WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

On the morning of November 28th 2018, Israeli forces raided Al-Eizariya town and detained 5 residents.

Detention

1. At 08:00, Israeli forces detained Adel Abu Zinied in Jerusalem city.
2. Israeli forces detained 5 resident: Abdul Halim Abu Ziyad, Sulaiman Mohammad Jahalin, Amir Raouf Bisata, Karim Shuja'ia and Musab Khalaf in Al-Eizariya town.

Attack

At 21:30, Israeli forces positioned in Al-Tur neighborhood in Jerusalem city fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

House Demolition

On November 28th 2018, Israeli forces demolished a home {consisting of a penthouse built on top of a home} approximately 200 square meters and owned by Mahran Al-Maghrabi for allegedly being built with out a licence.

Destruction of Property

On November 28th 2018, Israeli forces demolished a merchant shop {used as office space} approximately 50 square meters owned by Abu Aysha family in Shu'fat neighborhood in Jerusalem city for allegedly being built with out a licence.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 08:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 11:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Ein Sinya village roundabout then searched residents and vehicles until 24:00.
2. At 19:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Abboud town then searched residents and vehicles until 20:15

Raid

1. At 01:45, Israeli forces raided Al-Mazra'a Al-Gharbiya village and detained a resident.
2. At 02:25, Israeli forces raided Al-Bireh city, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes then withdrew at 05:45.
3. At 04:05, Israeli forces raided Kafr Malik village, detained 2 residents then withdrew at 05:35.
4. At dawn on November 29th 2018, Israeli forces raided Silwad town.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Hazim Abdallah Yacoub Al-Daduwat in Al-Mazra'a Al-Gharbiya village.
2. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Jaffar Mahmoud Hassan Ibirat and Nassr Muhanad Abdel-Rahman Hamayil in Kafr Malik village.

At 02:25, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Al-Bireh city.

At 12:55, Israeli settlers positioned at Ein Yabroud village bridge and stoned vehicles travelling near the area.

At 14:10, Israeli special forces raided Barta'a village, stormed a merchant shop and detained a resident.

1. At 10:50, Israeli forces detained Ahmad Fawaz Fayez Abu Duwas {16 years old}{A resident of Tubas city}.
2. Israeli forces detained Ahmad Abdel-Latif Fayad Zayoud {A resident of Al-Silat Al-Harthiya town} in Barta'a village.

At 08:30, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Tayassir military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Military Checkpoints

At 21:35, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 22:55.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:20 and again at 19:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 08:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Hablat town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 01:35, Israeli forces raided Qalqiliya city, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched "Aseel Yafa" Printing Press, detained a resident then withdrew at 05:10.

1. At 10:30, Israeli forces positioned at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city detained Omar Nimr Sweilim {A resident of Qalqiliya city}.
2. Israeli forces detained Issa Abdallah Ammer in Qalqiliya city.

At 01:35, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched "Aseel Yafa" Printing Press during their raid into Qalqiliya city.

NABLUS

At 18:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Jama'in town then searched residents and vehicles.

1. At 19:40, Israeli forces raided Sabastiya village, clashed with several residents then withdrew at 23:40.
2. At 00:30, Israeli forces raided Qaryout village and clashed with several residents.
3. At 01:10, Israeli forces raided Nablus city, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes, detained a resident then withdrew at 01:55.

Israeli forces detained Ameer Ameed Salama in Nablus city.

1. At 19:40, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Sabastiya village.
2. At 00:30, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Qaryout village.
3. At 01:10, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Nablus city.

1. At 13:50, Israeli forces raided Fasayil village, opened fire towards a vehicle after the driver exited the vehicle to flee then detained a resident.
2. At 00:15, Israeli forces raided Al-Oja village.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Saleem Salem Suwerki in Fasayil village.

At 13:50, Israeli forces opened fire towards a vehicle after the driver fled the area during their raid into Fasayil village.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 11:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Jinata town then searched residents and vehicles until 12:00.
2. At 11:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Faradis village then searched residents and vehicles until 12:00.

Raid

On the morning of November 28th 2018, Israeli forces raided Al-Minat village, surrounded a secondary school as they attempted to detained a student from inside it and were prevented from entering by the school administration.

Detention

At 21:05, Israeli forces positioned at Container military checkpoint detained Othman Yusef Ahmad Arafa {A resident of Al-Duhishat camp in Bethlehem city}.

Assault on Educational sector

On the morning of November 28th 2018, Israeli forces surrounded a secondary school as they attempted to detained a student from inside it during their raid into Al-Minat village were prevented from entering by the school administration.

HEBRON

Raid

1. At dawn on November 29th 2018, Israeli forces raided Hebron city then stormed and searched a home.
2. At dawn on November 29th 2018, Israeli forces raided Beit Awwa town.

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts.

• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Central Gaza district.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

At 13:00 on November 28th 2018, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of An Nussirat camp.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
