WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

1. At dawn on 11/30/2021, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Bedouin, and detained a citizen.
2. At dawn on 11/30/2021, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Qatana, and handed the citizen: Muhammad Shamasneh, a notice to review the Israeli intelligence.

Detention

1. At 11:30, the Israeli occupation forces detained Hamza Al-Jolani in the Old City of Jerusalem, after storming his house.
2. On the evening of 11/29/ 2021, the Israeli occupation forces detained the citizen: Mahmoud Nabil Dweik, in the Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem.
3. The detainee in the town of Bedouin is: Muhammad Atallah Abu Eid.

Destruction of Property

On the morning of 11/29/2021, the Israeli occupation forces demolished a (brand) for storing building materials owned by: Ali Musa Ziyad in the town of Anata under the pretext of not having a license.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 08:30, groups of extremist Israeli settlers, under the protection of the Israeli occupation police, stormed the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque, and made provocative tours of its courtyards and facilities.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

At 09:35, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the village of Beitin, to search cars and check the identities of the citizens.

Raid

1. At 09:45, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Ni'lin, where clashes took place with the citizens while they were filling a well to collect water for agricultural purposes, injuring 6 civilians, and withdrew at 12:30.
2. At 02:10, the Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Kafr Nima, and detained 3 civilians.
3. At 04:25,the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Silwad, and detained 3 civilians (including 2 children).

Detention

1. The 3 detainees in the village of Kafr Nima are: Ahmed Ghaleb Zaidan Abu Adi, Abdel Hakim Mohammed Abu Adi, and Sameh Nabil Abdo.
2. The 3 detainees in Silwad town are: Mahmoud Maher Hammad, Abd al-Rahman Talib Hammad, 16 years old, and Mahmoud Wael Hammad, 17 years old.

Attack

At 09:45, , the Israeli occupation forces fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning as they were filling a well to collect water for agricultural purposes during their raid into Ni’lin town and as a result injured 6 civilians.

Injuries

6 unidentified civilians were injured during confrontations with the Israeli occupation forces in the town of Ni'lin.

Destruction of Property

At 09:45, the Israeli occupation forces demolished a well for collecting water for agricultural purposes in the town of Ni’lin owned by Fayez Al-Khawaja, under the pretext of not having a license.

JENIN

Raid

At dawn on 11/30/2021, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Maythaloun, and detained a citizen.

Detention

The detainee in the town of Maythlon is: Muhammad Iyad Rabay'a.

TULKAREM

Detention

At 01:10 on 11/29/2021, the Israeli occupation forces detained 2 citizens: Mustafa Omar Mustafa Badir, and his brother Baraa during their raid into the city of Tulkarm (as mentioned in the previous report).

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

At 15:30, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint under the bridge of Azzoun town (on the main road Qalqilya - Tulkarm), to search vehicles and check the identities of the citizens.

NABLUS

Military Checkpoints

At 20:50, the Israeli occupation forces tightened their procedures at the Hawara checkpoint, and obstructed traffic.

Raid

1. On 11/29/2021, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Qusra, and handed notices to stop work on the construction of 32 houses, and to demolish a (brex) used for agricultural purposes, under the pretext of not having a license.
2. At 21:45 the Israeli occupation forces raided the city of Nablus while escorting a group of settlers during their visit (Joseph’s Tomb), and as a result, confrontations took place with the citizens, as a result of which 3 civilians were wounded, and 33 civilians suffocated due to tear gas inhalation, and they withdrew at 04:50.

Detention

At 15:25, the Israeli occupation forces positioned at Hawara checkpoint detained the citizen: Riyad Muhammad Salem Daadis - a resident of Askar camp in Nablus.

Attack

At 21:45, during their raid into the city of Nablus, the Israeli occupation forces fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning while escorting a group of settlers to visit (Joseph's Tomb),and as a result injured 3 citizens, and left 33 civilians suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Injuries

The 3 unidentified civilians were injured during confrontations with the Israeli occupation forces in the city of Nablus.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

At 18:00, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint on the Al-Maarjat road (connecting between the governorates of Jericho and Ramallah), to search cars and check the identities of citizens.

Raid

At 09:00,the Israeli occupation forces raided the city of Jericho, escorting a group of settlers while they were visiting the "Beit Shahwan" synagogue, and withdrew at 13:00.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 18:35, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint near the junction of the Nashash area (the southern entrance to the city of Bethlehem), to search vehicles and check the identities of citizens until 20:20.
2. At 18:40, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint in the Aqabat Hasna area (on the main road leading to the western villages in the Bethlehem governorate), to search vehicles and check citizens' identities until 20:20.

Raid

1. At 02:35, the Israeli occupation forces raided the city of Beit Jala, detained a citizen, and withdrew at 05:40.
2. At 03:55,the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Tekoa, detained a citizen, and withdrew at 05:40.

Detention

1. The detainee in the city of Beit Jala is: Muhammad Jabr Muhammad Jadallah.
2. The detainee in the town of Tekoa is: Sabri Musa Khalaf Jibril.

Attack

At 14:15, the Israeli occupation forces positioned near the northern entrance to the town of Tekoua, fired stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning.

HEBRON

Raid

1. At 02:40, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Halhul and detained a citizen.
2. At 04:05,the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Beit Kahil and detained a citizen.
3. At dawn on 11/30/2021, the Israeli occupation forces raided the city of Hebron, and detained a citizen.

Detention

1. The detainee in the town of Halhul is: Muhammad Ziyad Bagis Al-Bo.
2. The detainee in the town of Beit Kahil is: Mu'in Muhammad Badawi al-Zuhur.
3. The detainee in the city of Hebron is: Mahmoud Al-Haddad.

Assaults on Property

On 11/29/2021, the Israeli occupation forces in the town of Bani Naim prevented the workers from restoring the archaeological shrine of “Yaqin” located south of the town, and forced them to leave it, and notified the municipality of preventing restoration work in the shrine.

Settlers Attacks

On 11/29/2021, a group of Israeli settlers from the settlement of “Bani Hefer” stormed the archaeological tomb of “Yaqin” south of the town of Bani Naim, and destroyed and took off iron corners erected by the municipality of Bani Naim to protect it.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• At 02:00 on 05/21/ 2021, the comprehensive ceasefire entered into force at the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
• On the morning of 07/30/ 2021, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the marine fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 12 nautical miles.
• The Israeli occupation forces violated the cease-fire agreement by firing from their positions on the Green Line towards Khan Yunis governorate, and by Israeli gunboats firing towards fishermen's boats at sea in the governorates of North Gaza, Central Gaza, and Rafah.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanoun crossing - “Erez”: On 11/29/ 2021, it is partially open (for the passage of humanitarian cases, foreign journalists, workers of international humanitarian organizations, merchants, businessmen and travelers through the Al-Karama Crossing “Allenby” - previously coordinated for them).

Attack

At 08:00 on 11/29/2021, the Israeli gunboats fired at the fishermen’s boats while chasing them in the open sea off the coast of the Sudania area, west of the town of Beit Lahia.

Detention

At 15:00 on 11/ 29/2021, the Israeli occupation forces positioned at Beit Hanoun Crossing - “Erez” detained the citizen: Mahmoud Sami Mahmoud Ahmed (works as a merchant) - a resident of Gaza City.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar-Karni crossing: closed since 02/03/2011, permanently and by a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Shejaiya Crossing - “Nahal Oz” for fuel: closed since 04. 01. 2010, by unilateral Israeli decision.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

At 08:00 on 11/29/2021, Israeli gunboats fired at the fishermen’s boats while chasing them in the open sea off the beach of Deir al-Balah.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

1. At 10:00 on 11/29/2021, the Israeli occupation forces fired from their positions on the Green Line, towards agricultural lands east of Khuza’a town, east of Khan Yunis.
2. At 14:30 on 11/29/2021, the Israeli occupation forces fired from their positions on the Green Line, towards agricultural lands east of Khuza’a town, east of Khan Yunis.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser Arafat International Airport: closed.
* Sofa crossing: closed.
* Kerem Shalom crossing - “Kerem Shalom”: on 11/29/ 2021 is partially open (for the entry of foodstuffs and goods, limited quantities of fuel and cooking gas, and building materials for the private sector and for internationally funded projects).
* Al-Awda- Rafah crossing: on 11/29/ 2021 is open in both directions (for citizens to leave and enter).

At 22:00 on 11/29/2021, Israeli gunboats fired at the fishermen’s boats while they were chasing them at sea off the shore of Rafah.
