JERUSALEM

Flying Checkpoints

On November 12th 2017, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Anata town and detained a resident.

Raid

At 03:05, Israeli forces raided Al-Ram town.

Detention

1. At dawn on November 12th 2017, Israeli forces detained 2 residents {including a child}: Qusay Husam Zaytoun {13 years old} and Mahdi Mufeed Khadour in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city.
2. On November 12th 2017, Israeli forces detained Waleed Wissam Awisat as they stormed and searched his home in Jabal Al-Mulabir neighborhood in Jerusalem city.
3. At 12:00 on November 12th 2017, Israeli forces detained 4 residents: Fawziya Al-Kisawani, Ala Hussien Abdel-Qadder Al-Kiswani, Izzat Hussien Abdel-Qadder Al-Kiswani and Ammar Hussien Abdel-Qadder Al-Kiswani after storming theior home in Beit Hanina town.
4. At 19:30, Israeli forces positioned at a military checkpoint detained Osama Al-Khaseeb {A resident of Awarta town in Ramallah district} as he was returning home from Al-Quds University in Abu Dis town.
5. Israeli forces positioned at a checkpoint located the entrance of Anata town detained Riziq Armoush {A resident of Al-Jalazoun camp in Ramallah District}.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 09:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Ni'lin town and Khirbithat Bani Harith village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 15:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Atarah town bridge then searched residents and vehicles until 15:40.
3. At 16:25, Israeli forces set up 3 Military checkpoints at the entrance of Abboud town, Al-Nabi Saleh and Deir Abu Mash'al villages then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 09:30, Israeli forces raided Bir Ziet town and clashed with several residents.
2. At 10:50, Israeli forces raided Jifna village.
3. At 22:55, Israeli forces raided Al-Bireh city.
4. At 00:15, Israeli forces raided Beit Ur village.

Attack

At 09:30, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Bir Ziet town.

JENIN

Flying Checkpoints

At 19:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Yamoun town junction, temporarily detained 2 residents then released them at a later time.

1. At 14:10, Israeli forces raided Ya'bad town and Zubada village until 16:50.
2. At 01:30, Israeli forces raided Arraba town and detained a resident after storming and searching his home.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Tarik Hussien Awad Qa'dan in Arraba town.

Temporary Detention

At 19:00, Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint at Al-Yamoun town junction temporarily detained 2 residents: Ahmad Mustafa Tahaniya and Saleh Salah Zayoud {Both residents of Al-Silah Al-Harthiya town}.

At 08:30, Israeli forces raided Bardalah village.

TULKAREM

Raid

1. At 08:35, Israeli forces raided Tulkarem city, Shwikiya neighborhood, Nur Al-Shams camp and Izbit Dhufa village until 13:40.
2. At 08:50, Israeli forces raided Quffin , Baqa Al-Sharqiya and Zeita towns and Nazlat Issa and Nazlat Al-Wusta villages.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 13:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 13:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.

NABLUS

Confiscation of Property

At 11:30, Israeli forces positioned near Huwara Military base confiscated a agricultural tractor owned by Araffat Jaber Darwish Haleil {A resident of Einbuis village} as he was collecting wood in the area.

Land Levelling

On November 12th 2017, Israeli forces leveled a plot of land in Assira Al-Qibliya village located near "Yitshar" settlement.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

At 22:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Kafil Harris town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 00:50, Israeli forces raided Kafr Al-Dik town, detained a resident then withdrew at 03:40.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Nabeel Abdallah Ali Ahmad in Kafr Al-Dik town.

JERICHO

Raid

At 09:45, Israeli forces raided Jericho city then withdrew at 12:30.

Temporary Detention

At 20:00, Israeli forces positioned at Allenby bridge Temporarily detained Ahmad Taha Ahmad Zaboun {A National Security Force Officer}{A resident of Bethlehem city} then released him at a later time.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Dar Salah village bridge {located in east Biet Sahour city} then searched residents and vehicles until 09:00.
2. At 18:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Nuhalin village then searched residents and vehicle until 19:30.
3. At 21:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beit Jallah city then searched residents and vehicle until 05:20.

Raid

1. At 12:40, Israeli forces raided Al-Waha village, served a military order to halt construction on 2 homes owned by Khalid Abu Khayriya and Yusef Rabah for allegedly being built with out a licence then detained a child.
2. At 18:20, Israeli forces raided Al-Khader town until 20:05.
3. At 00:35, Israeli forces raided Teqou' town, detained 2 residents then withdrew at 04:00.
4. At 01:10, Israeli forces raided Beit Fajjar town until 01:50.
5. At 01:30, Israeli forces raided Bethlehem and Beit Jalla cities until 05:10.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Husam Omar Mohammad Abu Khalifa {17 years old} in Al-Walaja village.
2. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Mohammad Wael Hamaydah and Yusef Jamal Abed Sabah in Teqou' town.

Attack

On the morning of November 12th 2017, Israeli forces positioned at the entrance of Teqou' town fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several school children for alleged stoning.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:30 and again at 19:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Sa'ir town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 09:05, Israeli forces set up 2 checkpoints at the entrance of Bani Na'im town and at Zif village junction.
3. At 19:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Ithna town then searched residents and vehicles.
4. At 19:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along the main road in Halhul town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 09:50, Israeli forces raided Surif town, detained a resident and confiscated a computer.
2. At 10:50, Israeli forces raided Hebron city until 13:40.
3. At 19:00, Israeli forces raided Halhul town and set up a checkpoint.
4. At 21:15, Israeli forces raided Yatta town and detained a resident.
5. At dawn on November 13th 2017, Israeli forces raided Beit Ummar town and detained 2 residents.
6. At dawn on November 13th 2017, Israeli forces raided Al-Samou' town and detained a resident.

Detention

1. At 21:15, Israeli forces positioned at a military checkpoint detained Khalil Zahran Abu Qubtiya {A resident of Yatta town}.
2. Israeli forces detained Majdi Mohammad Abu Farah in Surif town.
3. Israeli forces detained Nizar Musa Mohammad and Mahmoud Jibril Makhamra in Yatta town.
4. Israeli forces detained Ameer Mohammad Abdel-Jawad Khalil in Beit Ummar town.
5. Israeli forces detained Mohammad Musa Khalayleh in Al-Samou' town.

Confiscation of Property

At 09:50, Israeli forces confiscated a computer owned by Majdi Mohammad Abu Fara as they detained him after storming his home during their raid into Surif town.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza stripe and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles .
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

At 10:00 on November 12th 2017, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entry of goods, fuel, construction material for the private sector and internationally funded projects.
