WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

At dawn on November 14th 2018, Israeli forces raided Abu Dis town and detained 2 residents.

Attack

At 10:00, Israeli forces positioned near Al-Quds University in Abu Dis town fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

Injuries

At 23:00, the child Abdel-Rahman Ali Abu Jamal {17 years old}{A resident of Jabal Al-Mukabir neighborhood in Jerusalem city} was injured after Israeli forces opened fire towards him near Jabal Al-Mukabir neighborhood for allegedly attempting to stab a Israeli Police officer then detained him.

Detention

1. At 09:15, Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Rajeh Hawarin and Mohammad Odah from inside a Palestinian Red Crescent ambulance located in Al-Suwanat neighborhood in Jerusalem city.
2. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Abdallah Arrabiyat and Thaer Arrabiyat in Abu Dis town.
3. Israeli forces detained Abdel-Rahman Ali Abu Jamal {17 years old}{A resident of Jabal Al-Mukabir neighborhood in Jerusalem city} after Israeli forces opened fire towards and injured him near Jabal Al-Mukabir neighborhood for allegedly attempting to stab a Israeli Police officer.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 08:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Yabroud village bridge then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 20:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint beneath Ein Yabroud village bridge then searched residents and vehicles until 23:00.
3. At 21:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Ni'lin town then searched residents and vehicles until 01:00.

Raid

At 10:15 and again at 20:20, Israeli forces raided Al-Bireh city,occupied the home of Issa Abdel-Hadi Hamayel and converted its rooftop into a military post then opened random fire towards several residents.

Attack

1. At 12:25, Israeli forces positioned near the entrance of Turmusa'aya town fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning then detained a resident.
2. At 20:20, Israeli forces opened fire towards residents during their raid into Al-Bireh city.

Detention

1. At 18:40, Israeli forces positioned at a Military checkpoint detained Mohammad Najeh Mohammad Omar {A Presidential guard}{A resident of Burqa village}.
2. Israeli forces detained Mohammad Rajeh Ibrahim Jabarah during clashes near the entrance of Turmus'aya town.

House Occupation

At 10:15, Israeli forces occupied the home of Issa Abdel-Hadi Hamayel and converted its rooftop into a military post during their raid into Al-Bireh city.

JENIN

Flying Checkpoints

At 08:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Sanur village junction then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 08:45, Israeli forces raided Ya'bad town, Kafrit and Al-Hafirat villages.
2. At 01:20, Israeli forces raided Ya'bad town.
3. At 02:25, Israeli forces raided Jenin city and its camp, Bruqin and Al-Silah Al-Harthiya towns.

TUBAS

Raid

1. At 10:15, Israeli forces raided Bardala village.
2. At 04:00, Israeli forces raided Tubas city and Tammoun town, detained a resident then withdrew at 05:20.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Qais Ziyad Ammin Sawafta in Tubas city.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 13:55, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Raid

1. At 00:10 on November 14th 2018, Israeli forces raided Deir Al-Ghosoun town and detained a resident.
2. At 14:00, Israeli forces raided Anabta town.
3. At 17:55, Israeli forces raided Beit Lid town and Safarrin village until 22:20.
4. At 01:10, Israeli forces raided Shwikiya neighborhood in Tulkarem city, Deir Al-Ghosoun town and Al-Jaroushiya village until 03:20.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Bari Zuhier Badran in Deir Al-Ghosoun town.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

At 07:30 on November 14th 2018, Israeli forces set up 2 checkpoints at the entrances of Azzun and Izbit Al-Tabib towns then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 13:30, Israeli forces raided Jit village until 17:50.
2. At 18:00, Israeli forces raided Azzun town and clashed with several residents.

Attack

At 18:00, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Azzun town.

NABLUS

Raid

1. At 08:40, Israeli forces raided Orif village.
2. At 09:00, Israeli forces raided Einbuis village.
3. At 13:25, Israeli forces raided Tel village , temporarily detained 3 residents then released them at 21:00.
4. At 22:30, Israeli forces raided Rujieb village until 23:20.
5. At 23:30, Israeli forces raided Yatma village until 02:25.
6. At 24:00, Israeli forces raided Burin village until 01:20.
7. At 00:35, Israeli forces raided Assira Al-Shamaliya town , Talouza and Yassid villages until 05:20.
8. At 02:10, Israeli forces raided Nablus city and Balata camp, clashed with several residents as they stormed several homes and as a result injured a resident and detained a child in Balata camp then withdrew at 03:55.

Detention

1. On November 14th 2018, Israeli forces detained Ma'moun Jamil {A schoolboy in Al-Libban Al-Sharqiya school} {A resident of Amouriyat village} for alleged stoning near Al-Sawiya town.
2. At 20:40, Israeli forces positioned at Huwara military checkpoint detained 2 residents: Isam Na'im Amer {A resident of Kafr Qalil village} and Abdel-Salam Abu Riziq {A resident of Balata camp}.
3. Israeli forces detained Mohammad Lutfi Marshoud in Balata camp located in Nablus city.

Temporary Detention

At 13:25, Israeli forces temporarily detained 3 residents: Ahmad Jihad Samir Zidan, Obeidah Ibrahim Awad Yassin and Huthayfa Abd Ghannem Assayda during their raid into Tel village then released them at 21:00.

Attack

At 02:10, Israeli forces fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Nablus city and Balata camp and as a result injured a child.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured the child: Omar Salama Hashash {17 years old}{A resident of Balata camp} during clashes in Nablus city and Balata camp

Settlers Attacks

At 03:10, a group of Israeli settlers stormed Burin village and smashed the windshield glass of a vehicle owned by Majd Assous then withdrew at a later time.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

At 08:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Deir Istiya town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 21:20, Israeli forces raided Deir Istiya town until 22:30.
2. At 02:00, Israeli forces raided Salfit city then stormed and searched a home.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 12:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the west villages of Bethlehem district} then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 07:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Nashash area junction {located at the south entrance of Bethlehem city} then searched residents and vehicles.

Attack

At 08:15, Israeli forces positioned in the vicinity of Billal Bin Rabah mosque {located in North Bethlehem city} fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

At 14:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Halhul town bridge then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 11:10, Israeli forces raided Ithna and Beit Awwa town.
2. At 12:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Thahriya town.
3. At 18:55, Israeli forces raided Beit Al-Roush Al-Fouqa village, stormed and searched a home, detained a resident and confiscated 500,000 NIS from a home.
4. At 24:00, Israeli forces raided Beit Kahil town then stormed and searched a home.
5. At 01:00, Israeli forces raided Hebron city and detained 2 residents.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Mazen Issa Haribat in Beit Al-Roush Al-Fouqa village.
2. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Arafat Abu Hussien and Samir Abu Hussien in Hebron city.

Confiscation of Property

At 18:55, Israeli forces confiscated 500,000 NIS from the home of Mazen Issa Taha Haribat as they stormed and searched his home during their raid into Beit Al-Roush Al-Fouqa village.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Khan Yunis district.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza and Gaza district and as a result killed a fisherman.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

1. At 12:20 on November 14th 2018, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.
2. At 14:30 on November 14th 2018, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town and as a result killed a fisherman.

Killings

Israeli Naval forces killed Nawaf Ahmad Al-Atar {20 years old}{A resident of Al-Atatrat area located in North Beit Lahiya town} after opening fire towards his fishing boat while chasing it off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Attack

At 09:30 on November 14th 2018, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Gaza city.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

At 13:15 on November 14th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in Al-Farahin area located in east Khan Yunis city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
