WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

1. At dawn on November 27th 2018, Israeli forces raided Al-Jadirat village and detained a resident.
2. At 15:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village and detained a resident.
3. At 23:30, Israeli forces raided Abu Dis town and clashed with several residents.

Detention

1. At 03:30 on November 27th 2018, Israeli forces detained Haytham Midhat Yusef Hamadin during their raid into Biddu town {As mentioned in the previous report}.
2. At 13:00, Israeli forces detained Ahmad Mahmoud Mohammad Al-Abbassi in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city.
3. Israeli forces detained Abdel-Salam Awni Muhna Qassim in Al-Jadirat village.
4. Israeli forces detained Wassim Obied in Al-Eisawiya village.

Deportation

On the evening of November 27th 2018, Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city served order to ban 3 residents: Mohammad Abu Al-Humous, Ahed Al-Rashq and Yassir Darwish from entering Salah Al-Din and Al-Sultan Suliman roads and Bab Al-Amoud area in Jerusalem city for a period of 14 days {2 weeks} for participating in a demonstration in solidarity with Addan Ghayth {Palestinian Authority Governor in Jerusalem} as a condition for their release after being detained at an earlier time.

Attack

At 23:30, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Abu Dis town.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 08:30, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

Settlement Activities

On November 27th 2018, Israeli authorities stormed Wadi Al-Rababat area located in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city and began construction work on foundations with the purpose of establishing a new settlement outpost in the area.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

At 22:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beitin village then searched residents and vehicles until 24:00.

Raid

1. At 09:40, Israeli forces raided Beituniya town.
2. At 10:50, Israeli forces raided Deir Abu Mash'al village then stormed and searched a home.
3. At 05:50, Israeli forces raided Budrous village, stormed and searched several homes and summoned Ahmad Mohammad Marrar to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.

Attack

At 22:50, Israeli forces positioned near the entrance of Turmus'aya town fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

JENIN

Raid

At dawn on November 28th 2018, Israeli forces raided Arrabat town and detained a resident.

Detention

1. At 15:30, Israeli forces positioned at Al-Jamlat Military checkpoint detained Nasser Abu Ja'es {A resident of Jenin camp}.
2. At 20:40, Israeli forces positioned at Barta'a military checkpoint detained Zidan Mahmoud Saleh Hawashin {A resident of Jenin camp}.
3. Israeli forces detained Rami Shihada Shibani in Arraba town.

TUBAS

Military Checkpoints

At 11:00, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Tayassir military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Raid

At 03:00, Israeli forces raided Tubas city and detained a resident.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Imad Mahmoud Sawafta in Tubas city.

Land Confiscation

On November 25th 2018, Israeli forces issued a military order {T/15/79 Extension and boarder realignment 2} for the confiscation of 267.357 dunums of land in Bardala and Tayassir villages located in the North Jordan valley area which is owned by the Latin Church for alleged military proposes.

TULKAREM

Raid

1. At 17:35, Israeli forces raided Shwikiya neighborhood in Tulkarem city, temporarily detained a resident after stopping the vehicle he was driving then released him at 21:50.
2. At 01:15, Israeli forces raided Kafr Al-Labbad town , detained a resident then withdrew at 02:50.
3. At 03:40, Israeli forces raided Tulkarem city and its camp, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes and detained 5 residents in the camp then withdrew at 05:00.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Hatim Fuqaha in Kafr Al-Labbad town.
2. Israeli forces detained 5 residents: Ahmad Hassan Ibrahim Matrouk, Adnan Ahmed Hussein Khader, Musab Adnan Ahmed Khader, Ahmed Nimer Zuhair Abu Jamous, and Hassan Ibrahim Hassan Howeidi during their raid into Tulkarem and its camp.

Temporary Detention

At 17:35, Israeli forces temporarily detained Mohammad Wafiq Abdel-Karim Hussien {A resident of Tulkarem camp} after stopping a vehicle he was driving during their raid into Shwikiya neighborhood in Tulkarem city then released him at 21:50.

Attack

At 03:40, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into during their raid into Tulkarem and its camp.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

At 11:35 and again at 02:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 16:30, Israeli forces raided Jayyous town and clashed with several residents.
2. At 19:45, Israeli forces raided Azzun town, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes and detained a child.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Nidal Safwan Salim {16 years old} in Azzun town.

Attack

1. At 16:30, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Jayyous town.
2. At 19:45, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Azzun town.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

At 20:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Assira Al-Shamaliya town and Talouza village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 01:55, Israeli forces raided Nablus city and Askar camp, detained 4 residents then withdrew at 04:50.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 4 residents: Anas Mousa Fadl {A resident of Askar camp}, Ahmed Mustafa Abu Lail {A resident of Askar camp}, Wajdi Abu Salem {A resident of Askar camp}, and Mahmoud Salah Ma'arouf {A resident of Nablus} during their raid into Nablus city and Asskar camp.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 14:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Salfit city then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 18:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Deir Istiya town then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 19:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Qarwat Bani Hassan then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 03:45, Israeli forces raided Masahat village then stormed and searched a home.
2. At dawn on November 28th 2018, Israeli forces raided Qarwat Bani Hassan town and detained a resident.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Riziq Rayan in Qarwat Bani Hassan town.

JERICHO

Destruction of Property

On November 27th 2018, Israeli forces demolished a livestock den owned by Jabr Da'is in Al-Jiftlik village for allegedly being built with out a licence.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 08:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the villages in west Bethlehem district} then searched residents and vehicles.

Attack

At 08:40, Israeli forces positioned at Bilil Bin Rabah mosque located in North Bethlehem city fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Fah's area located in south Hebron city then searched residents and vehicles until 12:00.
2. At 16:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Hawawier area {located at the North entrance of Halhul town} then searched residents and vehicles until 17:50.
3. At 23:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Huriyat junction located in Wadi Al-Hiriyat in south Hebron city then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At dawn on November 28th 2018, Israeli forces raided Hebron city and detained a resident.
2. At dawn on November 28th 2018, Israeli forces raided Dura town and detained a resident.
3. At dawn on November 28th 2018, Israeli forces raided Al-Arrub camp and detained a child.
4. At dawn on November 28th 2018, Israeli forces raided Al-Majd village and summoned a resident to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Zied Osama Al-Rajabi in Hebron city.
2. Israeli forces detained Mu'taz Mahmoud Abdel-Rahman Abu Zienab in Dura town.
3. Israeli forces detained Ma'en Nayef Al-Badawi in Al-Arrub camp.

Attack

1. At 18:50, Israeli forces positioned at Tariq Bin Ziyad junction located in the old city of Hebron fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
2. At 19:55, Israeli forces positioned at Bab Al-Zawiya area in Hebron city fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

House Demolition

On November 27th 2018, Israeli forces demolished a mobile home donated by a foreign institution and owned by Nabil al-Haila in Suba village located in west Dura town.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza district.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

At 09:00 on November 27th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in North West Beit Lahiya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
