WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

1. At 19:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Eizariya town, clashed with several residents and detained a resident.
2. At 03:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Matar neighborhood in Qalandiya camp.

Detention

1. On November 5th 2017, Israeli forces positioned at Hizma Military checkpoint detained Arman Thaher Arman Sa'id {A resident of Hizma town}.
2. At dawn on November 6th 2017, Israeli forces detained Huda Odah in Al-Louz neighborhood in Jerusalem city.
3. At dawn on November 6th 2017, Israeli forces detained Mahmoud Ramadan Shar'iya {A resident of Al-Jalazoun camp in Ramallah district} near "Malee Adumim" settlement.
4. Israeli forces detained Ayman Al-Haroub in Al-Eizariya town.

Attack

At 19:30, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Al-Eizariya town.

Temporary Detention

On November 5th 2017, Israeli authorities sentenced Ameen Siyam {A resident of Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city} to 5 days home detention and fined him 750 NIS as a term for his release from Israeli prisons.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 08:30, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Raid

At 06:00, Israeli forces raided Beit Ur village and detained a resident then withdrew at 06:50.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Majed Mohammad Khader in Beit Ur village.

JENIN

Flying Checkpoints

At 17:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along Arab American University roundabout then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 05:15, Israeli forces raided Kafr Dan village and detained a resident.
2. At 05:35, Israeli forces raided Al-Fanduqumiya village and detained a resident.
3. At 06:45, Israeli forces raided Sanour village and detained a resident.

Detention

1. At 21:05, Israeli forces positioned near "Movo Dotan" settlement detained Mustafa Mahmoud Ibrahim Hamdan {A resident of Arabba town} for allegedly carrying a knife.
2. Israeli forces detained Ahed Foad Kamanji in Kafr Dan village.
3. Israeli forces detained Nu'man Mohammad Fayeq Qarariya in Al-Fanduqumiya village.
4. Israeli forces detained Omar Tawfiq Issa in Sanour village.

TULKAREM

Raid

At 00:15, Israeli forces raided Tulkarem city, Al-Shweikiya neighborhood and Nur Al-Shams camp, detained 6 residents then withdrew at 05:25.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 6 residents: Ahmad Marwan Shehab, Muhammed Muhannad Yousef Abu Safaqa, Amir Samir Zaid Abu Safaqa, Thaer Rafie Ekbarieh, Yahya Salem Abu Muammar, Suhaib Abu Safiya during their raid into Tulkarem city, Al-Shweikiya neighborhood and Nur Al-Shams camp.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 17:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 17:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqilya city then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 02:10, Israeli forces raided Qalqilya city , detained a resident then withdrew at 05:05.
2. At dawn on November 6th 2017, Israeli forces raided Azzun town and detained a resident.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Ameer Imad Nofal in Qalqilya city.
2. Israeli forces detained Omar Al-Shiekh Qaaim in Azzun town.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

At 23:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Aqraba town then searched residents and vehicles.

Detention

At 16:20, Israeli force detained Moath Wael Mustafa Ka'bani {A resident of Balata camp in Nablus city} as he was reporting to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.

Settlers Attacks

At 10:40, Israeli settlers from "Yitshar" settlement prevented several farmers from entering agricultural land for Olive harvest in Huwara town located near the settlement.

SALFIT

Military Checkpoints

At 17:45, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Za'tara Military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Flying Checkpoints

At 17:40,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Salfit city then searched residents and vehicles until 18:40.

Detention

At 21:00, Israeli forces detained Mohammad Kamil Jaber {A resident of Nablus city} near the entrance of Kafil Harris village.

Settlement Activities

On the morning of November 4th 2017, Israeli forces began construction digging near Khirbeit Qarqash {A Archaeological site} located near Batn Al-Hamam area in Salfit city and Harris village for the development of a Industrial zone for "Arail" settlement and also for the expansion of "Bruchin" settlement located north of Bruqin and Kfr Al-Dik towns.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Dar Salah village bridge {located at the east entrance of Beit Sahur city} then searched residents and vehicles until 09:25.
2. At 18:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Aqbat Hasna area located near Husan village then searched residents and vehicles until 18:50.
3. At 21:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beit Jallah city then searched residents and vehicles until 24:00.
4. At 22:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Khader town then searched residents and vehicles until 23:30.

Raid

1. At 03:55, Israeli forces raided Al-Aza camp in Bethlehem city and detained 2 residents.
2. At 04:10, Israeli forces raided Teqou' town and detained a resident.
3. At 05:05, Israeli forces raided Beit Sahour city and detained a resident.

Detention

1. On November 5th 2017, Israeli forces positioned at Checkpoint {300} located in North Bethlehem city detained Usayed Yasser Mahmoud Obiyat {A resident of Bethlehem city}.
2. Israeli forces detained Mo'ayad Ghassan Ismail Al-Qaysi and Samer Shalabi Al-Qaysi in Azza camp in Bethlehem city.
3. Israeli forces detained Zied Talib Khalaf Al-Badan in Teqou' town.
4. Israeli forces detained Abdel-Rahman Shufi Sha'biyat in Beit Sahur city.

At 15:30, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Ayda camp in North Bethlehem city.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Ithna town then searched residents and vehicles until 10:30.
2. At 16:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Al-Samou' and Al-Thahriya towns then searched residents and vehicles until 17:30.

Raid

1. At dawn on November 6th 2017, Israeli forces raided Al-Shiyoukh town, stormed and searched the home of Adel Al-Halayka, detained 2 residents {including his wife and brother} confiscated a cellular telephone, cash and a personnel file documents.
2. At dawn on November 11th 2017, Israeli forces raided Hebron city and detained a resident.
3. At dawn on November 6th 2017, Israeli forces raided Al-Arub camp and detained a resident.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Dalal Abd-Rabbo Halayqa and Ali Abd-Rabbo Al-Mashni in Al-Shiyoukh town.
2. Israeli forces detained Mohammad Na'im Al-Natsheh in Hebron city.
3. Israeli forces detained Mus'ab Madi in Al-Arrub camp.

Confiscation of Property

At dawn on November 6th 2017, Israeli forces confiscated a cellular telephone, cash and a personnel file documents after storming and searching the home of Adel Al-Halayka during their raid into Al-Shiyoukh town.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza stripe and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles .

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza district.
•Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza and Khan Yunis district and as a result injured a Fisherman.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

1. At 04:30 on November 5th 2017, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Waha area located in North West Beit Lahiya town.
2. At 10:30 on November 5th 2017, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green line opened fire towards agricultural land in west Beit Lahiya town.

Detention

At 12:00 on November 5th 2017, Israeli forces positioned Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing point detained Khaldoun Abdel-Qadder Abdel-Azziz Abu Salim {The Director General of Public Relations and Marketing in Bank of Palestine in Gaza city} as he was leaving the Gaza Strip.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

At 14:00 on November 5th 2017, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Khan Yunis city and as a result injured a fishermen.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured a unidentified resident off the shores of Khan Yunis city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entry of goods, fuel, construction material for the private sector and internationally funded projects.
