WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

1. At 10:30, Israeli forces raided Shu'fat camp in Jerusalem city then stormed and searched several merchant shops.
2. At 02:00, Israeli forces raided Anata town and detained a resident.

Detention

1. On November 1st 2018, Israeli forces detained Hamza Fathi Kan'an {A resident of Hizma town}.
2. Israeli forces detained Khalid Shikhiyat in Anata town.

Assaults on Property

On the evening of November 1st 2018, Israeli forces positioned in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city following a decision by the Israeli Minister of Internal Security, prevented a dialogue seminar organized by the Vision Foundation, which was supposed to be held at the Silwan Sports Club then forced the participants to leave and closed down the venue under the pretext of preventing any activity of the Palestinian National Authority in the city of Jerusalem. then temporarily detained the Palestinian Authority Governor of Jerusalem district and the chairman of the Vision foundation and later released them.

Deportation

On the evening of November 1st 2018, Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city i issued a court order to expel Yacoub Mahmoud Abu Assab, for a week from his place of residence in Jerusalem, in addition to fining him 1000 NIS, as a condition for his release after the end of his sentence of 7 years in the occupation prisons.

Temporary Detention

On the evening of November 1st 2018, Israeli forces temporarily detained Addnan Gayth {The Palestinian Authority Governor of Jerusalem district}, Rami Nasser Al-Din {the chairman of the Vision foundation} after they prevented a dialogue seminar organized by the Vision Foundation, which was supposed to be held at the Silwan Sports Club then released them at a later time.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 11:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1 At 18:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Um Safa village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 20:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Ras Kar Kar village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 03:10, Israeli forces raided Ramallah city until 04:30.

Attack

At 15:30, Israeli forces positioned near the entrance of Kafr Malik village fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

JENIN

Raid

1. At 08:45, Israeli forces raided Jaba' town and Bi'r Al-Basha, Markat, Al-Jarbat and Sanour villages until 13:35.
2. At 13:35, Israeli forces raided Ya'bad town until 15:50.

TUBAS

Raid

At 09:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Hadadiya village in the North Jordan valley and served a military order for the demolition of a home owned by Omar Aref for allegedly being built without a licence.

TULKAREM

Raid

1. At 16:45, Israeli forces raided Safarin village.
2. At 18:05, Israeli forces raided Beit Lid town until 18:30.
3. At 23:35, Israeli forces raided Zieta town until 24:00.

Settlement Activities

On November 1st 2018, Israeli forces razed areas of Palestinian agricultural land planted with olive trees belonging to the village of Kufr al-Labd and the villages of Shufa and Kafka, adjacent to the settlement of "Avnei Hefetz", in order to expand the settlement.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 14:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Jit village junction then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 07:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 20:10, Israeli forces raided Azzun town.
2. At 20:50, Israeli forces raided Qalqiliya city until 23:20.

Settlers Attacks

On the morning of November 1st 2018, a group of Israeli settlers from "Sha'arei Tikva" settlement located on a hill top in Azzun Atma village pumped raw sewage waste from the settlement on to the playground of Azzun Atma-Beit Ammin secondary school and as a result causing unpleasant odors inside the school.

NABLUS

Military Checkpoints

At 14:40, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Huwara military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 15:15.

Settlers Attacks

At 22:10, Israeli settlers from "Shavei Shomron" settlement threw a Molotov cocktail bomb towards several residents and vehicles travelling a along the main road connecting Nablus and Jenin.

JERICHO

Raid

At 07:20, Israeli forces raided Jericho city as they escorted a group of Israeli settlers who stormed the Church of Temptation then withdrew at a later time.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 21:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along Wadi Al-Nar road {which connects Al-Ubidiya town with Al-Shawara Al-Sharqiya village} then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 00:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near the entrance of Beit Jallah city then searched residents and vehicles until 01:15.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

At 20:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the south entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles.

Detention

At 12:35, Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Ayman Mohammad Al-Rajabi and RAdwan Hassunah Ziedat in Jabal Juhar area located in the old city of Hebron.

Settlers Attacks

At 23:10,an Israeli settler positioned near "Haggai" settlement located in south Hebron city opened fire towards a vehicle owned by Riziq Badawi Masalmah as he was travelling in the area.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Gaza, Central Gaza and Rafah districts.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

At 10:00 on November 1st 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Gaza city.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

At 16:50 on November 1st 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Al-Buriej camp.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is closed {with the exception for the entry of limited supplies of Diesel fuel for the the main electricity generator}.

Attack

At 15:30 on November 1st 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Rafah city.
