WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

1. At 20:30, Israeli forces raided Shu'fat camp in Jerusalem city, clashed with several residents as they served military orders for the demolition of 20 merchant shops for allegedly being built without licences and gave its owners 12 hours to leave the area.
2. At 01:45, Israeli forces raided Al-Ram town then stormed and searched several homes.

Detention

1. At 14:00, Israeli forces detained Arin Al-Za'anin {Red crescent Emergency Paramedic} in Jerusalem city.
2. At 20:30, Israeli forces detained Karam Obada {A resident of Jabal Al-Mukabir neighborhood in Jerusalem city}.

Killings

On November 20th 2018, the child Abdel-Rahman Ali Abu Jamal {17 years old}{A resident of Jabal Al-Mukabir neighborhood in Jerusalem city} died of serious injuries sustained after Israeli forces opened fire towards him {as he allegedly stabbed a Israeli Police officer} near Jabal Al-Mukabir neighborhood in Jerusalem city {As mentioned in the report dated November 15th 2018}.

Attack

At 20:30, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they served military orders for the demolition of 20 merchant shops for allegedly being built without licences during their raid into Shu'fat camp in Jerusalem city.

Confiscation of Property

At 20:30, Israeli forces confiscated a bulldozer in Qutana village while working on a project to construct a retaining wall to expand a street in the village.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

At 19:00, Israeli forces set up 2 checkpoints at the entrances of Sinjil town and Ein Sinya village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 04:35, Israeli forces raided Al-Bireh city and Al-Amary camp in the city then detained 2 residents {including a PLC member}.

Detention

1. At 18:00, Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Jihad Fahed Bierat and Usayed Jafar Hamayel {Both are residents of Kafr Malik village} near the bypass road near Kafr Malik village.
2. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Ahmad Atwan {A PLC member}{A resident of Al-Bireh city} and Wajdi Abu Samra {A resident of Al-Amary camp} during their raid into Al-Bireh city and Al-Amary camp.

Attack

1. At 19:10, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they were travelling in Deir Ijrier village.
2. At 21:05, Israeli forces positioned in the vicinity of "Pesagout" settlement located in east Al-Bireh city fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

QALQILIYA

1. At 09:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Hablat town tunnel {located at the south entrance of Qalqiliya city} then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 11:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Deir Al-Hatab village then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 20:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 20:15, Israeli forces raided Azzun town and clashed with several residents.
2. At 01:15, Israeli forces raided Qalqiliya city, clashed with several residents as they stormed several homes then withdrew at 05:40.

Attack

1. At 20:15, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Azzun town.
2. At 01:15, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed several homes during their raid into Qalqiliya city.

NABLUS

Raid

1. At 01:00, Israeli forces raided Tel village, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes, summoned 2 residents: Fadi Assayda and Saqer Assayda to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning and confiscated 5200 NIS from the home of Billal Ishtaya and a vehicle owned by Fadi Assayda {a University lecturer} then withdrew at 05:00.
2. At 03:00, Israeli forces raided Nablus city, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes then withdrew at 05:30.

Temporary Detention

At 17:55, Israeli forces positioned near Al-Libban Al-Sharqiya village temporarily detained the child Omar Jihad Faysal Aweis {12 years old}{A resident of Al-Libban Al-Sharqiya village} then released him at a later time.

Attack

1. At 01:00, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Tel village.
2. At 03:00, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Nablus city.

Confiscation of Property

At 01:00, Israeli forces confiscated 5200 NIS from the home of Billal Ishtaya and a vehicle owned by Fadi Assayda {a University lecturer} during their raid into Tel village.

Settlers Attacks

1.On November 20th 2018, a group of Israeli settlers from "Shavie Shamron" settlement attacked a park {under construction} owned by Ahmad Husni Farouniya which is located near the main road connecting Nablus and Jenin and damaged several items and destroyed a fence.
2. At 09:45, a group of Israeli setters positioned near "Homish" settlement attacked residents vehicles as they traveled along the main road connecting Nablus and Jenin city then withdrew at 10:15.
3. At 10:25, a group of Israeli settler positioned near Al-Libban Al-Sharqiya village junction stoned residents vehicles as they traveled in the area then withdrew at 11:00.
4. At 03:35, a group of Israeli settler travelling in a vehicle stormed Nablus city in an attempt to enter Joseph's Tomb area then were chased away from the area by Palestinian Police that were stationed at the tomb site.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 20:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Deir Istiya town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 20:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Kafil Harris town then searched residents and vehicles.

JERICHO

Raid

At 17:45 and again at 00:30, Israeli forces raided Fasayil village, stormed and searched 2 homes then withdrew at 01:50.

Destruction of Property

On November 20th 2018, Israeli forces leveled a plot of land planted with Olive trees located near road (90) in Jericho city which is owned by the Islamic endowments and is rented by Ibrahim Ahmad during which they uprooted 500 Olive trees and confiscated them.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 15:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Nashash area junction { located at the south entrance of Bethlehem city} then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 16:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the west village of Bethlehem district} then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 17:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Walja village then searched residents and vehicles.
4. At 19:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beit Fajjar town then searched residents and vehicles until 01:00.

Raid

1. At 09:45, Israeli forces raided Wadi Rahal village then stormed and searched a home.
2. At 17:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Khader town and clashed with several residents then withdrew at 17:55.
3. At 01:00, Israeli forces raided Beit Fajjar town, detained 2 children then withdrew at 04:45.

Detention

1. At 22:45, Israeli forces positioned at Military checkpoint {300} located in North Bethlehem city detained Ahmad Nafiz Masalmat {A resident of Al-Duhisheh camp in Bethlehem city} for allegedly stabbing a Israeli settler in "Gilo" settlement.
2. Israeli forces detained Ameer Murad Taqatqa {16 years old} and Mohammad Adel Ali Taqatqa {16 years old} in Beit Fajjar town.

Attack

At 17:30, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Al-Khader town.

Closure of main Roads

At 17:30, Israeli forces closed the west entrance of Beit Jallah city and impeded the free flow of traffic {After the alleged stabbing of a Israeli settler in "Gilo" settlement}.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 18:15, Israeli forces set up 2 checkpoints at Bi'r Al-Mahjar area junction located in North Hebron city and at Zif village junction then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 22:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Wadi Sa'ir road and detained 2 residents.

Raid

1. At 06:50, Israeli forces raided Surif town and detained a resident after storming and searching his home.
2. At dawn on November 21st 2018, Israeli forces raided Yatta town and detained a resident then stormed and searched a home.

Detention

1. Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint near Wadi Sa'ir road detained 2 residents: Mohammad Yusef Abu Mufraj and Ibrahim Yusef Abu Mufraj {both are residents of Teqou' town in Bethlehem city}.
2. Israeli forces detained Fadi Ibrahim Ghanimat in Surif town.
3. Israeli forces detained Shihada Mohammad Da'ajnat in Yatta town.

Attack

At 15:40, Israeli forces positioned in Tal'at Abu Hadid area located in the old city of Hebron fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Central Gaza district.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza and Khan Yunis districts.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

1. At 07:30 on November 20th 2018, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Waha area located in north west Beit Lahiya town.
2. At 18:30 on November 20th 2018, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Waha area located in north west Beit Lahiya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

CENTRAL GAZA

Raid

1. At 07:30 on November 20th 2018, Israeli forces escorting military bulldozers stormed 70 m into the vicinity east of Al-Maghazi camp and opened fire as they leveled a plot of land then withdrew at 11:10.
2. At 07:30 on November 20th 2018, Israeli forces escorting military bulldozers stormed 70 m into the vicinity east of Al-Buriej camp and opened fire as they leveled a plot of land then withdrew at 13:10.

Attack

At 10:45 on November 20th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Deir Al-Balah city.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

At 10:55 on November 20th 2018, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Khan Yunis city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
