JERUSALEM

Military Checkpoints

At 21:00, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Jaba' military checkpoint which connects Jerusalem , Ramallah & Al-Bireh and Jericho districts and as a result impeded the free flow of traffic.

Flying Checkpoints

At 12:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Biddu town tunnel then searched residents and vehicles.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1.At 18:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near the entrance of Beitin village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 19:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Ein Sinya village roundabout then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 19:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Ras KarKar village then searched residents and vehicles.
4. At 23:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Khirbithat Al-Misbah then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 15:50, Israeli forces raided Silwad town, clashed with several residents then withdrew at 16:10.

Attack

At 15:50, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Silwad town.

TUBAS

Flying Checkpoints

At 09:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Ein Al-Bayda area located in the North Jordan valley then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 13:20, Israeli forces raided Ras Al-Ahmar area located in the North Jordan Valley area then stormed and searched 3 homes.

Detention

At 17:35, Israeli forces positioned near Khirbeit Attouf village located in the North Jordan valley area detained 2 residents: Nasser Mahmoud Shihadeh Bani Odah and Khalid Fahed Bani Odeh .

TULKAREM

Raid

At 23:30, Israeli forces raided Tulkarem city and Tulkarem camp, stormed several homes, detained 2 residents then withdrew at 05:40.

Detention

1.On November 16th 2017, Israeli forces positioned at "Enav" Military checkpoint detained Hussien Adel Darasiya {A resident of Tulkarem camp}.
2. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Basel Mohammad Mahmoud Baledi {A resident of Tulkarem camp} and Usayed Mohammad Ka'abneh {A resident of Tulkarem city} during their raid into Tulkarem city and Tulkarem camp .

Land Confiscation

On November 14th 2017, Israeli forces stormed Shufa village and served a Military order for the confiscation of approximately 60 acres of residential land in Shufa for the expansion of "Avni Havits" settlement in order to construct a Soccer field and public park in the settlement during which Israeli forces gave residents a period of 60 days before implementing the military order.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 07:40 on November 18th 2017, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 09:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Azzun town and Izbit Al-Tabib village then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 15:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Jayyous and Azzun towns then searched residents and vehicles.
4. At 19:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Jayyous and Kafr Jamal village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 21:15, Israeli forces raided Far'ata village , stormed 2 homes then withdrew at 22:30.

NABLUS

Military Checkpoints

At 16:50, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Huwara Military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of Traffic.

Detention

At 20:30, Israeli forces positioned at Huwara Military checkpoint detained Rashid Ramadan Ishtayeh {A resident of Tel village}.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

At 18:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Deir Ballout town then searched residents and vehicles.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 10:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles until 11:10.
2. At 14:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along Al-Murajat road {which connects Jericho and Ramallah} then searched residents and vehicles until 15:55.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Dar Salah village bridge {located at the east entrance of Beit Sahur city} then searched residents and vehicles until 11:45.
2. At 19:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Jurat Al-Sham'a village then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 20:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Nashash area junction{ located at the south entrance of Bethlehem city} then searched residents and vehicles.

Provocation of Palestinian Forces

At 10:30, Israeli forces positioned at Kafr Itsiyon settlement junction temporarily seized a Palestinian National Security Force vehicles then released it at 10:50.

HEBRON

Raid

1. At dawn on November 19th 2017, Israeli forces raided Beit Ummar town and detained 3 residents {including a child}.
2. At dawn on November 19th 2017, Israeli forces raided Halhul town as they escorted a group of Israeli settlers who stormed The Tomb of Prophet Yunis during which they clashed with several residents.

Detention

1. At 09:55, Israeli forces positioned near Al-Ibrahimi mosque compound in the old city of Hebron detained Suliman Abu Fudat {A resident of Hebron city}.
2. Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Mohammad Bassam Khalil {14 years old}, Malik Bassam Mahmoud Al-Teti and Bashar Yusef Mahmoud Al-Teti in Beit Ummar town.

Attack

1. At 09:50, Israeli forces positioned in the southern area of the old city of Hebron fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
2. At dawn on November 19th 2017, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they escorted a group of Israeli settlers who stormed The Tomb of Prophet Yunis during their raid into Halhul town.

Settlers Attacks

At 20:15, a group of Israeli settlers from "Kiryat Arba'" and "Kharsina" settlements located in the old city of Hebron stoned several residents and vehicles passing along the main bypass road and as a result damaged a vehicle.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza stripe and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles .

• The Israeli Military broke the cease fire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza, Gaza and Central Gaza Districts.
• Israeli Naval forces broke the cease fire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza, Central Gaza and Khan Yunis Districts.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is closed.

Attack

1. At 08:30 on November 18th 2017, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Waha area located in North west Beit Lahiya town.
2. At 09:00 on November 18th 2017, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land located in North West Beit Lahiya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Attack

1. At 06:20 on November 17th 2017, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Al-Shuja'iya neighborhood located in east Gaza city.
2. At 00:30 on November 18th 2017, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards land located south of the eastern cemetery in Al-Tufah neighborhood located in east Gaza city.
3. At 12:00 on November 18th 2017, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Jaher Al-Dik town which is located in east Gaza city.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

1. At 08:00 on November 18th 2017,Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Deir Al-Balah city.
2. At 11:30 on November 18th 2017, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Al-Burij camp.
3. At 13:00 on November 18th 2017, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Al-Maghazi camp.
4. At 16:00 on November 18th 2017,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Al-Maghazi camp.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

At 13:10 on November 18th 2017, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Khan Yunis city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit of 651 residents {Students , medical patients and children} and the entry of 600 resident into the Gaza strip as well as the entry of 7 truckloads of Fuel.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is closed.
