JERUSALEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 08:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beit Duqqu village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 13:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Eizariya town and detained 3 residents.
2. At 17:30, Israeli forces raided Hizma town and detained a resident.
3. At 02:20, Israeli forces raided Abu Dis and Al-Eizariya towns.
4. At 03:30, Israeli forces raided Biddu town.

Detention

1. At 04:30 on November 26th 2018, Israeli forces detained 11 residents: Mohammed Abu al-Qahq, Nasser Abu Hanna, Amer Awad, Johnny Barakat, Abdullah Abu Khudair, Abdullah Hamad, Amr Abu Sarhan, Hatem Mahlous, Tarek Abu Khudair, Mohammed Abu Hawi and Mohammad Jadallah in Jerusalem city {in addition to those mentioned in the previous report}.
2. At 19:00, Israeli forces detained Ahmad Mohammad Abu Ghannam in Jerusalem city.
3. On November 26th 2018, Israeli forces detained Bassil Abed {A resident of Jerusalem city} as he was reporting to Israeli Intelligence for questioning based on a prior summon.
4. Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Ameer Ra'uf Bassat, Hamloum Soliman Abu Ziyad and Mohammad Sa'ada Sa'ed Aramna in Al-Eizariya town.
5 . Israeli forces detained Mohammad Sa'ada in Hizma town.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 08:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Military Checkpoints

On the evening of November 26th 2018, the Israeli military closed "Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Bet El" settlement located in North Al-Bireh city and impeded the free flow of traffic until reopening it at a later time.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 07:30 on November 26th 2018, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Deir Abu Mash'al village, prevented residents from entering of exiting the village then reopened it at a later time.
2. At 10:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Deir Ibzi' and Ras Kar Kar villages then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 14:50 and again at 20:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Ein Sinya village roundabout then searched residents and vehicles.
4. At 16:00 and again at 20:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Atarat town then searched residents and vehicles.
5. At 00:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beit Sira village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 10:00, Israeli forces raided Burqa village, served a military order for the demolition of a home {under construction} owned by Ameer Hilmi Barakat for allegedly being built with out a licence.
2. At 14:30, Israeli forces raided Deir Intham village, clashed with several residents then withdrew at 17:00.
3. At 23:55, Israeli forces raided Abboud town.
4. At 01:50, Israeli forces raided Al-Bireh city.

Detention

At dawn on November 26th 2018, Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Thiyab Sa'di Muslih and Shadi Sa'di Muslih during their raid into Beit Liqya town {in addition to those mentioned in the previous report}.

Attack

At 14:30, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Deir Intham village.

JENIN

Raid

1. At 09:25, Israeli forces raided Imrayha village located in south Ya'bad town and demolished a home owned by Baha Ameen Hamadouni for allegedly being built without a licence.
2. At 17:35, Israeli forces raided Kafrit village.
3. At 23:35, Israeli forces raided Ya'bad town, Turat Al-Gharbiya and Nazlat Zeid villages.
4. At 00:30, Israeli forces raided Zubaba village and detained a resident.
5. At 01:00, Israeli forces raided Jenin city and detained a resident.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Zakariya Yusef Ahmad Othman Al-Amour in Zubaba village.
2. Israeli forces detained Shihada Ahmad Al-Abbassi in Jenin city.

House Demolition

At 09:25, Israeli forces demolished a home owned by Baha Ameen Hamdiwani located in Imrayha village south Ya'bad town for allegedly being built with out a licence because of its location in area C {which is under Israeli Military and administrative control}.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 08:30, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Raid

1. At 18:40, Israeli forces raided Anabta and Kafr Al-Labbad town until 23:40.
2. At 20:20, Israeli forces raided Beit Lid town, Safarin and Nazlat Abu Al-Nar town until 23:40.
3. At 23:35, Israeli forces raided Shweikat neighborhood in Tulkarem city and Al-Jaroushiya village until 04:40.

QALQILIYA

Raid

1. At 00:10, Israeli forces raided Far'ata village until 16:35.
2. At 15:45, Israeli forces raided Jayyous town.
3. At 01:30, Israeli forces raided Qalqiliya city, detained 4 residents then withdrew at 05:00.
4. At 05:30, Israeli forces raided Azzun town, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched a home then detained a resident.
5. At 05:30, Israeli forces raided Immatin village and detained a resident.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained 4 residents: Mohammad Billal Farij, Yazan Abdel-Rahman Abdallah Dauod, Mus'ab Ma'zouz Dallal and Zaki Abdel-Fattah Daoud in Qalqiliya city.
2. Israeli forces detained Shadi Assad Ibrahim Radwan in Azzun town.
3. Israeli forces detained Jawad Ahmad Hassan Suwan in Immatin village.

Attack

At 05:30, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched a home during their raid into Azzun town.

1. At 09:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Assira Al-Shamaliya town junction then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 15:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Yitshar" settlement junction located in North Huwara town then searched residents and vehicles.

1. At 12:00, Israeli forces raided Beit Ibba town.
2. At 14:10, Israeli forces raided Beit Immrien, Sabastiya, Jabil, Ijnisyana, Al-Naqqura, Bazariya and Deir Sharaf villages.
3. At 16:50, Israeli forces raided Osarin village.
4. At 18:45, Israeli forces raided Beita town and Odala village.
5. At 20:20, Israeli forces raided Assira Al-Shamaliya town and Beit Immrien village.
6. At 21:50, Israeli forces raided Yassid village, opened fire as they surrounded the home of Izzat Mohammad Mashaqi then withdrew at 05:15.
7. At 23:00, Israeli forces raided Huwara town and Einbuis village.

9. At 23:50, Israeli forces raided Jamma'in town and Zeita village then detained 2 residents in Jamma'in town.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Jamal Ibrahim Abu Amr and Mo'ayad Ahmad Ghazi Haj Mohammad in Jamma'in town.

Settlers Attacks

On November 26th 2018, a group of Israeli settlers from "Ahiyah" settlement outpost located in Jalloud village planted several trees and installed water pipe networks in an area of ​​about 10 dunums, located near the houses of the residents of the village of Jalud in an attempt to seize them.

SALFIT

Detention

At 09:10, Israeli forces positioned at Za'tara junction military checkpoint detained Abdel-Hamid Mohammad Abdel-Hamid Abu Yacoub {A resident of Kafil Harris town}.

JERICHO

Raid

At 09:50, Israeli forces raided Al-Oja village until 11:10.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 11:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Beit Fajjar town then searched residents and vehicles.

Temporary Detention

At 14:50,Israeli forces positioned at Military checkpoint {300} located in North Bethlehem city temporarily detained 2 residents {brothers of Ramzi Addnan Daud Abu Yabbis who was killed after Israeli forces opened fire towards his vehicle near "Karmi Tsur" settlement junction in Hebron district}: Ammer Addnan Daud Abu Yabbis and Billal Addnan Daud Abu Yabbis as they were reporting to Israeli Intelligence for questioning after being summoned via telephone call then released them after questioning at 22:30.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 13:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Hebron city {located along bypass road 35 near Halhul town bridge} then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 19:25, Israeli forces set up 3 checkpoints at the entrance of Bani Na'im town, Al-Adisat and Yaqqin village junctions then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 01:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Halhul town bridge then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 17:25 an again at 00:20, Israeli forces raided Hebron city.
2. At 23:20, Israeli forces raided Dura town, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched a home then withdrew at 02:00.
3. At 01:30, Israeli forces raided Surif town.
4. At dawn on November 27th 2018, Israeli forces raided Beit Ummar town and detained a child.
5. At dawn on November 27th 2018, Israeli forces raided Yatta town and served a military order for the demolition of Khalil Al-Jabarin's family home.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Nour Abdel-Azziz Al-Hindi {15 years old} in Beit Ummar town.

Attack

1. At 12:40, Israeli forces positioned near "Karmi Tsur" settlement junction which is located in the area between Beit Ummar and Halhul towns opened fire towards a vehicle driven by Ramzi Addnan Daud Abu Yabbis {34 years old}{A nurse}{A resident of Al-Duhisheh camp in Bethlehem city} and as a result killed him after he allegedly ran over 3 Israeli soldiers
2. At 23:20, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched a home during their raid into Dura town.

Killings

Israeli forces opened fire towards and killed Ramzi Addnan Daud Abu Yabbis {34 years old}{A nurse}{A resident of Al-Duhisheh camp in Bethlehem city} after he allegedly ran over 3 Israeli soldiers near "Karmi Tsur" settlement junction which is located in the area between Beit Ummar and Halhul towns.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza, Central Gaza and Khan Yunis districts and as a result injured 4 residents and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza district.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

1. At 10:00 on November 26th 2018, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Waha area located in North West Beit Lahiya town.
2. At 14:00 on November 26th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in North west Beit Lahiya town during the march of return and as a result injured 3 residents and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
3. At 14:30 on November 26th 2018, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards approximately 20 Palestinian fishing boats during demonstrations off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town .

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 3 unidentified residents after opening fire towards demonstrators in North west Beit Lahiya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

At 16:50 on November 26th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards several residents near the border fence in east Al-Buriej camp and as a result injured a resident.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured a unidentified resident during clashes in east Al-Buriej camp.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

At 09:45 on November 26th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Abbassan town located in east Khan Yunis city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
