WEST BANK
JERUSALEM
Detention
1. At 16:50, Israeli forces positioned at Shu'fat military checkpoint in Jerusalem detained Ahmad Abu Hamdan.
2. Israeli forces detained Loai Faysal Obeid in Al-Eisawiya village.
Attack
At 16:35, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets , stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Al-Eisawiya village.
RAMALLAH & AL BIREH
Flying Checkpoints
1. At 12:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Deir Abu Mash'al village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 13:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 14:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Al-Mughier village then searched residents and vehicles.
4. At 17:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Halamish" settlement junction then searched residents and vehicles.
TUBAS
Settlers Attacks
At 11:20, a group of Israeli settlers stormed Ein Al-Hilweh area located in the North Jordan valley near "Maskiyot" settlement and plowed a plot of agricultural land owned by Abu Muhsien and Abu Dawas families during which Israeli military forces intervened and asked the land owner to show documentation of ownership.
TULKAREM
Military Checkpoints
At 17:50,Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 18:40.
Raid
At dawn on November 1st 2019, Israeli forces raided Bal'a town and detained a resident.
Detention
Israeli forces detained Nabeel Salah Awad Hamdan in Bal'a town.
QALQILIYA
Attack
At 12:20, Israeli forces positioned at the east entrance of Kafr Qaddum village {which is closed by the Israeli Military} fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents {protesting against the continued closure} for alleged stoning and as a result left several residents suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
NABLUS
Flying Checkpoints
At 08:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Muraba' area located near the entrance of Tel village then searched residents and vehicles until 13:05.
SALFIT
Raid
At 01:30, Israeli forces raided Kafil Harris town until 01:45.
Settlers Attacks
At 22:00, a group of Israeli settlers stormed agricultural land in Yasuf village and stole Olive harvest and harvesting equipment owned by Jabr Hamouda Attani.
BETHLEHEM
Flying Checkpoints
1. At 13:35,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beit Jalla city then searched residents and vehicles until 15:35.
2. At 14:45 and again at 22:10,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the west villages of Bethlehem district} then searched residents and vehicles until 04:20.
3.At 15:40,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Beit Fajjar town then searched residents and vehicles until 17:30.
Temporary Detention
At 16:55, Israeli forces positioned at Al-Container military checkpoint temporarily detained 2 wedding convoys as they were passing through the checkpoints and forced the occupants to get out of the vehicles before allowing them to pass through at 17:30.
Confiscation of Property
At 16:25, Israeli forces stormed Khilat Al-Fahm area located in Al-Khadr town {which is located near "El'azar" settlement} and confiscated a tractor owned by Ibrahim Adnan Salah as he was working on his agricultural land.
HEBRON
Raid
At 18:20, Israeli forces raided Hebron city and attempted to storm a Government Hospital as they were chasing a group of children for alleged stoning.
Settlers Attacks
1.At 10:20, a group of Israeli settlers positioned near "Negohot" settlement assaulted the family of Badawi Jadallah.
2. At 10:30, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of the Israeli military stormed a plot of land near Surif town and placed a barbed wire fence around the plot of land.
GAZA STRIP
ALL DISTRICTS
• At 19:00 on August 26th 2014,The permanent and comprehensive cease-fire entered into force on the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, introduce humanitarian and relief assistance and reconstruction supplies, expand the fishing area for 6 miles, Up to 12 miles by the end of the current year, reducing the area of the buffer zone from 300 m to 100 m, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. The other issues, including the airport and the port, will be negotiated within one month of the cease-fire.
On the morning of 28 June 2019, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the sea fishing area in the north of the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip and up to 6 nautical miles from the port of Gaza and from the port of Gaza to the south of Rafah until 15 nautical miles
•Israeli forces broke the cease fire agreement by opening fire,launching stun and tear gas canisters and launching tank artillery shells from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza, Gaza, Central Gaza, Khan Yunis and Rafah and as a result killed a resident, injured 109 residents and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
•Israeli Military aircraft's broke the ceasefire agreement by launching 28 missiles {during 17 airstrikes} towards North Gaza, Gaza, Central Gaza and Khan Yunis districts.
• Palestinian Gunmen broke the ceasefire agreement by launching 10 projectiles towards the Green line.
NORTHERN GAZA
Closure of Crossing Points
* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

1. At 07:30 on November 1st 2019,Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.
2. At 13:30 on November 1st 2019,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Jabaliya town during the march of return and as a result injured 40 resident and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
3. At 19:20 on November 1st 2019,Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.
4. At 21:35 on November 1st 2019, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.

Closure of Crossing Points
* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

2. At 02:20 on November 2nd 2019,Israeli military aircraft launched 3 missiles towards Palestinian gunmen sites in south Deir Al-Balah city.

At 13:30 on November 1st 2019,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Khuza'a town located in east Khan Yunis city participating in the right of return march and as a result injured 20 residents and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
