Flying Checkpoints

At 12:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Hizma town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 24:00, Israeli forces raided Anata town.

Detention

At 11:30, Israeli forces positioned at Shu'fat Military checkpoint detained Mahmoud Al-Shoubaki {A resident of Shu'fat camp}.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 10:30, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Um Safa village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 23:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint beneath Ein Yabroud bridge then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 12:35, Israeli forces raided Khirbithat Al-Misbah village.
2. At 02:25, Israeli forces raided Al-Mazra'a Al-Gharbiya village, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes, detained 5 residents { including a Journalist} then withdrew at 04:50.
3. At 04:10, Israeli forces raided Ramallah village until 04:50.
4. At 04:10, Israeli forces raided Al-Mughier village and detained a resident.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained 5 residents: Ali Ali Abu Laila, Adham Ibrahim Ladadwa, Mohammed Yousef Shreitah, Thaer Mohammed Yousef Shreitah {A journalist} and Yasser Mohammed Yousef Shreitah in Al-Mazra'a Al-Garbiya village.
2. Israeli forces detained Yahya Badr Abu Aliya in Al-Mugier village.

At 02:25, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Al-Mazra'a Al-Gharbiya village.

JENIN

Raid

1. At 11:05, Israeli forces raided Al-Zababda and Qabatiya towns and Jalboun and Deir Ghazalat village.
2. At 22:45, Israeli forces raided Arraba , Kafr Ra'i and Fahmat villages until 23:15.
3. At 02:25, Israeli forces raided Qabatiya town, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes, detained 2 residents and confiscated 26000 NIS from the home of Jamal Hanatshat then withdrew at 06:00.

Detention

1. At 00:20 on October 31st 2018, Israeli forces detained Aladdin Abdel-Kareem Othamana during their raid into Faqu'a village {As mentioned in the previous report}.
2. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Mohammad Amjad Sa'ed Zakarna and Majid Mohammad Alawnah in Qabatiya town.

Attack

At 02:25, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Qabatiya town.

Confiscation of Property

At 02:25, Israeli forces confiscated 26000 NIS from the home of Jamal Hassan Hanayshat during their raid into Qabatiya town.

TUBAS

Detention

At 17:00, Israeli forces positioned at a military checkpoint detained Ramah Jallal Talib Bishirat {A resident of Tammun town} as he was travelling to Al-Jiftlik village in Jericho district.

Confiscation of Property

On the evening of October 31st 2018, Israeli forces confiscated 2 agricultural tractors owned by Hamad Riziq Daraghma and Mufdi Lafi Sawafta {Both are residents of Tubas city} in Al-Hadadiya village in the North Jordan valley.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

On October 31st 2018, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Raid

1. At 21:45, Israeli forces raided Anabta and Bal'a towns.
2. At 02:10, Israeli forces raided Tulkarem city and Shawkiya neighborhood then detained a resident.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Nassir Mohammad Talib Na'awlat in Shwiekiya neighborhood in Tulkarem city.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

At 15:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 12:50, Israeli forces raided Kafr Qaddum village and clashed with several residents for alleged stoning.
2. At 19:00, Israeli forces raided Azzun town.
3. At 02:20, Israeli forces raided Qalqiliya city,clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched the home of Amjad Hantash and as a result injured a child and confiscated 1650 NIS from the home.

Detention

At 17:00, Israeli forces detained the child: Yassin Shabayta {17 years old}{A resident of Azzun town}.

Attack

1. At 12:50, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets,stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Kafr Qaddum village.
2. At 02:20, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets,stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Qalqiliya city and as a a child.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured the child: Mohammad Mazen Nazal {17 years old} during clashes in Qalqiliya city.

Confiscation of Property

At 02:20, Israeli forces confiscated 1650 NIS from the home of Amjad Hantash during their raid into Qalqiliya city.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

At 23:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Deir Sharaf village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 17:50, Israeli forces raided Tel village until 18:15.
2. At 22:10, Israeli forces raided Bazariya village.
3. At 02:30, Israeli forces raided Nablus city and Askar camp, detained 2 residents in the camp and withdrew at 04:55.
4. At dawn on November 1st 2018, Israeli forces raided Kafr Qalil village, stormed and searched 2 homes and summoned 4 residents: Walid Saed Mansour, Qusay Yasser Amer, Arafat Yasser Amer, and Mohammed Taher Amer to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Kassam Qandil, and Ahmed Fathi Marshoud in Askar camp in Nablus city.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 10:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Marda village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 19:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Deir Ballut town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 10:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Zawariya town, served a military order to halt construction on a home owned by Abdallah Abdel-Haleem Musa Shqier and 3 live stock dens owned by Iyad Abdullah Yousif Shqier, Bashir Noureddine Ezzat Shqier, and Izz Allah Mohammed Shqier for allegedly being built with out a licence then withdrew at 11:00.

BETHLEHEM

Raid

1. At 10:35, Israeli forces raided Wadi Abu Farihat in Beit Sahur city then stormed and searched a home.
2. At 16:25, Israeli forces raided Al-Khader town until 17:00.
3. At 20:55, Israeli forces raided Teqou' town until 22:00.
4. At 05:30, Israeli forces raided Bethlehem city and Duhisheh camp, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes , detained 2 residents {including a journalist} in Duhisheh camp then withdrew at 06:15.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Nidal Na'im Abu Akr and Mohammad Nidal Na'im Abu Akr in Duhisheh camp in Bethlehem city.

Attack

At 05:30, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into in Duhisheh camp in Bethlehem city.

HEBRON

Raid

1. At 22;50, Israeli forces raided Hebron city.
2. At 00:50, Israeli forces raided Al-Thahriya town.
3. At 02:30, Israeli forces raided Halhul and Yatta towns and detained a resident in Halhul town.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Anas Sarsur in Halhul town.

Attack

At 18:05, Israeli forces positioned near Tarik Bin Ziyad school in the old city of Hebron fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

House Demolition

At 11:00, Israeli forces demolished 2 storage rooms owned by Jihad Burqan and Fadil Burqan in the Birien village located between Bani Na'im and Yatta towns for allegedly being built with out a licence.

Settlers Attacks

1. At 09:20, a group of Israeli settlers positioned near Al-Ibrahimi mosque compound in the old city of Hebron assaulted Yacoub Abu Sha'ban who was later temporarily detained by Israeli forces and released at 09:45.
2. At 09:30, a group of Israeli settlers attacked several merchant shops in the old city of Hebron and damaged a goods owned by Abdel-Ra'uf Al-Muhtasib.

Temporary Detention

At 09:20, Israeli forces temporarily detained Yacoub Abu Sha'ban after he was assaulted by a group of Israeli settlers near Al-Ibrahimi mosque compound in the old city of Hebron then released him at 09:45.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Khan Yunis and Rafah districts.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza district.
• Israeli Military aircraft broke the ceasefire agreement by launching missiles towards a group of residents in Central Gaza district.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

At 12:00 on October 31st 2018, Israeli Naval vessels fire live ammunition , stun and tear gas canisters towards several Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

CENTRAL GAZA

Air Strike

At 12:45 on October 31st 2018, Israeli Military aircraft launched missiles towards several residents flying incendiary kites near the border fence in east Al-Buriej camp.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

At 20:20 on October 31st 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators near east Khuz'a town located in east Khan Yunis city during the march of return.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is closed {with the exception for the entry of limited supplies of Diesel fuel for the the main electricity generator}.

At 22:20 on October 31st 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators near east Rafah city during the march of return.
