WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Detention

At 12:00, Israeli forces detained Jamal Abu Jamal in Jabal Al-Mukabir neighborhood in Jerusalem city.

Deportation

On November 15th 2018, Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city issued order to ban 6 residents: Mahmoud Imad Mustafa Mounes, Jihad Nasser Mohammed Qus, Rami Al Fakhouri, Mahmoud Abdullatif, Rouhi Kalgasi, and Jamil Issa Mohammed Abbasi from entering Al-Aqsa mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem as a condition for their release after being detained at an earlier time.

Attack

At 18:20, Israeli forces positioned at Qalandiya military checkpoint fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 08:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 10:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Ein Sinya village roundabout then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 19:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Sinjil town then searched residents and vehicles until 21:00.

Attack

At 17:10, Israeli forces positioned in the vicinity of "Pesagout" settlement located in east Al-Bireh city fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

JENIN

Land Confiscation

On November 15th 2018, Israeli forces issued a military order for the confiscation of 29 dunums of land located near A Israeli Military base in Al-Jamlat village located in east Jenin city owned by Othman Abdel-Hadi Abu Farha, Fawzi Sadeq Abu Farha, Abdel Rahim Mohamed Mari Abu Farha, Reda Hassan Abu Farha, Mahmoud Qassem Abdullah Said Faraha, Sadek Hassan Abou Farha, and the Palestinian Industrial Development Company for alleged military purposes.

TULKAREM

Flying Checkpoints

At 20:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Bazariya village junction, temporarily detained 3 residents then released them at 21:10.

Raid

At 24:00, Israeli forces raided Shwikiya neighborhood in Tulkarem city, detained 2 residents then withdrew at 04:00.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Majd Ala Ikbariya and Lafi Mohammad Lafi Na'awalt in Shwikiya neighborhood in Tulkarem city.

Temporary Detention

At 20:10, Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint at Bazariya village junction detained Abdel-Kareem Mohammad Sa'ayda {A resident of Al-Nazlat Al-Sharqiya village}, Dahoud Mubarak Abu Swilieh {A resident of Tulkarem camp} and Yusef Al-Tayat {A resident of Al-Far'a camp in Tubas district} then searched residents and vehicles until 21:10.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:30 and again at 18:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 16:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Izbit Jaloud village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 08:00, Israeli forces raided Kafr Lafiq village and detained a resident.
2. At 17:45, Israeli forces raided Jayyous town until 18:40.
3. At 19:20, Israeli forces raided Azzun town until 04:55.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Abdel-Hadi Rashid Jabr in Kafr Laqif village.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 12:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Al-Muraba'a area located near the entrance of Tel village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 16:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along Al-Bithan road {located at the east entrance of Nablus city} then searched residents.

Raid

At 12:10, Israeli forces raided Tel village, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes and as a result injured a resident , detained a resident, temporarily detained 4 others then released them at a later time and withdrew at 16:40.

Detention

1. At 19:25, Israeli forces detained Layth Bashar Mansour {A resident of Kafr Qalil village} as he was reporting to Israeli intelligence for questioning.
2. Israeli forces detained Mohammad Hassan Ismail Al-Hindi in Tel village.

Temporary Detention

At 12:10, Israeli forces temporarily detained 4 residents: Erwa Ali Hussein Ramadan, Mustafa Ahmed Saleh Ramadan, Ibrahim Ali Hussein Ramadan, and Wahbi Zuhair Qadoos during their raid into Tel village then released them at 23:45.

Attack

At 12:10, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Tel village and as a result injured a resident.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured Mujahid Rateb Sanafrat during clashes in Tel village.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

At 09:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the south entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles until 10:30.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 15:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the south entrance of Al-Khader town then searched residents and vehicles until 17:30.

Detention

At 17:45, Israeli forces positioned near "Kafr Itsiyon" settlement junction detained Omar Mohammad Assi {A resident of Al-Arrub camp}.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by raiding Khan Yunis district.
• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Central Gaza district.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

1. At 07:30 on November 15th 2018, , Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Al-Maghazi camp.
2. At 12:00 on November 15th 2018, , Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Deir Al-Balah city.
3. At 12:00 on November 15th 2018, , Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Al-Buriej camp.
4. At 13:15 on November 15th 2018, , Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Deir Al-Balah city.

KHAN YUNIS

Raid

At 11:00 on November 15th 2018, Israeli forces escorting Military bulldozers stormed 50 m into the vicinity of Al-Qarara town located in North east Khan Yunis city and leveled a plot of land then withdrew at 13:30.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
