WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 10:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Biddu town tunnel then searched residents and vehicles until 11:35.

Raid

1. At 12:00, Israeli forces raided Shu'fat camp and Ras Shihadeh neighborhood and the camps in Jerusalem city, clashed with several residents as they stormed several homes and merchant shops and as a result injured 6 children in the camp and detained a resident.
2. At 22:10, Israeli forces raided Al-Ram town until 22:55.
3. At 01:15, Israeli forces raided Al-Eizariya town until 06:10.

Detention

1. At 14:30, Israeli forces detained Ameen Siyam as he was reporting to Israeli Intelligence officers in Jerusalem based on a prior summon.
2. Israeli forces detained Fo'ad Ismail Al-Khatib in Shu'fat camp.

Attack

At 12:00, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Shu'fat camp and and Ras Shihadeh neighborhood and the camps in Jerusalem city and as a result injured 6 children in the camp.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 6 unidentified children during clashes in Shu'fat camp and and Ras Shihadeh neighborhoods in Jerusalem city.

Settlement Activities

On October 30th 2017, Israeli forces installed a steel fence around a plot of land approximately 20 dunums in Hizma town for the implementation of a military order issued in July 2017.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 09:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

On November 11th 2017, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Turmus'aya town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 13:55, Israeli forces raided Deir Nathim village then stormed and searched 2 homes.
2. At 02:55, Israeli forces raided Abboud town then searched a home.

JENIN

Flying Checkpoints

On the evening of November 11th 2017, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Qabatiya town junction then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 21:40, Israeli forces raided Zubaba, Rumana and Ti'inik villages.
2. At 01:00, Israeli forces raided Kafr Ra'i town and Turat Al-Sharqiya village then withdrew at 02:30.

TUBAS

Raid

At 20:30, Israeli forces raided Tubas city and detained 4 residents.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 4 residents: Hillal Hassan Abu Dawas, Arif Muhieb Sawafta, Arabi Muwafaq Abu Dawas and Ma'moun Nabeel Khadari in Tubas city.

TULKAREM

Raid

At 01:15, Israeli forces raided Tulkarem city, Attil, Deir Al-Ghousun and Anabta towns until 03:00.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

At 20:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Azzun and Izzbit Al-Tabib village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 09:30, Israeli forces raided Jit village.
2. At 01:30, Israeli forces raided Qalqilya city until 05:00.

Detention

On November 1st 2017, Israeli forces detained Ali Ahmad Nazal {A resident of Qalqilya city} as he was reporting to Israeli Intelligence for questioning based on a prior summon.

SALFIT

Raid

At 09:25, Israeli forces raided Salfit city until 14:00.

JERICHO

Military Checkpoints

At 07:10 on November 1st 2017, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Al-Hamra Military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 07:40.

Flying Checkpoints

At 18:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along road (90) in Al-Oja village then searched residents and vehicles until 18:30.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 12:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Nihalin village then searched residents and vehicles until 12:30.
2. At 14:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Teqqou' town then searched residents and vehicles until 14:30.
3. At 20:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Betar village then searched residents and vehicles until 20:30.

Raid

1. At 13:25 and again at 02:30,Israeli forces raided Ayda camp in Bethlehem city until 04:30.
2. At 14:05, Israeli forces raided Teqou' town until 14:30.
3. At 01:45, Israeli forces raided Beit Fajjar town, stormed and searched a steel mill owned by Fadil Suliman Attiya , confiscated its equipment them withdrew at 03:05.

Attack

On the afternoon of November 1st 2017, Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint located near the north entrance of Bethlehem city fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning during demonstrations protesting against the 100 year anniversary of the Balfour Declaration.

Confiscation of Property

At 01:45, Israeli forces confiscated equipment from a steel mill owned by Fadil Sulaiman Attiya.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

At 10:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Ithna town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 00:30, Israeli forces raided Hebron city and Yatta town, detained 3 residents {including a University student}.
2. At 00:30, Israeli forces raided Ithna town.
3. At 01:25, Israeli forces raided Beit Ummar town and detained 4 residents.
4. At 04:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Aroub camp and detained a resident.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Fadil Attiya Irafi'yat, Mu'taz Fadil Attiya Irafi'yat {Both residents of Hebron city} and Anas Jamal Al-Harini {A University student} {A resident of Yatta town}.
2. Israeli forces detained 4 residents: Sayef Kasab Ali Abu Daya, Mohammad Kassab Ali Abu Daya, Ahmad Raf'at Jamil Al-Salibi and Anwar Yusef Ikhdeir Awad in Beit Ummar town.
3. Israeli forces detained Hussien Yusef Madi in Al-Aroub camp.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza stripe and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles .

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entry of goods, fuel, construction material for the private sector and internationally funded projects.
