WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Detention

At 13:30, Israeli forces detained Mustafa Eyad Waleed Al-Kharouf in Wadi Al-Juz neighborhood in Jerusalem city.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 10:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

At 18:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Deir Ijreir village then searched residents and vehicles until 20:00.

Raid

At 14:00, Israeli forces raided Kafr Ni'meh village, clashed with several residents and vehicles until 14:30.

Attack

Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Kafr Ni'meh village.

JENIN

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Deir Abu Da'if village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 17:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near the entrance of Ya'bad town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

On November 16th 2017, Israeli forces raided Turat village , clashed with several residents as they stormed several homes.

Detention

At 18:00, Israeli forces positioned at Barta'a Military checkpoint detained Jihad Faysal Al-Bazour {A resident of Bruqin town}.

Attack

On the evening of November 16th 2017, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed several homes during their raid into Turat village.

TUBAS

Destruction of Property

1. At 08:30 on November 13th 2017, Israeli forces demolished Parts of a 300-meter-long stretch of road between the villages of 'Atouf and Ras Al-Hamra villages in the northern Jordan Valley.
2. At 09:00 on November 13th 2017, Israeli forces demolished a water pipe line {approximately 6 inches wide and 700 m long} owned by Al-Buqa'ya Al-Haditha company which supplies water to 250 dunums of land planted with Onions.

Closure of main Roads

At 14:30 on November 13th 2017, Israeli forces closed the steel gate entrance located in Al-Khliat area in Ras Al-Hamra village thus preventing farmers from reaching their agricultural land.

Settlement Activities

At 09:00, Israeli forces stormed Ras Al-Hamara area in the North Jordan Valley area and paved a road {6 meters Wide and 1000 Meters long} on privately owned land.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

At 08:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.

NABLUS

Raid

At 10:35, Israeli forces raided Al-Sawiya village and detained 2 residents.

Detention

1. At 01:00 on November 16th 2017,Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Ameed Sa'id Mohammad Ayad and Ahmad Mohammad Amin Darwish during their raid into Nablus city.
2. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Layth Farouq Hijazi and Ahmad Mohammad Abdel-Hadi Khalil in Al-Sawiya village.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

At 14:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Qarwat Bani Hassan town then searched residents and vehicles.

JERICHO

Military Checkpoints

At 17:40, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Al-Hamra Military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 13:30 and again at 20:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Aqbat Hasna area located near Husan village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 15:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Teqou' town then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 15:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Teqou' town then searched residents and vehicles.
4.At 16:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Jinata town then searched residents and vehicles.
5. At 19:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Nashash area junction {located at the south entrance of Bethlehem city} then searched residents and vehicles until 20:25.
6. At 22:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near the entrance of Beit Jallah city then searched residents and vehicles until 23:20.

Attack

At 06:40 on November 17th 2017, Israeli forces positioned at "Kafr Itsiyon" settlement junction opened fire towards a child for allegedly attempting to run over and stab 2 Israeli settlers and as a result left him critical injured then detained him.

Detention

Israeli forces detained the injured child Iz-Aldin Ibrahim Karajat {17 years old}{A resident of Halhul town} after opening fire towards him near "Kafr Itsiyon" settlement junction as he allegedly attempting to run over and stab 2 Israeli settlers.

Injuries

The child child Iz-Aldin Ibrahim Karajat {17 years old}{A resident of Halhul town} was critical injured after Israeli forces opened fire towards him near "Kafr Itsiyon" settlement junction as he allegedly attempting to run over and stab 2 Israeli settlers.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 13:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Ithna town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 17:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Sa'ir town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 00:10,Israeli forces raided Yatta town, stormed and searched several homes, summoned 3 residents: Nidal Hussien Harini, Khalid Jamal Al-Adrah and Ma'moun Musa Al-Adra to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning then withdrew at 04:00.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza stripe and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles .

• The Israeli Military broke the cease fire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Central Gaza District.
• Israeli Naval forces broke the cease fire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza District.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

At 08:00 on November 16th 2017, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Waha area located in North west Beit Lahiya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

At 12:00 on November 16th 2017, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards several demonstrators protesting against Israeli attacks towards farmers in east Deir Al-Balah city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entry of goods, fuel, construction material for the private sector and internationally funded projects.
