WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

1. At 06:20 on November 24th 2017, Israeli forces raided Biddu town and detained a resident.
2. At 18:50, Israeli forces raided Al-Ram town until 21:50.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Mohammad Daoud Badwan in Biddu town.

Temporary Detention

At 16:00, Israeli Authorities in Jerusalem city placed 3 children: Mehdi Qarayeen {14 years old}, Amran Al-Khadour {16 years old}, and Uday Al-Rajabi {14 years old} under house arrest for a period of 3 days and fined them 2000 NIS each as a term for their release from Israeli Police custody after being detained at an earlier time.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 11:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Halmish" settlement then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 11:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Ni'lin town then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 15:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Atarah town bridge then searched residents and vehicles.
4. At 21:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along road 443 located near Khirbithat Al-Misbah village then searched residents and vehicles until 00:35.

Raid

At 02:35, Israeli forces raided Khirbithat Al-Misbah village.

Demonstrations

1. At 12:10, a demonstrations took place in Bi'lin town protesting against the construction of the wall during which Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades and prevented residents from reaching the demonstration site and as a result injured a International Peace Activist.
2. At 12:10. a demonstrations took place in Ni'lin town protesting against the construction of the wall during which Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades and prevented residents from reaching the demonstration site.
3. At 13:00, a demonstrations took place in Al-Nabi Saleh village protesting against the construction of settlements during which Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents and as a result left them hospitalized with contusions.

Attack

1. At 12:10, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning during demonstrations in Bi'lin town and as a result left them suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
2. At 12:10, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning during demonstrations in Ni'lin town and as a result left them suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
3.At 13:00,, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning during demonstrations in Al-Nabi Saleh village.

JENIN

Raid

1. At 21:40, Israeli forces raided Ya'bad town.
2. At 23:10, Israeli forces raided Zubaba, Rumana, Al-Taybeh and Anin village and detained a resident in Rumana village.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Ahmad Waleed Haydar Abu Baker in Rumana village.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 18:10, Israeli forces Intensified their restrictions at "Enav" Military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 19:40.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Hablah tunnel {located at the south entrance of Qalqiliya city} then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 11:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Kafr Thulth and Azzun towns then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 14:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city then searched residents and vehicles.

Demonstrations

At 14:00,a demonstration took place in Kafr Qaddum village against the closure of the east entrance during which they clashed with Israeli forces tried to disrupt the demonstration by firing rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards demonstrators who attempted to reach the demonstration site and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Attack

At 14:00,Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents who were participating in demonstrations against the closure of the east entrance of Kafr Qaddum village and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

At 09:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Beita town junction then searched residents and vehicles.

JERICHO

Raid

At 07:45 on November 24th 2017, Israeli forces raided Al-Oja village until 09:30.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 13:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Marah Rabah village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 00:10, Israeli forces raided Beit Fajjar town until 00:50.
2. At 02:20, Israeli forces raided Teqou' town until 03:55.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 10:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Hebron city {along bypass road 35 near Halhul town bridge} then searched residents and vehicles until 11:30.
2. At 11:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Halhul town bridge then searched residents and vehicles until 12:50.
3. At 15:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Zif village junction then searched residents and vehicles until 17:00.

Raid

At 19:00, Israeli forces raided Hebron village then stormed and searched a sponge factory and furniture store.

Demonstrations

At 10:00, a demonstration took place in Qalqis village protesting against the 17 year closure of the entrance of the village during which Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents and as a result left them suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Attack

At 10:00, Israeli fores fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents who were participating in demonstrations against the 17 year closure of Qalqia village.

Settlers Attacks

At 09:45, a group of Israeli settlers from "Magon" settlement stormed land in Al-Kharoub village located in south east Yatta town and stoned several farmers who were working on agricultural land and as a result injured Fadil Ahmad Al-Ruba'i.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza stripe and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles .
• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

At 15:30 on November 24th 2017, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Jabaliya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is closed.
