WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Military Checkpoints

At 21:00, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Jaba' Military checkpoint which is located along the main road connecting Jerusalem, Ramallah and Jericho district thus impeded the free flow of traffic.

Detention

At dawn on November 23rd 2017, Israeli forces detained Husam Zaytoun {13 years old} in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 11:30, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

At 07:10 on November 23rd 2017, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village then searched residents and vehicles until 10:20.

Raid

1. At 01:50, Israeli forces raided Awarta town until 03:05.
2. At 02:05,Israeli forces raided Beit Rima town and summoned Ahmad Tariq Anis Al-Rimawi to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.

Attack

At 14:30, Israeli forces positioned near Deir Nathim village fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.

JENIN

Raid

At 13:10, Israeli forces raided Ya'bad town and Zabada village until 13:15.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 15:35, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 17:20.

Raid

At 13:30, Israeli forces raided Beit Lid town, Kafr Sur and Safarin villages until 14:35.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 11:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 11:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Hablat town then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 17:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Al-Nabi Eliyas village then searched residents and vehicles.
4. At 03:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 12:30, Israeli forces raided Azzun town.
2. At 13:20, Israeli forces raided Qalqiliya city, clashed with several residents then withdrew at 17:15.
3. At 03:00, Israeli forces raided Jayyous town then stormed 5 homes.

Attack

At 13:20, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Qalqiliya city.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

At 08:00, Israeli forces positioned near Deir Istiya village {located along the main road connecting Nablus and Tulkarem city}then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 12:05, Israeli forces raided Beit Iba town, Deir Sharaf and Qussin villages , stored and searched several merchant shops and restaurants in Deir Sharaf village.

Detention

At 19:35, Israeli forces positioned near Deir Sharaf village detained Layth Bassam Yusef Kharajah {a resident of Allar town in Tulkarem district}.

Confiscation of Property

On November 23rd 2017, Israeli forces confiscated a Solid waste truck owned by Aqraba town Council for allegedly dumping its contents in an area located in North West Aqraba town which is in area C which is under Israeli Military and administrative control.

SALFIT

Raid

At 10:30, Israeli forces raided Salfit city, stormed several merchant shops then withdrew at 14:00.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

At 16:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the south entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Nashash area junction {located at the south entrance of Bethlehem city} then searched residents and vehicles until 11:20.
2. At 09:10 and again at 19:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Jinata town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 10:50, Israeli forces raided Al-Obidiya town.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 10:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Fuwar camp then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 14:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Al-Samou' and Al-Thahriya towns then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 19:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Halhul town bridge then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 23:45, Israeli forces raided Yatta town until 03:55.
2. At 00:30, Israeli forces raided Hebron city until 03:55.
3. At 01:25, Israeli forces raided Al-Arrub camp until 03:55.

Attack

On the evening of Al-Thaher area located in Beit Ummar town{which also located near "Karmi Tsur" settlement} fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result left several residents suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza stripe and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles .
• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Central Gaza.
• Israeli Naval forces broke the cease fire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza District.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

At 08:30 on November 23rd 2017, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in North west Beit Lahiya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

At 11:30 on November 23rd 2017, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Al-Maghazi camp.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is is partially open for the entry of goods, fuel, construction material for the private sector and internationally funded projects.
