WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

At dawn on November 20th 2018, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village , stormed several homes and detained 5 residents {including a child}.

Detention

1. At 12:00, Israeli forces positioned at Shu'fat military checkpoint detained Mohammad Kamil Al-Dab'i {A resident of Shu'fat camp in Jerusalem district}.
2. At 12:00, Israeli forces positioned at Qalandiya military checkpoint detained Nour Siyam {A resident of Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city}.
3. At 19:00, Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Obada Siyam and Abdallah Siyam in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city.
4.Israeli forces detained 5 residents: Waseem Eyad Dari {16 years old}, Saleh Bader Abu Assab, Mohammed Mari Derbas, Hussein Jamjoum, and Mahmoud Sa'di Al-Rajabi in Al-Eisawiya village.

Temporary Detention

At 14:55, Israeli forces positioned at Qalandiya Military checkpoint temporarily detained Iftikar Jamal Mohammad Kamil {A resident of Qabatiya town in Jenin district} for allegedly carrying a knife then released her at 19:50.

House Demolition

On November 19th 2018, Israeli forces demolished mobile home owned by Ali Mutier located in Qalandiya village for allegedly being built without a licence.

Destruction of Property

On November 19th 2018, Israeli forces demolished 2 car washes owned by Obidat and Al-Muhtasib families, storage rooms and office space owned by Sari family, a storage room owned by Jafra familyn and a grocery store owned by Obiyat family located in Jabal Al-Mukabir and Silwan neighborhoods in Jerusalem city for allegedly being built with out licenses.

Land Levelling

On November 19th 2018,Israeli forces leveled a plot of land owned by Khalid Al-Zir in Al-Abbassiya area in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 10:30, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 07:55 on November 19th 2018, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Deir Abu Mash'al village and impeded the free flow of traffic in both directions until 15:00.
2. At 09:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Abboud town then searched residents and vehicles until 15:00.
3. At 12:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Ein Sinya village roundabout then searched residents and vehicles.
4. At 15:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Ein Ayoub area located near Deir Ammar village then searched residents and vehicles.
5. At 20:50, Israeli forces set up 2 checkpoints at the entrances of Al-Nabi Saleh and Deir Abu Mash'al villages then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 17:00, Israeli forces raided Ras Kar Kar village and handed out leaflets warning residents against stoning vehicles.
2. At 01:45, Israeli forces raided Ein Arik village.
3. At 02:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Bireh city, clashed with several residents as they stormed several homes, detained a resident then withdrew at 05:00.

Israeli forces detained Rateb Al-Taweel in Al-Bireh city.

Attack

1. At 14:55, Israeli forces positioned near the entrance of Dura Al-Qara' village fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
2. At 20:00, Israeli forces positioned in the vicinity of "Pesagout" settlement located in east Al-Bireh city fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
3. At 02:30, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed a home during their raid into Al-Bireh city.

TUBAS

Raid

At 12:00, Israeli forces raided Bardala village located in the North Jordan valley and dismantled a mobile home owned by Khalid Rushdi Sawafta for allegedly being built with out a licence then proceeded to confiscate it.

House Demolition

At 12:00, Israeli forces dismantled a mobile home owned by Khalid Rushdi Sawafta for allegedly being built with out a licence during their raid into Bardala village located in the North Jordan valley then proceeded to confiscate it.

Confiscation of Property

At 12:00, Israeli forces confiscated a mobile home owned by Khalid Rushdi Sawafta for allegedly being built with out a licence during their raid into Bardala village located in the North Jordan valley.

Settlers Attacks

At 09:40, a group of Israeli settlers stormed Einoun area located in east Tubas city.

TULKAREM

Raid

1. At 19:00, Israeli forces raided Anabta town, clashed with several residents then withdrew at 00:35.
2. At 00:40, Israeli forces raided Tulkarem city, Shweika camp, Nour Al-Shams camp and Deir Al-Ghesoun town and detained a resident in Nour Al-Shams camp then withdrew at 04:00.

Israeli forces detained Ahmad Marwan Shihab in Nour Al-Shams camp in Tulkarem city.

Attack

At 19:00, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Anabta town.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

At 19:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Hablat town tunnel {located at the south entrance of Qalqiliya city} then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 15:40, Israeli forces raided Azzun town and clashed with several residents.
2. At 18:55, Israeli forces raided Assalat village and detained 2 residents.
3. At 01:00,Israeli forces raided Jayyous town and confiscated a tractor owned by Alloun family.
4. At 01:20, Israeli forces raided Kafr Qaddum village, detained 3 residents {including 2 children} then withdrew at 03:30.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Hamza Abdel-Halim Hussien and Qusay Hamza Abdel-Halim Hussien in Assalat village.
2. Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Awad Mansour Abdel-Latif Obied {17 years old}, Khalid Murad Ishtewi {13 years old} and Imad Ahmad Ishtewi in Kafr Qaddum village.

Attack

At 15:40, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Azzun town.

Confiscation of Property

At 01:00, Israeli forces confiscated a tractor owned by Alloun family during their raid into Jayyous town.

NABLUS

Military Checkpoints

At 14:15, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Huwara military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

At 10:20, Israeli forces raided Orif village, clashed with several residents and as a result left 20 residents suffocated from tear gas inhalation, detained a resident , temporarily detained a child and released him at a later time then withdrew at 13:20.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Rami Muneer Hassan Soliman during clashes in Orif village.

Temporary Detention

1. At 10:20, Israeli forces temporarily detained the child Salah Faleh Mohammad Safadi {16 years old} during clashes in Orif village then released him at a later time.
2. At 14:15, Israeli forces positioned at Huwara military checkpoint temporarily detained 2 residents {of those identified}: Mahmoud Al-Memsi then released them at a later time.

Attack

At 10:20, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Orif village and as a result left 20 residents suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

At 17:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Deir Istiya town then searched residents and vehicles until 19:15.

Raid

At 12:30, Israeli forces raided Bruqin town.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

At 15:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles until 16:30.

Detention

At 18:15, Israeli forces positioned at Al-Hamra military checkpoint detained 2 residents: Hilmi Khamis Al-Karaki {A resident of Salem village in Nablus district} and Hamdi Bassam Al-Lidawi {A resident of Nablus city}.

Temporary Detention

On the evening of November 19th 2018, Israeli forces positioned at Allenby bridge temporarily detained Mohammad Al-Diya {A National Security Force officer} as he was returning from Jordan then released him at a later time.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 13:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Aqbat Hasnna area {located along the main road leading to the villages located in west Bethlehem district} then searched residents and vehicles until 14:50.

Raid

1. At 13:30, Israeli forces raided Husan village, stormed a home {under construction} and confiscated construction equipment
2. On the evening of November 19th 2018, Israeli forces raided Al-Khader town and clashed with several residents.
3. At 03:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Doha town, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched a home then detained a child.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Omar Musa Quwar {17 years old} in Al-Doha town.

Attack

1. On the evening of November 19th 2018, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Al-Khader town.
2. At 03:30, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched a home during their raid into Al-Doha town.

Confiscation of Property

At 13:30, Israeli forces confiscated constriction equipment used to construct a home owned by Ra'fat Khalil Hamamra during their raid into Husan village.

Assaults on Property

On November 19th 2018, Israeli forces expelled Ali Ahmed' Issa and his family at gunpoint from his 150-dunum farm land located in Ein Al-Qassis area located west of Al-Khader town and near "Sedi Bohgaz" settlement outpost for alleged security purposes.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

At 18:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Beit Einoun village junction then searched residents and vehicles until 20:00.

Raid

1. At 16:30, Israeli forces raided Beit Einoun area located in North Hebron city and demolished several merchant shops.
2. At 22:50, Israeli forces raided Al-Thahriya town then stormed and searched several merchant shops.
3. At 02:35, Israeli forces raided Al-Fuwar camp and detained a resident after storming and searching his home.
4. At dawn on November 20th 2018, Israeli forces raided Beit Ummar town and summoned Ibrahim Hamid Abu Mariya to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Mohammad Abdel-Mu'ti Khlil Ghatshat in Al-Fuwar camp.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by raiding North Gaza district.
• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza, Gaza,Central Gaza, Khan Yunis and Rafah district and as a result injured 26 residents {including a journalist} and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza district

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Raid

At 08:00 on November 19th 2018, Israeli forces escorting military bulldozers stormed 50 m into the vicinity of a area located in North west Beit Lahiya and opened fire as they leveled a plot of land then withdrew at 12:00.

Attack

1. At 08:40 on November 19th 2018, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Waha area located in north west Beit Lahiya town.
2. At 14:00 on November 19th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in North west Beit Lahiya town during the march of return and as a result injured 125 residents {including a journalist} and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
3. At 14:30 on November 19th 2018, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards 12 Palestinian fishing boats who were protesting off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town and chased them towards Gaza ports at 17:00.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 25 unidentified residents including Rashed Rashid {A journalist} during clashes in North west Beit Lahiya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

At 16:55 on November 19th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards several residents near the border fence in east Al-Maghazi camp and as a result injured a resident.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured a unidentified resident during clashes near the border fence in east Al-Maghazi camp.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
