WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 15:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Eizariya town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 05:40, Israeli forces raided Qalandiya camp and detained 3 residents.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Hassan Mohammad Sajdiya, Abdallah Yusef Manasra and Mahmoud Nimer Al-Louzi in Qalandiya camp.

Attack

1. At 20:30, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning near Shu'fat camp in Jerusalem city.
2. At 03:20, Israeli forces positioned near Al-Quds University in Abu Dis town fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.

House Demolition

On November 15th 2017, Israeli forces demolished a residential Den owned by Omar Dari in Al-Eisawiya village for allegedly being built with out a licence.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 08:30, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Sinjil town then searched residents and vehicles until 11:00.
2. At 08:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village then searched residents and vehicles until 11:00.

Raid

At dawn on November 16th 2017, Israeli forces raided Ni'lin town , demolished a home for allegedly being built with out a licence and served a military order for the demolition of another home.

Detention

At 18:00, Israeli forces detained Khalid Mahmoud Ibrahim Bazar {A resident of Beit Illu village} near "Halmish" settlement.

Attack

At 15:00, Israeli forces positioned near the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.

House Demolition

At dawn on November 16th 2017, Israeli forces demolished a home owned by Mohammad Ali Awad in Ni'lin town for allegedly being built with out a licence.

JENIN

Flying Checkpoints

At 20:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near the entrance of Jaba' town and detained a resident.

Raid

1. At 02:25, Israeli forces raided Silat Al-Thaher town and detained 3 residents.
2. At 05:20, Israeli forces raided Jenin camp and detained 3 residents {including 2 children}.

Detention

1. Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint at the entrance of Jaba' town detained Ma'moun Ghassan Abu Aun {A resident of Jaba' town.
2. Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Mahmoud Ismail Jantouli, Talib Ismail Jantouli and Waleed Abu Dweik in Silat Al-Thaher town.
3. Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Mahmoud Hani Abu Zagha {17 years old}, Abed Hani Abu Zagha {16 years old} and Mujahid Ahmad Abu Al-Izz in Jenin camp.

TULKAREM

Flying Checkpoints

At 12:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Shufa village then searched residents and vehicles until 13:30.

Detention

On November 14th 2017, Israeli forces detained Mohammad Jamal Fathi Abu Hasna {A resident of Tulkarem city}.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 14:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched resiednts and vehicles.
2. At 14:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint located along the main road connecting Jayyous and Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At dawn on November 16th 2017, Israeli forces raided Azzun town, stormed and searched a home and summoned Mohammad Shaker Radwan to report yo Israeli Intelligence for questioning.

NABLUS

Raid

1. At 01:00, Israeli forces raided Nablus city and detained 2 University students.
2. At 01:30, Israeli forces raided Burqa village and detained 2 residents.
3. At 02:50, Israeli forces raided Tel village and detained a resident.
4. At 03:00, Israeli forces raided Kafr Qalil village and detained a University student.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained 2 University students: Musa Dweikat and Waleed Loai Al-Ashqar in Nablus city.
2. Israeli forces detained Mustafa Mohammad Sa'id Haja and Saleem Sa'id Hajja in Burqa village.
3. Israeli forces detained Mohammad Abdel-Latif Mustafa Ramadan in Tel village.
4. Israeli forces detained Bara Nawaf Ibrahim Ammar {A University student} in Kafr Kalil village.

SALFIT

1. At 12:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Salfit city then searched residents and vehicles.

2. At 21:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Kafil Harris town then searched residents and vehicles.

At 15:15, Israeli forces raided Bidya town.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 21:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint beneath Za'tara town bridge then searched residents and vehicles until 21:30.

Raid

1. At 08:15, Israeli forces raided Teqou' town until 08:40.
2. At 08:15, Israeli forces raided Marah Rabah village until 08:40.
3. At 02:20, Israeli forces raided Bethlehem city and detained 4 residents then withdrew at 05:50.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 4 residents: Amin Mohamed Hamida, Mohamed Amin Mohamed Hamida, Hamza Ahmed Mahmoud Nawara, and Mu'taz Munther Thib al-Aissa in Bethlehem city.

HEBRON

Raid

1. At 23:45, Israeli forces raided Tawas village located in south Beit Awwa town and detained a University student.
2. At 02:05, Israeli forces raided Dura town then stormed several homes.
3. At dawn on November 16th 2017, Israeli forces raided Yatta town, stormed and searched a home , sealed off the doors and windows of a home owned by Khalid Shihadeh.
4. At dawn on November 16th 2017, Israeli forces raided Tafuh town and detained a University student.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Abdel-Hakeem Nassar Ahmad Abu Arqub {A University student} near Tawas village located in south Beit Awwa town.
2. Israeli forces detained Bayan Taha Khamsiya in Tafuh town.

Assaults on Property

At dawn on November 16th 2017, Israeli forces sealed off the doors and windows of a home owned by Khalid Shihadeh during their raid into Yatta town.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• • Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza stripe and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles .
• The Israeli Military broke the cease fire agreement by raiding and opening fire towards Rafah District.
• Israeli Naval forces broke the cease fire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza and Gaza District.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

At 07:30 on November 15th 2017, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Attack

At 09:00 on November 15th 2017, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Gaza City.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entry of goods, fuel, construction material for the private sector and internationally funded projects.

Raid

At 07:00 on November 15th 2017, Israeli forces escorting several bulldozers stormed 50m into east Rafah city then opened fire as they leveled a plot of land and withdrew at 09:45.
