WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

1. At 03:00 on November 22nd 2018, Israeli forces raided Anata town and detained 2 residents.
2. At 15:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village, removed a Palestinian flag from a light pole near Al-Arab'in mosque then withdrew at a later time.
3. At 03:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Eizariya town and clashed with several residents.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Mohammad Al-Joulani {A resident of Anata town} and Hassan Omar Al-Masri {A resident of Aqabat town in Tubas district} in Anata town.

Temporary Detention

1. At 09:00, Israeli authorities issued a order preventing Adnan Al-Husseini {Palestinian Minister of Jerusalem affairs} from travelling abroad for a period of 3 months and imposed a financial penalty of 1000 NIS and also seized his travel passports.
2. At 09:00, Israeli authorities issued a order preventing Mohammad Fawzi Soliman Arna'ut {A teacher at the Aran Institute in Abu Dis town} from travelling abroad.
3. At 14:50, Israeli authorities issued a order preventing Adnan Al-Husseini {Palestinian Minister of Jerusalem affairs} from entering the West Bank in order to prevent him from contacting several Palestinian officials.

Attack

At 03:00, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Al-Eizariya town.

Assault on Educational sector

On November 22nd 2018, Israeli forces raided he Directorate of Education and the School of the Orphanage in the Old City of Jerusalem, and inspected the offices and the classrooms.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 09:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 17:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 18:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Abboud town then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 18:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Deir Abu Mash'al village then searched residents and vehicles.
4. At 23:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Taybeh town junction {located along the main road connecting Ramallah and Jericho districts} and detained a resident.

Raid

1. At dawn on November 22nd 2018, Israeli forces raided Al-Bireh city and detained 2 residents.
2. At 21:40, Israeli forces raided Deir Intham village.

Detention

1. Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint located at Al-Taybeh town junction {located along the main road connecting Ramallah and Jericho districts} detained Mohammad Munthir Al-Uri {A resident of Al- Bireh city}.
2. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Saed Zawara' and Turki Zawara' in Al-Bireh city.

Settlers Attacks

At 08:50, a Israeli settler from "Kochav Ha'shachar" settlement located in south east Kafr Malik village stormed and planted a plot of agricultural land located near the settlement in Kafr Malik village and herded his live stock in the area after Israeli settlers prevented the owners of the plot from reaching the area which had been reclaimed for several months in an attempt to control and cultivate it for the settlement.

JENIN

Flying Checkpoints

At 14:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Sanour village junction then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

On November 22nd 2018, Israeli forces raided Zubaba village and detained a residents after storming and searching a home.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Ahmad Nasri Jallal Jaradat in Zubaba village.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 16:00, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Flying Checkpoints

At 16:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Bazariya village junction located in east Anata town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 20:50, Israeli forces raided Rammin village until 00:30.
2. At 00:40, Israeli forces raided Zeita , Allar, Attil towns and Sayda village until 03:40.

At 16:00, Israeli forces positioned at "Enav" military checkpoint detained Ayman Mahmoud Sawafta {A resident of Tubas city}.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Immatin village junction then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 15:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Hablat town then searched residents and vehicles.

NABLUS

Raid

At 22:40, Israeli forces raided Zuwata village, stormed and searched a home then withdrew at 00:50.

Settlers Attacks

At dawn on November 23rd 2018, a group of Israeli settlers raided Assira Al-Qibliya village,slashed the tires of 20 vehicles and spray painted racist graffiti on the walls of Hassab Assara's home.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 17:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Kafil Harris and Deir Istiya towns then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 20:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Deir Istiya town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 12:15, Israeli forces raided Bidya town, confiscated surveillance camera footage from a Currency exchange shop and a telecommunications shop then withdrew at 17:30.

Confiscation of Property

At 12:15, Israeli forces confiscated surveillance camera footage from e from a Currency exchange shop and a telecommunications shop owned by Mohammad Khader Rayan and Daoud Assaf during their raid into Bidya town.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

At 12:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along road {90} located near Al-Oja village, stopped a Palestinian Police vehicle, temporarily detained 2 Palestinian Police officers then released them at 15:50.

Provocation of Palestinian Forces

At 12:00, Israeli forces positioned at a checkpoint along road {90} located near Al-Oja village, s temporarily detained 2 Palestinian Police officers: Salah Attatrat and Khalid Allamat after stopping their Police vehicle then released them at 15:50.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:30 and again at 19:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Fuwar camp then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 16:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Arrub camp then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 19:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Khursa village junction then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 22:40, Israeli forces raided Dura town until 04:20.
2. At 05:15, Israeli forces raided Hebron city.

Detention

At 18:20, Israeli forces detained Nasser Talib Abu Sineinah in the old city of Hebron.

Injuries

At 12:30, Rashid Mohammad Musa Abu Arram {a resident of Yatta town} was hospitalized with contusions after a Israeli Military vehicle ran him over near the main road at Beit Einoun village junction.

Attack

1. At 09:20, Israeli forces positioned at the entrance of Al-Fuwar camp fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
2. At 14:00, Israeli forces positioned at "Abu Al-Rish" military checkpoint in the old city of Hebron fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

Destruction of Property

On the morning of November 22nd 2018, Israeli forces demolished a vehicle repair shop owned by Mohammad Hassan Mur'ib located near Al-Nabi Yunis area in Halhul town and confiscated its equipment.

On the morning of November 22nd 2018, Israeli forces confiscated equipment from a vehicle repair shop owned by Mohammad Hassan Mir'ib before demolishing it located near Al-Nabi Yunis area in Halhul town.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Gaza and Khan Yunis districts.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza district.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

At 08:00 on November 22nd 2018, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Waha area located in north west Beit Lahiya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Attack

At 08:00 on November 22nd 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards several residents near the border fence in east Gaza city.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

At 09:00 on November 22nd 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Al-Qarara town located in North east Khan Yunis city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
