DAILY SITUATION REPORT

WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

1. At dawn on 11/28/2020, t Israeli forces raided Al-Issawiya village and detained a citizen.
2. At 20:00, Israeli forces raided 'Anata town and conducted a patrol.
2. At 20:30, Israeli forces raided the town of Hazma, and clashes took place with the citizens while they were on patrol.

Detention

1. At 14:25, the occupation forces detained Muhammad Derbas - a residents of Al-Issawiya village, while he was reporting to Israeli intelligence, based on prior notification.
2. The detainee in the village of Al-Issawiya is: Akram Ghasseb Ubaid.

Attack

1. At 18:00, the Israeli occupation forces fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun grenades and tear gas at the citizens under the pretext that they had been thrown with stones.
2. At 20:30, the Israeli occupation forces fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun grenades and tear gas at the citizens during their raid into Hizma town, under the pretext that they had been throwing stones while on patrol.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Attack

At 20:55, the occupation forces fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun grenades and tear gas at the entrance to Silwad town, under the pretext that they had been thrown with stones and as a result injured 2 residents (including a child).

Injuries

The two wounded, during clashes with the occupation forces near the entrance to Silwad, are: Imad Na`im Ayyad, 17, and Ramzi Ahmed Mari.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:30, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Azzun, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
2. At 09:40, the Israeli occupation forces set up a roadblock at the eastern entrance to Qalqilya, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
3. At 11:50, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the roundabout of the "Kedumim" settlement, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
4. At 15:40,the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the village of Ezbet El-Tabib, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.

Attack

1. At 17:00, the occupying forces, positioned in the vicinity of the "Eyal" crossing, north of Qalqilya, fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun grenades and tear gas canisters at the citizens, under the pretext that they were being thrown with stones.
2. At 20:00, the occupying forces positioned at Jaljulia checkpoint, south of Qalqilya city, fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun grenades and tear gas at the citizens, under the pretext that they were being thrown with stones.

NABLUS

Military Checkpoints

At 20:30, the occupation forces tightened their procedures at Huwara checkpoint, and obstructed traffic.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 15:00, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the Qablan town junction, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
2. At 17:05, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint near the "Shafi Shimron" settlement junction, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 13:20, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the northern entrance to Salfit, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
2. At 22:00, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Deir Ballut, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.

Raid

At 20:20, Israeli forces raided the town of Kafr al-Dik, and conducted a patrol.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 20:05, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the northern entrance to Jericho, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
2. At 20:10, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the southern entrance to Jericho, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 13:10, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint in the Aqabat Hasanah area (on the main road leading to the western villages in the Bethlehem governorate), to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
2. At 19:10, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the northern entrance to Tuqu 'town, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 15:05,the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the Tabqa village junction, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
2. At 16:35, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Beit Ummar, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.

Raid

1. At 02:25, Israeli forces raided Beit Kahil town, and detained a university student.
2. At 02:55, Israeli forces raided Al-Arroub camp, and detained a citizen.

Detention

1. At 06:50, the occupation forces positioned in the Old City of Hebron, detained Ibaa Imad al-Din Wazuz.
2. The person detained in the town of Beit Kahil is: Izz al-Din Nasser Muhammad Asafra (university student).
3. The person detained in Al-Arroub camp is: Muhammad Mustafa Al-Hasania.

Attack

At 13:30, the occupation forces fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun grenades and tear gas in the Bab Al-Zawiya area in Hebron on the pretext that they had been thrown with stones, which resulted in the injury of a number of citizens - suffocation cases due to inhaling tear gas.

Settlers Attacks

At 06:55, a settler ran over his vehicle near Checkpoint 160 in the Old City of Hebron, the citizen Asma Rizk Al-Salaymeh, and 2 of her children and as a result left them hospitalized with contusions.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• At 19:00 on 26/08/2014, the permanent and comprehensive ceasefire came into effect with the initiative and patronage of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, the introduction of humanitarian and relief aid and reconstruction requirements, and expanding the fishing area to a distance of 6 miles with the increase in distance Up to 12 miles by the end of this year, reducing the "security buffer" zone from 300 meters to 100 meters, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. Other issues, including the airport and the port, will be negotiated within a month of the ceasefire.

• On the morning of June 28, 2019, the occupation forces allowed the expansion of the fishing distance from opposite the Al-Waha area northwest of the town of Beit Lahiya in the northern Gaza governorate and up to the Gaza port by a distance of 6 nautical miles, and from opposite the Gaza port to the south of the coast of Rafah to 15 nautical miles.
• On 01/09/2020, the occupation forces re-expanded the fishing distance from the front of the Al-Waha area northwest of the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza governorate and up to the Gaza port by a distance of 6 nautical miles, and from opposite the Gaza port to the south of the coast of Rafah to 15 nautical miles. After it imposed on 08/16/2020 a complete closure on the maritime domain in front of the fishermen's boats in front of the Gaza Strip.
• The occupying forces violated the ceasefire, by firing from their positions on the Green Line in Khan Yunis Governorate, and by firing at the fishermen's boats in the northern Gaza governorate.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanoun Crossing - "Erez": On 11/28/2020 is closed (due to the Saturday holiday).

Attack

At 03:00 on 11/29/2020, Israeli gunboats fired at the fishermen's boats while chasing them at sea, off the Al-Sudania beach, west of the town of Beit Lahiya.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar-Karni crossing: closed since 02/03/2011, permanently, and by unilateral Israeli decision.
* The Shejaiya Crossing - “Nahal Oz” for fuel: closed since 04. 01. 2010 by an Israeli unilateral decision.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

At 08:00 on 11/28/2020, the occupation forces fired from their positions on the Green Line, towards agricultural lands east of Al-Fokhari town, east of Khan Yunis.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser Arafat International Airport: closed.
* Sufa Crossing: closed.
* Kerem Shalom Crossing - “Kerem Shalom”: 11/28/2020 is closed (due to a Saturday holiday).
* Al-Awda - Rafah crossing: on 11/28/2020 is closed.
