WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Attack

At 18:20, Israeli forces positioned near Kabsah area junction located in Abu Dis town fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 12:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Sinjil town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 15:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Taybeh town junction {located along Al-Mu'arajat road which connects Ramallah and Jericho districts} then searched residents and vehicles until 16:30.
3. At 23:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Khirbithat Al-Misbah village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 15:40, Israeli forces raided Beitunia town until 16:00.
2. On November 3rd 2017, Israeli forces raided Beit Rima town and summoned 2 residents: Mahdi Jum'a Al-Rimawi and Mo'ayad Jum'a Al-Rimawi to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.

Demonstrations

1. At 13:00, a demonstrations took place in Bi'lin town protesting against the construction of the wall during which Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades and prevented residents from reaching the demonstration site.
2. At 13:00, a demonstrations took place in Ni'lin town protesting against the construction of the wall during which Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades and prevented residents from reaching the demonstration site.

Attack

1. At 13:00, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning during demonstrations in Ni'lin town and as a result left them suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
2. At 14:00, Israeli forces positioned at "Psagot" settlement located in east Al-Bireh city fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.

JENIN

Flying Checkpoints

At 15:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near the bypass road near Al-Almaniya area in Jenin city then searched residents and vehicles until 17:25.

TUBAS

Settlers Attacks

At 13:00, a group of armed Israeli settlers from "Migola" settlement stormed Ein Al-Sakkut area in the North Jordan valley attacked several farmers and opened fire towards them during which they assaulted Hafith Zamal Abdel-Raziq and as a result left him hospitalized with contusions during which Israeli forces removed the farmers from the area and prevented them from entering the area for a period of 2 days.

Raid

At 15:10, Israeli forces raided Izbit Shufa village.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

At 12:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Kafr Qaddum village, temporarily detained A Palestine Television news crew and several International Peace Activists then released them at a later time.

Raid

At 17:55, Israeli forces raided Jayyous town, clashed with several residents then withdrew at 21:30.

Temporary Detention

At 12:00, Israeli forces positioned at checkpoint located at the entrance of Kafr Qaddum village, temporarily detained A Palestine Television news crew and several International Peace Activists then released them at a later time.

Demonstrations

At 12:00,a demonstration took place in Kafr Qaddum village against the closure of the east entrance during which they clashed with Israeli forces tried to disrupt the demonstration by firing rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards demonstrators who attempted to reach the demonstration site and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

1. At 12:00,Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents who were participating in demonstrations against the closure of the east entrance of Kafr Qaddum village and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
2. At 17:55, Israeli forces positioned at the west entrance of Jayyous town fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

At 15:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint beneath Iskaka village bridge then searched residents and vehicles until 17:30.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Aqbat Hasna area located near Husan village then searched residents and vehicles until 15:40.
2. At 11:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Teqou' town then searched residents and vehicles until 14:15.
3. At 13:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Um Salmuna village then searched residents and vehicles until 15:40.
4. At 15:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Teqou' town then searched residents and vehicles until 17:35.
5. At 20:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along Wadi Al-Nar road then searched residents and vehicles until 22:00.

At 16:10, Israeli forces positioned at the entrance of Teqou' town fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Khursa village junction then searched residents and vehicles until 11:30.
2. At 10:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Fah's area located in south Hebron city then searched residents and vehicles until 12:00.
3. At 13:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Beit Kahil town bridge then searched residents and vehicles until 15:00.

Raid

At 13:00, Israeli forces raided Hebron city then stormed vehicle spare parts shop.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza stripe and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles .
• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza, Gaza and Central Gaza districts which resulted in the injury of 3 residents.
*5 Palestinian Gunmen were found buried in the rubble after Israeli forces blew up a tunnel in east Khan Yunis city {As mentioned in the report of October 31st 2017}.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

At 15:30 on November 3rd 2017, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades from their positions behind the Green Line towards several demonstrators in east Jabaliya city and as a result injured a resident.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured a unidentified resident in in east Jabaliya city.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Attack

At 15:30 on November 3rd 2017, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades from their positions behind the Green Line towards several demonstrators in east Al-Shija'iya neighborhood located in east Gaza city and as a result injured a resident.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured a unidentified resident in east Al-Shija'iya neighborhood located in east Gaza city .

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

At 15:30 on November 3rd 2017, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades from their positions behind the Green Line towards several demonstrators in east Al-Buriej camp and as a result injured a resident.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured a unidentified resident in east Al-Buriej camp.

KHAN YUNIS

Killings

On November 3rd 2017, 5 Palestinian Gunmen were found buried in the rubble after Israeli forces blew up a tunnel in east Khan Yunis city {As mentioned in the report of October 31st 2017} are identified as: Badr Kamal Musabah, Ahmed Hassan Al-Sabakhi, Shadi Sami Al-Hamri, Mohammad Khairuddin Al-Buhaisi, and Alaa Sami Abu Ghorab.
