Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Jib village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 16:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Jaba' village then searched residents and vehicles.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 11:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Ein Sinya village roundabout then searched residents and vehicles until 15;30.
2. At 14:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint beneath Ein Yabroud village bridge then searched residents and vehicles until 15:30.
3. At 19:55, Israeli forces set up 3 checkpoints at the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh, Deir Abu Mash'al and Deir Ijrier villages then searched residents and vehicles until 01:00.
4. At 22:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Shuqba village then searched residents and vehicles until 00:45.
5. At 00:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Kafr Malik village and detained a resident.

Raid

At 00:55, Israeli forces raided Al-Nabi Saleh village, clashed with several residents as they stormed several homes and detained a Palestinian Police Force officer.

Detention

1. Israeli forces positioned at the entrance of Kafr Malik village detained Abd Farouq Ba'erat.
2. Israeli forces detained Ehab Taha Al-Tamimi {A Palestinian Police officer} in Al-Nabi Saleh village.

At 00:55, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Al-Nabi Saleh village.

Settlers Attacks

At 21:00, a group of Israeli settlers positioned at the entrance of Abboud town stoned residents and vehicles and as a result damaged a vehicle owned by Mohammad Al-Barghouthi.

JENIN

Raid

At 23:50, Israeli forces raided Anzat village and clashed with several residents.

Attack

At 23:50, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Anzat village.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 18:00, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 19:50.

1. At 07:50 on November 3rd 2018, Israeli forces raided Al-Jaroushiya village then stormed and searched 6 homes.
2. At 11:00, Israeli forces raided Tulkarem city, Shwekiya neighborhood and Nour Al-Shams camp, clashed with several residents in Shwekiya neighborhood and Nour Al-Shams camp as they stormed and searched several homes then withdrew at 15:40.

1. At 10:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Bazariya village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 18:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Beita town junction then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 19:05, Israeli forces setup a checkpoint at Sarah village junction {along the main road connecting Nablus and Qalqiliya districts} then searched residents and vehicles.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 09:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Faradis village roundabout then searched residents and vehicles until 10:15.

Detention

On the evening of November 3rd 2018, Israeli forces positioned near "Kfar Etzion" settlement roundabout detained Mahmoud Ismail Abu Assabat {A resident of Halhul town in Hebron district}.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

At 19:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Hebron city then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1.On November 3rd 2018, Israeli forces raided Hebron city, closed Bi'r Al-Saba' road thus preventing residents and vehicles from entering and exiting in order to allow Israeli settlers to storm Atna'el's” Tomb .
2. At dawn on November 4th 2018, Israeli forces raided Beit Awwa town.

Detention

1. At 21:45, Israeli forces positioned along Al-Shuhada' road in the old city of Hebron detained Ma'moun Hassan Al-Natsha {A resident of Hebron city}.
2. At 21:50, Israeli forces positioned at a checkpoint near the entrance of Al-Shuhada road in the old city of Hebron detained Mohammad Ahmad Mahmoud Awwawdah {A resident of Al-Burj village}{A University Student}.

Attack

At 16:20, Israeli forces positioned at Bab Al-Zawiya area in Hebron city fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

Since the evening of October 2nd 2018, Israeli forces closed Al-Ibrahimi mosque compound in the old city of Hebron and prevented worshipers from conducting prayers in the mosque in order to allow a group of Israeli settlers to perform Talmudic rituals in the area then reopened it on the evening of November 3rd 2018.

Settlers Attacks

On November 3rd 2018, a group of Israeli settlers attacked several homes in Tel Al-Rumayda neighborhood in the old city of Hebron then proceeded to verbally attack, threaten to kill and use racial slurs towards several residents then stoned several residents and a as result injured Imad Abu Shamasnat and his son Salah Imad Abu Shamasnat {12 years old}.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts.
• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Gaza and Central Gaza districts and as a result detained a child after injuring him and another child died of serious injuries sustained during the Israeli attacks on Gaza in 2014.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is closed.

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Attack

On the morning of November 3rd 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land and shepherds in east Al-Shija’iya neighborhood in east Gaza city.

Killings

On the morning of November 11th 2018,the child Mohammad Nasser Ziyad Al-Rifi {14 years old}{A resident of Gaza city} died of serious injuries sustained during the Israeli attacks on Gaza in 2014.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

At 17:00 on November 3rd 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards several residents attempting to climb the border fence in east Al-Buriej camp and as a result injured a resident then detained him.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured the child Imad Khalil Shahin {17 years old} after opening fire towards him as he and 2 others were attempting to climb the border fence in east Al-Buriej camp.

Detention

Israeli force detained the child Imad Khalil Shahin {17 years old} after injuring him as he and 2 others were attempting to climb the border fence in east Al-Buriej camp.

RAFAH
