israeli forces raided Nablus city and Askar camp, detained 2 residents in the camp and withdrew at 04:55.
4. At dawn on November 1st 2018, Israeli forces raided Kafr Qalil village, stormed and searched 2 homes and summoned 4 residents: Walid Saed Mansour, Qusay Yasser Amer, Arafat Yasser Amer, and Mohammed Taher Amer to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.

4. At 05:30, Israeli forces raided Bethlehem city and Duhisheh camp, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes , detained 2 residents {including a journalist} in Duhisheh camp then withdrew at 06:15.

Israeli forces detained Nidal Na'im Abu Akr and Mohammad Nidal Na'im Abu Akr in Duhisheh camp in Bethlehem city.

1. At 22;50, Israeli forces raided Hebron city.
2. At 00:50, Israeli forces raided Al-Thahriya town.
3. At 02:30, Israeli forces raided Halhul and Yatta towns and detained a resident in Halhul town.

Israeli forces detained Anas Sarsur in Halhul town.

At 18:05, Israeli forces positioned near Tarik Bin Ziyad school in the old city of Hebron fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

At 11:00, Israeli forces demolished 2 storage rooms owned by Jihad Burqan and Fadil Burqan in the Birien village located between Bani Na'im and Yatta towns for allegedly being built with out a licence.

1. At 09:20, a group of Israeli settlers positioned near Al-Ibrahimi mosque compound in the old city of Hebron assaulted Yacoub Abu Sha'ban who was later temporarily detained by Israeli forces and released at 09:45.
2. At 09:30, a group of Israeli settlers attacked several merchant shops in the old city of Hebron and damaged a goods owned by Abdel-Ra'uf Al-Muhtasib.

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is closed {with the exception for the entry of limited supplies of Diesel fuel for the the main electricity generator}.
