WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 21:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along the main road connecting Al-Eizariya town and Khan Al-Ahmar area then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1.At 09:30, Israeli forces raided Dahiyat Al-Barid neighborhood in Jerusalem city, stormed the Palestinian Authorities Jerusalem Governor Office and Ministry of Jerusalem Affairs, assaulted several employees and residents and as a result left 6 residents injured with contusions and damaged the main entrance to the building and several office doors inside the building then confiscated several computers and document files and withdrew at 12:15.
2. At 03:50, Israeli forces raided Al-Matar neighborhood in Qalandiya camp and detained a resident.
3. At dawn on November 5th 2018, Israeli forces raided Hizma town and detained 2 residents.

Detention

1.At dawn on November 5th 2018, Israeli forces detained 4 children: Adam Mansour al-Rishq{15-year-old}, Yusef Mohammed Hijazi{14-year-old} , Yazen Mohammed Froukh{14-year-old} and Ali Ahmed Abu al-Hawa{17-year-old} after storming and searching their homes in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city.
2. Israeli forces detained Mu'tassim Rajab Mutier near Qalandiya camp.
3. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Nadim Al-Khatib and Odah Salama Al-Khatib in Hizma town.

Assault on Governmental Institutions

At 09:30, Israeli forces stormed the Palestinian Authorities Jerusalem Governor Office and Ministry of Jerusalem Affairs, assaulted several employees and residents and as a result left 6 residents injured with contusions and damaged the main entrance to the building and several office doors inside the building then confiscated several computers and document files during their raid into Dahiyat Al-Barid neighborhood in Jerusalem city and withdrew at 12:15

Physical Assault

At 09:30, Israeli forces assaulted and injured 6 residents: Yazan Khader Abu Hilal (governor's office), Mahmoud Musa Adwan (Minister of Jerusalem Affairs), Hamdi Fawzi al-Rajabi (Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry of Jerusalem Affairs), Alaa Abu Samra, Basem Muhammad Ali Halabiya and Saleh Muhammad Yunis Fahaidat as they stormed the Palestinian Authorities Jerusalem Governor Office and Ministry of Jerusalem Affairs during their raid into Dahiyat Al-Barid neighborhood in Jerusalem city

Confiscation of Property

At 09:30, Israeli forces confiscated several computers and document files as they stormed the Palestinian Authorities Jerusalem Governor Office and Ministry of Jerusalem Affairs during their raid into Dahiyat Al-Barid neighborhood in Jerusalem city.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 08:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 13:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint beneath Yabroud village bridge then searched residents and vehicles until 16:45.
2. At 17:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Qarwat Bani Zied village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 02:00, Israeli forces raided Kafr Ni'ma village, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes, detained a resident then withdrew at 03:50.
2. At dawn on November 5th 2018, Israeli forces raided Silwad town, detained a resident and confiscated 6370 NIS.

Detention

1. At 16:00, Israeli forces detained Maher Mahmoud Shartih {A resident of Al-Mazra'a Al-Gharbiya village} as he was reporting to Israeli Intelligence for questioning based on a prior summon.
2. Israeli forces detained Ahmad Hassan Nasr in Kafr Ni'ma village.
3. Israeli forces detained Musa Ahmad Hammad in Silwad town.

Attack

At 02:00, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched a home during their raid into Kafr Ni'ma village.

Confiscation of Property

At dawn on November 5th 2018, Israeli forces confiscated 6370 NIS after detaining Musa Ahmad Hamad during their raid into Silwad town.

JENIN

Raid

1. At 05:00, Israeli forces raided Bart'a village and detained a resident.
2. At dawn on November 5th 2018, Israeli forces raided Jenin city and its camps then detained 2 residents.
3. At dawn on November 5th 2018, Israeli forces raided Sanour village and detained a resident.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Mohammad Jamal Ahmad Masaud in Barta'a village.
2. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Omad Al-Din Jamal Abu Al-Hija' and Yahya Jamal Nijm during their raid into Jenin city and its camp.
3. Israeli forces detained Faraj Omar Al-Sanour in Sanour village.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 22:00, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 23:50.

Raid

At 15:40, Israeli forces raided Rammin village until 16:20.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 19:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Jit village junction then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 20:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At dawn on November 5th 2018, Israeli forces raided Qalqiliya city.

Settlers Attacks

At 22:00, a group of Israeli settlers from "Ahavat Gilad" settlement outpost positioned along the main road connecting Qalqiliya and Nablus stoned vehicles travelling in the area and as a result damaged the vehicle of Ali Shahawna {A resident of Kafr Thulth town} and as a result injured his 4 month infant daughter leaving her hospitalized with contusions.

NABLUS

Military Checkpoints

At 19:55, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Huwara military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 22:00.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 10:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Nablus city and Assira Al-Shamaliya town then searched residents and vehicles until 15:00.
2. At 11:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Yitshar" settlement junction then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 17:15, Israeli forces raided Osarin village and clashed with several residents.
2. At dawn on November 5th 2018, Israeli forces raided Nablus city and clashed with several residents near the entrance of Balata camp.

Attack

1. At 17:15, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Osarin village.
2. At dawn on November 5th 2018, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning near the entrance of Balata camp during their raid into Nablus city.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

At 09:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Deir Istiya town then searched residents and vehicles until 12:00.

At 03:05, Israeli forces raided Salfit city until 05:00.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 11:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the West village of Bethlehem district} then searched residents and vehicles until 12:20.

Assaults on Property

On November 4th 2018, Israeli forces stormed Shush'halat area located in Al-Khader town and served a military order to halt rehabilitation works on 4 homes owned by Ali Ibrahim Salah, Sarhan Mustafa Salah, Habis Khalil Salah, and Musa Ahmed Salah for allegedly not having licences.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 16:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Fuwar camp junction then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 18:50, Israeli forces set up 2 checkpoint at Yaqin area junction and the entrance of Bani Na'im town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 04:50, Israeli forces raided Halhul town, opened fire towards several residents as they stormed and searched a home and as a result injured a resident who was later detained.
2. At dawn on November 5th 2018, Israeli forces raided Beit Ummar town, detained a resident and summoned the child: Khattab Wahid Hamdi Abu Maria {16 years old} to report too Israeli Intelligence for questioning.
3. At dawn on November 5th 2018, Israeli forces raided Beit Kahil town and detained a resident.
4. At dawn on November 5th 2018, Israeli forces raided Surif town and detained a resident.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Muhanad Khalid Shihadeh Al-Dudat in Halhul town.
2. Israeli forces detained Abdel-Majid Ali Ibrahim Ady in Beit Ummar town.
3. Israeli forces detained Talhat Mohammad Abdel-Azziz Al-Zuhur in Beit Kahil town.
4. Israeli forces detained Hamad Fu'ad Ghanimat in Surif town.

Attack

At 04:50, Israeli forces opened fire towards and injured a resident as they stormed and searched his home during their raid into Halhul town.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured Khalid Shihada Al-Dudat {51 years old} after opening fire towards him as they stormed and searched his home during their raid into Halhul town.

Assaults on Property

On November 4th 2018, Israeli forces stormed Wadi Al-Shiekh area located in Beit Ummar town located along road 60 which leads to Hebron city and served a military order to halt construction on a home owned by Thaer Mahmoud Al-Alami for allegedly being built with out a licence.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Gaza district and a child died of serious injuries sustained after Israeli forces opened fire towards him as he and 2 others were attempting to climb the border fence in east Al-Buriej camp in Central Gaza {As mentioned in the previous report}.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Attack

At 07:30 on November 4th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Gaza city.

CENTRAL GAZA

Killings

At 15:00 on November 4th 2018, the child: Imad Khalil Shahin {17 years old}{A resident of Nussirat camp} died of serious injuries sustained after Israeli forces opened fire towards him as he and 2 others were attempting to climb the border fence in east Al-Buriej camp in Central Gaza {As mentioned in the previous report}.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
