WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 21:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Bir Nabala town then searched residents and vehicles until 02:10.

Raid

At dawn on November 17th 2017, Israeli forces raided Jaba' village and detained 2 residents.

Detention

1. At 12:00, Israeli forces positioned at Bab Al-Abbsat Gate {A main gate entrance leading to Al-Aqsa mosque compound} in the old city of Jerusalem detained Ahmad Abu Ramouz {A resident of Jerusalem city}.
2. Israeli forces detained Alaa Mohammad Saleem and Ziyad Othman Tuwam in Jaba' village.

Assaults on Property

On November 1st 2017, Israeli forces positioned in Jabal Al-Baba area located in east Al-Eizariya town near "Ma'ali Adumim" settlement served a military order for Bedouin residents to leave the area which houses 57 families {approximately 320} from Arab Al-Jahalin.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 11:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Sinjil town then searched residents and vehicles until 15:30.
2. At 13:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Atarah town bridge then searched residents and vehicles until 15:30.

Raid

At 01:50, Israeli forces raided Abboud town.

Detention

On the evening of November 16th 2017, Israeli forces detained Raghib Mohammad Al-Tamimi {15 years old}{A resident of Deir Nathim village}.

Demonstrations

1. At 12:15,a demonstrations took place in Bi'lin town protesting against the construction of the wall during which Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades and prevented residents from reaching the demonstration site.
2. At 12:30, a demonstrations took place in Ni'lin town protesting against the construction of the wall during which Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades and prevented residents from reaching the demonstration site.

Attack

1. At 15:00, Israeli forces positioned at "Psagot" settlement located in east Al-Bireh city fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.
2. At 15:00, Israeli forces positioned near the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.

TUBAS

Flying Checkpoints

At 21:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Ein Al-Hilweh area junction located in the North Jordan valley then searched residents and vehicles.

Detention

At 10:20, Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Darar Daraghmeh and Lafi Daraghmeh {Both residents of Ein Al-Bayda village}.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:10,18:30 and 07:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 18:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Kafr Laqqif village then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 18:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along the main road located between Jayyous and Azzun towns then searched residents and vehicles.
4. At 19:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Assalat village junction then searched residents and vehicles.
5. At 20:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 18:45, Israeli forces raided Azzun town and clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched 4 homes.

Demonstrations

At 12:25, ,a demonstration took place in Kafr Qaddum village against the closure of the east entrance during which they clashed with Israeli forces tried to disrupt the demonstration by firing rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards demonstrators who attempted to reach the demonstration site and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Attack

1. At 12:25,Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents who were participating in demonstrations against the closure of the east entrance of Kafr Qaddum village and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
2. At 18:45, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched 4 homes during their raid into Azzun town.

NABLUS

Raid

At 00:40, Israeli forces raided Tel village , clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched a home then withdrew at 03:50.

Attack

At 00:40, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched a home during their raid into Tel village.

Settlers Attacks

On November 17th 2017, Israeli settlers from "Yitshar" settlement set fire to agricultural land in Burin village then stoned several residents and Palestinian Civil Defense forces as they attempted to put of the fire.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

At 11:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Qarwat Bani Hassan town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 20:30, Israeli forces raided Yasuf village.

JERICHO

At 13:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Marj Na'ja village junction then searched residents and vehicles.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 07:40 on November 17th 2017 and again at 13:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Nashash area junction {located at the south entrance of Bethlehem city} then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 13:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near the entrance of Husan village then searched residents and vehicles until 15:10.
3. At 15:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the south entrance of Jurat Al-Sham'a village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At dawn on November 17th 2017, Israeli forces raided Husan village and detained a resident.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Ahmad Yasser Ahmad Za'oul in Husan village.

Settlement Activities

On November 16th 2017, Israeli authorities announced the relocation of "Ein Ayal" military checkpoint located in south Jerusalem city near Al-Waljat village 2.5 m into Al-Waljat village on land occupied in 1967 in order to convert Ein Al-Hiniya area located in Al-Waljat village under Military control in order to implement plans to construct a public park.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

At 16:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Halhul town bridge then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 01:05, Israeli forces raided Halhul town, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes , detained a resident then withdrew at 05:50.

Detention

1. At 16:15, Israeli forces positioned near Al-Ibrahimi Mosque compound in the old city of Hebron detained Ali Majed Al-Ajlouni {15 years old} for allegedly attempting to stab a Israeli soldier.
2. Israeli forces detained Mohammad Nader Aqel Karaja in Halhul town.

Attack

1. At 14:40, Israeli forces positioned in Bab Al-Zawiya area in Hebron city fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
2. At 01:05, Israeli forces ed stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Halhul town.

Settlers Attacks

On November 17th 2017, a group of Israeli settlers stormed Wadi Nasri area located in the old city of Hebron located near "Kiryat Arba'" settlement stoned several homes and sprayed pepper spray onto the face of 2 children from Isfa'in family and as a result left them suffocated.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza stripe and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles .

• The Israeli Military broke the cease fire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Central Gaza District.
• Israeli Naval forces broke the cease fire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza District.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

1. At 09:30 on November 17th 2017, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Waha area located in North west Beit Lahiya town.
2. At 20:30 on November 17th 2017, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Waha area located in North west Beit Lahiya town

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

At 16:30 on November 17th 2017, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Deir Al-Balah city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
