WEST BANK
RAMALLAH & AL BIREH
Attack
1. At 11:45, Israeli forces positioned in Jabal Al-Risan area located near Ras Kar Kar village fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents {participating in demonstrations against land confiscation and settler violence} for alleged stoning then opened fire towards a Ambulance and as a result injured the driver then detained 2 others.
2. At 12:00, Israeli forces positioned near the entrance of Deir Abu Mash'al village fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
3. At 12:40, Israeli forces positioned in Ni'lin town fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents who were participating in demonstrations against the construction of the wall.
4. At 12:50, Israeli forces positioned in Bil'in village stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents who were participating in demonstrations against the construction of the wall and as a result left several residents suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
5. At 15:50, Israeli forces positioned near the North entrance of Al-Bireh city fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
6. At 17:20, Israeli forces positioned in "Pesagout" settlement located in east Al-Bireh city fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
Detention
Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Faris Nassar {A resident of Deir Qaddis village} and Mohammad Abu Ayash {A resident of Khirbitheit Al-Misbah village} during clashes in Jabal Al-Risan area located near Ras Kar Kar village.
Assault on medical sector
At 11:45, Israeli forces positioned in Jabal Al-Risan area located near Ras Kar Kar village opened towards a Ambulance and as a result injured the driver.
Injuries
Israeli forces injured Firas Samara {A Ambulance driver} after opening fire towards an ambulance during clashes in Jabal Al-Risan area located near Ras Kar Kar village.
JENIN
Flying Checkpoints
1. At 15:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near the entrance of Bi'r Al-Basha village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 16:30, Israeli forces set up 2 checkpoints at the entrances of Al-Yamoun town and Kafr Qud village then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 16:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Aranat village junction and detained a resident.

TULKAREM
Military Checkpoints
At 14:35, the Israeli Military intensified their restrictions at "Enav" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

At 00:40, Israeli forces raided Shwikiya neighborhood in Tulkarem city , stormed and searched a home then withdrew at 04:45.

At 22:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Jit village junction then searched residents and vehicles.

1. At 00:50, Israeli forces raided Qalqiliya city until 03:45.
2. At 02:30, Israeli forces raided Azzun town.

At 12:10, Israeli forces positioned at the east entrance of Kafr Qaddum village {which is closed by the Israeli Military} fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents {protesting against the continued closure} for alleged stoning and as a result injured 4 residents and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
Injuries
Israeli forces injured 4 residents including :Riyad Ishtewi during clashes near the east entrance of Kafr Qaddum village.
NABLUS
Flying Checkpoints
1. At 15:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Burqa village then searched residents and vehicles until 16:00.
2. At 17:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Qabalan town and Talfit village then searched residents and vehicles.
Settlers Attacks
At 16:30, a group of Israeli settlers stormed agricultural land located near a secondary school in Orif village during which Israeli forces fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents who were attempting to prevent the settler attack then withdrew at 14:20.

At 16:30, Israeli forces fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents who were attempting to prevent the settler attack in Orif village.
SALFIT
Raid
At 10:40, Israeli forces raided Kafr Al-Dik and Bruqin towns, stormed and searched a home then withdrew at 14:20.
Temporary Detention
At 19:45, Israeli forces positioned at Deir Ballut Military checkpoint temporarily detained Muntasir Yusef Odah {A National Security Force Officer} for allegedly carrying a knife then released him at a later time.
BETHLEHEM
Flying Checkpoints
At 13:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Teqou' town and impeded the free flow of traffic after closing the main steel gate entrance then withdrew at 16:45.
HEBRON
Flying Checkpoints
1. At 14:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Tuwani village located in east Yatta town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 16:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beit Ummar town then searched residents and vehicles.
Raid
1. At 24:00, Israeli forces raided Ithna town, stormed and searched a home then withdrew at 03:00.
2. At 01:55, Israeli forces raided Al-Thahriya town then stormed and searched 2 homes.
Temporary Detention
On November 9th 2018, Israeli forces positioned near the entrance of Beit Ummar town temporarily detained the child Omar Rabi' Saber Abu Ayash {8 years old} then released him at a later time.
Attack
At 16:40, Israeli forces positioned at Bab Al-Zawiya area in Hebron city fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
Settlers Attacks
At 18:55, a group of Israeli settlers assaulted a resident in Tel Al-Rumayda neighborhood in the old city of Hebron.
GAZA STRIP
ALL DISTRICTS
• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts.
• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza, Gaza,Central Gaza, Khan Yunis and Rafah district and as a result killed a resident , injured 30 residents and left 109 suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
NORTHERN GAZA
Closure of Crossing Points
* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

At 14:00 on November 9th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Jabaliya town during the march of return and as a result injured 4 residents and left 13 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Israeli forces injured 4 unidentified residents after opening fire towards demonstrators in east Jabaliya town.
Detention
At 17:00 on November 9th 2018, Israeli forces detained a unidentified residents in North Beit Lahiya as he was attempting to climb the border fence into Israel.
GAZA
Closure of Crossing Points
* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
