WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:30, Israeli forces set up 2 checkpoints at the entrances of Anata and Al-Eizariya towns then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 19:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Eisawiya village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 10:00, Israeli forces raided Abu Dis town then stormed and searched 2 homes.

Temporary Detention

1. At 08:40, Israeli forces positioned at Bab Huta area { a main gate entrance leading to Al-Aqsa mosque compound} in the old city of Jerusalem temporarily detained Samer Sameer Qabani {a mosque Security guard} then released him after questioning then released him at a later time.
2. At 18:30, Israeli forces positioned at Bab Huta area { a main gate entrance leading to Al-Aqsa mosque compound} in the old city of Jerusalem temporarily detained 3 residents: Farah Biyadasa, Dana Rawadi and Omar Al-Khatib as they were protesting in solidarity with Palestinian detainees then released them at a later time.

Attack

At 19:00, Israeli forces positioned near the entrance of Al-Ram town fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 08:30,a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Police forces stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Raid

1. At 02:05, Israeli forces raided Beit Liqya town and detained a child.
2. At 02:55, Israeli forces raided Al-Jalazoun camp, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes then detained a resident.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Ahmad Mohammad Salag Badr {17 years old} in Beit Liqya town.
2. Israeli forces detained Abdallah Jamal Mubarak in Al-Jalazoun camp.

Attack

At 02:55, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Al-Jalazoun camp.

JENIN

Land Confiscation

On October 31st 2019, Israeli military forces issued a military order for the confiscation of 409 Dunums of land located in Ya'bad and Quffin towns and Barta'a, Turat , Al-Arqa, Zababda, Nazlat Zied and Dahr Al-Abd village in order to construct an additional concrete wall instead of barbed wire fencing.

TUBAS

Temporary Detention

At 12:30, Israeli forces positioned at Tayassir military checkpoint temporarily detained Aref Ahmad Tawfiq Daraghma {a resident of Al-Malah area located in the North Jordan valley} then released him at a later time.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 11:55,Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 15:20.

Settlers Attacks

At 10:40, a group of Israeli settlers from "Avnei Hefetz" settlement stormed a plot of agricultural land owned by Mohammad Darubi located in North Izbat Shufat village then withdrew at 10:55.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Jit village junction then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 18:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 19:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along the main road connecting Qalqiliya and Nablus then detained a resident.

Raid

At 24:00, Israeli forces raided Izbit Al-Tabib village.

Detention

Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint located along the main road connecting Qalqiliya and Nablus detained Mohammad Al-Masmi {a resident of Balata camp in Nablus city}.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

At 08:00,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Muraba' area located near the entrance of Tel village then searched residents and vehicles until 10:45.

Raid

At 21:50, Israeli forces raided Osarin village.

Closure of main Roads

At 02:30, Israeli forces closed Huwara road located near "Yitzhar" settlement {as they chased a Motorcycle} and as a result impeded the free flow of traffic until reopening the road at a later time.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

At 19:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Kafil Harris town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 08:15, Israeli forces raided Marda village.

Detention

At 20:05, Israeli forces positioned at Za'tara junction military checkpoint detained Ahmad Amer Nour {a University student}{a resident of Anabta town in Tulkarem district}.

JERICHO

Military Checkpoints

At 12:00,Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Al-Hamra Military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 13:50.

Flying Checkpoints

At 09:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles.

Assault on Educational sector

At 12:30, Israeli forces stormed Al-Jiftlik village school after alleged stoning and issued a warning to the school principle against continued stone throwing from the school area.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 10:15 and again at 14:30,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the west villages of Bethlehem district} then searched residents and vehicles until 15:55.
2. At 12:30,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Nashash area junction {located at the south entrance of Bethlehem city} then searched residents and vehicles until 14:10.
3. At 15:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Husan village then searched residents and vehicles until 16:20.
4. At 16:20,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Jinata town then searched residents and vehicles until 17:00.
5. At 17:55,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Tuqu' town then searched residents and vehicles until 18:25.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

At 09:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Nabi Yunis area {located along the main road connecting Hebron and Bethlehem} then searched residents and vehicles.

Attack

At 11:25, Israeli forces positioned near the entrance of Al Fuwar camp fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result injured a resident.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured Atallah Ismail Hussien Al-Teti during clashes near the entrance of Al-Fuwar camp.

Assault on Educational sector

At 12:40, Israeli forces stormed Palestine Polytechnic University {Al Arrub campus} and confiscated surveillance camera recorders.

Land Confiscation

On October 31st 2019, Israeli forces issued a military order for the confiscation of 3000 dunums of land in Al-Mussafar area located in east Yatta town {which begins from Manazil village until Arab Al-Rashayda "Al-Bariya"} for settlement expansion purposes.

Closure of main Roads

At 18:20, Israeli forces closed the entrance of Al-Fuwar camp and reopened it at 20:00.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• At 19:00 on August 26th 2019,The permanent and comprehensive cease-fire entered into force on the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, introduce humanitarian and relief assistance and reconstruction supplies, expand the fishing area for 6 miles, Up to 12 miles by the end of the current year, reducing the area of ​​the buffer zone from 300 m to 100 m, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. The other issues, including the airport and the port, will be negotiated within one month of the cease-fire.
On the morning of 28 June 2019, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the sea fishing area in the north of the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip and up to 6 nautical miles from the port of Gaza and from the port of Gaza to the south of Rafah until 15 nautical miles .

•Israeli forces broke the cease fire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza and Gaza districts.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza district.
•Palestinian gunmen broke the ceasefire agreement by launching projectiles towards the Green Line.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

1. At 08:30 on October 30th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Beit Hanun town.
2. At 09:20 on October 31st 2019,Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.
3. At 20:50 on October 31st 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards a Palestinian gunmen vehicle in North Beit Lahiya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Attack

1. At 21:05 on October 31st 2019, Israeli Military tanks positioned behind the Green line launched artillery shells towards Palestinian Gunmen sites located in east Al-Zaytoun neighborhood in south east Gaza city.
2. At 21:20 on October 31st 2019, Israeli Military tanks positioned behind the Green line launched artillery shells towards Palestinian Gunmen sites located in east Jahr Ad Dik town located in south east Gaza city.
3. At 22:35 on October 31st 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land located in east Jahr Ad Dik town located in south east Gaza city.

CENTRAL GAZA

Palestinian Attacks

At 20:05 on October 31st 2019, Palestinian Gunmen launched 1 projectile towards the Green Line.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
