WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

1. At 08:00, Israeli forces raided Abu Dis town and clashed with several residents near Al-Quds University campus.
2. At 09:30, Israeli forces raided Shu'fat camp and clashed with several residents.

Detention

At 18:45, Israeli forces positioned at Bab Al-Ammoud area in Jerusalem city detained Yusef Azzam Abu Assab {A resident of Jerusalem city.

Temporary Detention

At 19:30,Israeli forces in Jerusalem city temporarily detained 2 residents: Adnan Al-Hussieni {Palestinian Authority Minister of Jerusalem Affairs} and Abdallah Siyam {Palestinian Authority's Deputy Governor of Jerusalem district} after summoning them for questioning.

Deportation

On the afternoon of November 29th 2018, The Israeli occupation authorities in the city of Jerusalem issued a orders to expel 23 residents for a period of 14 days from the West Bank governorates, in addition to five days' domestic imprisonment, payment of NIS 1,000 each, signing a third party guarantee of NIS 5000 and self-insurance of NIS 5000 As a condition for their release after they were arrested earlier: Abdallah Hamad, Ahmad Guweis, Tawfiq Abu Sbitan, Mohammed Abdel Basset Guweis, Mohammed Abu Sway, Mohammed Sayyad, Walid Sayad, Nasser Abu Difa, Ihab Abu Sbitan, Ameen Siam, Islam Bkirat, Mohamed Jadallah, Mohamed Obaid, Jihad Awaida, Yasser Suleiman, Mohamed Awad, Tarek Abu Harm, Sinan Abu Ait, Abdul Rahman Abu Khader, Fawaz Awad Allah, Amr Abu Sarhan, Fadi Al-Rajabi.

Attack

1. At 08:00, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning near Al-Quds University campus during their raid into Abu Dis town.
2. At 09:300, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Shu'fat camp in Jerusalem city.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 10:30, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

1. At 11:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Deir Abu Mash'al village then searched residents and vehicles until 12:00.
2. At 23:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Silwad town {located near Ofra settlement} then searched residents and vehicles until 00:40.
3. At 23:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Deir Intham village then searched residents and vehicles until 00:30.
4. At 23:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Yabroud village bridge then searched residents and vehicles until 00:50.

JENIN

At 16:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Faqu'a village then searched residents and vehicles.

At 23:00, Israeli forces raided Masaliyat village and clashed with several residents.

At 23:00, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Masaliyat village.

Detention

1. At 16:10, Israeli forces positioned at a military checkpoint detained Mohammad Ahmad Taha Hayth {A resident of Tubas city} as he was returning from Ramallah city.
2. On November 29th 2018, Israeli forces detained Sati Daraghma as he was herding his goats in the North Jordan Valley area.

TULKAREM

Raid

1. At 07:30, Israeli forces raided Baqa Al-Sharqiya town and detained a resident.
2. At 11:00, Israeli forces raided Bal'a town until 12:10.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Anas Jasser Anas Omar in Baqa Al-Sharqiya town.

QALQILIYA

1. At 14:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 18:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Jit village junction then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 08:10 and again at 01:40, Israeli forces raided Qalqiliya city until 04:40.
2. At 20:20, Israeli forces raided Azzun town.

NABLUS

At 21:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Bazariya village then searched residents and vehicles

1. On November 29th 2018, Israeli forces raided Sabastiya village as they escorted a group pf Israeli settlers who stormed archaeological sites in the area.
2. At 20:35, Israeli forces raided Huwarat town, clashed with several residents then withdrew at 23:00.

Detention

At 01:10, Israeli forces detained Salah Mukhlis Daghlas Yassin {A resident of Assira Al-Shamaliya town} as he was reporting to Israeli Intelligence for questioning based on a prior summon.

Attack

At 20:35, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents during their raid into Huwara town.

At 14:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Deir Istiya town then searched residents and vehicles.

At 08:40, Israeli forces raided Marda village.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

At 11:00,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles until 11:40.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 19:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road which leads to the west villages of Bethlehem district} then searched residents and vehicles until 21:05.

Attack

At 19:35, Israeli forces positioned near the entrance of Al-Khader town fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

Land Confiscation

On November 28th 2018, Israeli Supreme court ruled in favor of Israeli settlers claim of ownership on 522 dunums of land owned by Palestinian citizens {located in south Bethlehem city near "Rosh Tzurom" settlement and bear Gush Itziyon settlement council offices} after the court rejected an appeal filed by the Palestinian owners.

Settlers Attacks

At dawn on November 30th 2018, Israeli settlers stormed Al-Jab'a village and slashed the tires of several vehicles and spray painted racist graffiti on the several fence walls.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:15, Israeli forces set up 4 checkpoints at Halhul town bridge and the entrances of Ithna, Dura and Al-Samou' towns then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 18:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Arrub camp then searched residents and vehicles.

Settlers Attacks

On November 29th 2018, Israeli settlers closed Fizon area junction located in east Hebron city and impeded the free flow of traffic in order to perform Talmudic rituals in the area.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 31st 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Central Gaza and Khan Yunis districts.
• A resident died of serious injuries sustained during the Israeli Military incursion into the Gaza Strip in 2014.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Killings

On November 28th 2018, Eyad Yusef Soliman {25 years old}{A resident of Jabaliya town} died of serious injuries sustained during the Israeli Military incursion into the Gaza Strip in 2014.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

At 15:30 on November 29th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards several residents near the border fence in east Al-Bureij camp,

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

At 14:30 on November 29th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Khuz'a town located in east Khan Yunis city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is closed {with the exception for the entry of limited supplies of Diesel fuel for the the main electricity generator}.
