WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

At dawn on November 19th 2018, Israeli forces raided Qalandiya camp and detained 2 residents.

Detention

1. At dawn on November 19th 2018, Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Amjad Abu Sineineh and Mohammad Abu Sineineh in the old city of Jerusalem.
2. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Ammar Yasser Mutier and Bassam Ziyad in Qalandiya camp.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 08:00, a group of Israeli settlers led by Uri Ariel{ the Israeli Minister of Agricultural} under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 10:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Yabroud village junction then searched residents and vehicles until 16:30.
2. At 13:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Surda village then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 20:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Sinjil town then searched residents and vehicles.
4. At 23:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Deir Mash'al village and opened fire towards a vehicle for allegedly not stopping at the checkpoint and as a result injured 4 residents {one off whom was critically injured} and left them hospitalized.

Raid

1. At 14:50, Israeli forces raided Abu Qash village, clashed with several residents as they stormed several merchant shop and as a result injured a resident.
2. At 04:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Mazra'a Al-Gharbiya village, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes and detained 2 residents {including a University student}.
3. At dawn on November 19th 2018, Israeli forces raided Deir Abu Mash'al village and detained 2 residents.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Yahya Aqel Rabi'{A University student} and Basel Abdallah Al-Dudah in Al-Mazra'a Al-Gharbiya village.
2. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Omar Mahmoud Rabi' and Omar Jamal Al-Shiekh in Deir Abu Mash'al village.

Attack

1. At 14:50, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several merchant shops during their raid into Abu Qash village and as a result injured a resident.
2. At 23:15, Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint located at the entrance of Deir Abu Mash'al village opened fire towards a vehicle for allegdly not stopping at the checkpoint and as a result injured 4 residents {one off whom was critically injured} and left them hospitalized.

3. At 04:00, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Al-Mazra'a Al-Gharbiya village.

Injuries

1. Israeli forces injured Adham Amjad Al-Qa'ed during clashes in Abu Qash village.
2. Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint located at the entrance of Deir Abu Mash'al village injured 4 residents {of those identified}: Mohammad Wajeeh Zahran , Mahmoud Kamal Al-Haj Zahran and Abdallah Zahran after opening fire towards a vehicle a for allegedly not stopping at the checkpoint.

JENIN

Flying Checkpoints

At 17:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Maythaloun town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 19:30, Israeli forces raided Arraba town, clashed with several residents then withdrew at 22:25.
2. At 04:55, Israeli forces raided Jenin city and its camps, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes in the camp, detained 2 residents the withdrew at 06:30.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Majd Hani Barakat and Jihad Fawzi Talib in Jenin camp.

Attack

1. At 19:30, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Arraba town.
2. At 04:55, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Jenin camp.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 17:10, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

QALQILIYA

Raid

1. At 17:00, Israeli forces raided Jayyous town.
2. At 03:15, Israeli forces raided Qalqiliya city, detained 2 residents then withdrew at 06:00.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Mahmoud Nabil Qashmar and Sa'ed Billal Swilim in Qalqiliya city.

NABLUS

Raid

1. At 00:55, Israeli forces raided Awrta village, detained a resident then withdrew at 04:25.
2. At 02:00, Israeli forces raided Nablus city and Balata camp, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes in the camp , detained 3 residents {including a University student} then withdrew at 04:20.
3. At 06:00, Israeli forces raided Orif village {after a group of Israeli settlers stormed the village at dawn} and clashed with several residents.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Mahmoud Faysal Qawariq in Awarta village.
2. Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Nasser Yusef Saharim {A resident of Nablus city}, Anas Mohammad Ishtaya {A University student}{A resident of Nablus city} and Izzaldin Mahmoud Marshoud {A resident of Balata camp} in Nablus city.

Attack

1. At 02:00, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Balata camp in Nablus city.
2. At 06:00, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Orif village.

Settlement Activities

On November 18th 2018, Israeli forces paved a 2 km long road on agricultural land in Abarnta area in Assira Al-Shimaliya village for the purpose of facilitating the arrival of settlers to the top of Mount Ebal north of Nablus, to enable them to perform the "Talmudic rituals" in the so-called "altar of Joshua Ben Nun.

Settlers Attacks

At dawn on November 19th 2018, a group of settlers from Yitzhar settlement stormed Orif village, threw stones at Palestinian houses in the eastern neighborhood of the village near the settlement, and attempted to set fire to an agricultural tractor during which several residents were able to confront the settlers and force them to flee.

SALFIT

At 09:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Deir Istiya town then searched residents and vehicles until 11:20.

At 02:45, Israeli forces raided Qarwat Bani Hassan town , detained 3 residents then withdrew at 03:55.

Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Abdallah Mahmoud Assi , Yusef Mahmoud Assi and Layth Abdallah Mir'i in Qarwat Bani Hassan town.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 20:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Teqou' town then searched residents and vehicles until 22:25.

Raid

At dawn on November 19th 2018, Israeli forces raided Al-Duhisha camp in Bethlehem city and clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched a home.

Attack

At dawn on November 19th 2018, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched a home during their raid into Al-Duhisha camp in Bethlehem city.

HEBRON

Raid

1. At dawn on November 19th 2018, Israeli forces raided Hebron city and detained 3 residents.
2. At dawn on November 19th 2018, Israeli forces raided Deir Sammit village, summoned 2 residents: Issa Mohammad Al-Haroub and Odah Mahmoud Al-Haroub to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Islam Adnan Mujahid, Nour Al-Din Salama Al-Qawasmi and Abdel-Azziz Al-Qawasmi in Hebron city.

Attack

On November 18th 2018, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several school children near Hebron Secondary school located in the old city of Hebron for alleged stoning and as a result left several children suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts. on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts permitted the increase of fishing area on 31 10. 2018 from 6 miles to 9 miles to the area extending from the Wadi Gaza area in the central gaza district to the south of the Gaza Strip in front of Rafah district, while keeping the distance from the area from the area of ​​Wadi Gaza, Al-Waha, located northwest of the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza district, on 6 nautical miles.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Gaza and Khan Yunis districts.

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

1. At 08:20 on November 18th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Jahir Ad Dik town located in south east Gaza city.
2. At 15:15 on November 18th 2018,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards Palestinian Gunmen sites in east Al-Shija’iya neighborhood located in east Gaza city.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

At 08:00 on November 18th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Abbassan Al-Kabira town located in east Khan Yunis city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
