WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 11:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beit Duqqu village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 21:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village, clashed with several residents and detained 2 residents {including a child}.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Mohammad Sami Obied {15 years old} and Majd Bashir Ahmad in Al-Eisawiya village.

Deportation

On November 5th 2019, Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city issued orders expelling 2 residents: Yasser Darwish and Mahmoud Fayez Mahmoud {both residents of Al-Eisawiya village} from their place of residence until November 11th 2019 as a condition for their release after being detained.

Attack

At 21:30, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Al-Eisawiya village.

House Demolition

At 08:00, Israeli authorities demolished a home {consisting of 2 apartments both are 100 square meters} located in Ein Al-Louzat area in Silwan neighborhood of Jerusalem city owned by Mu'tasim Mahmoud Al-Abassi for allegedly being built with out a licence.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 08:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Police forces stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

Settlement Activities

On November 5th 2019, Israeli authorities and Ministerial Authority for Israeli Housing Affairs approved plans for the construction of a cable car railway which connects the Jabal Al-Tur-Zaytun neighborhood to the Al-Buraq Wall in Jerusalem, and passes as planned between the bell park adjacent to the Talbieh neighborhood and a site in the Silwan neighborhood (where the Elad settlement association plans to build a large visitor center on site), and between these two stations will be an air train. Another station is in a parking lot in Jabal Al-Tur-Zaytun neighborhood.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

At 23:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Deir Abu Mash'al village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 08:50, Israeli forces raided Eibwein, Awarta and Beit Rima towns and Mazara' Al-Nubani, Qarwat Bani Zied and Kafr Ni'ma villages , clashed with several residents in Kafr Ni'ma village then withdrew at 12:45.
2. At 10:00, Israeli forces raided Safa village, stormed and searched a steel mill and confiscated its equipment.
3. At 00:30, Israeli forces raided Shuqba and Budrus village.
4. At 01:30, Israeli forces raided Bir Zeit town and clashed with several residents.
5. At 02:05, Israeli forces raided Awarta town and Mazara' Al-Nubani village.

Attack

1. At 08:50, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Kafr Ni'ma village.
2. At 01:30, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Bir Zeit town.

Confiscation of Property

At 10:00, Israeli forces confiscated equipment owned by Jamal Mohammad Khalil Nasser after storming his steel mill during their raid into Safa village.

JENIN

Raid

At 20:55, Israeli forces raided Al-Jamalat village and detained a resident.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Tarik Khalid Sha'ban in Al-Jamalat village.

Land Confiscation

On November 5th 2019, Israeli forces issued a military order for the confiscation of 60 dunums of agricultural land located in Faqu'a village for alleged military purposes.

TULKAREM

Flying Checkpoints

At 08:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Beit Lid town junction then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 17:45, Israeli forces raided Shufa village.
2. At 23:35, Israeli forces raided Khirbeit Jabrat village.

Physical Assault

At 08:05, Israeli forces positioned at the wall gate in Nazlat Issa village assaulted Anas Suheil Sa'id Sabaah {a resident of Quffin town} and as a result left him hospitalized with contusion.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 18:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 19:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 20:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Izbit Al-Tabib village then searched residents and vehicles.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

At 21:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Eli" settlement junction {located along the main road connecting Nablus and Rammallah} then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 17:00, Israeli forces raided Qaryut village.
2. At 20:45, Israeli forces raided Huwara town , Orif and Einbweis villages.
3. At 21:15, Israeli forces raided Beit Furiq, Beita and Aqraba towns and Beit Dajjan, Awarta, Osarin and Odala villages.
4. At 01:10, Israeli forces raided Qabalan town and Al-Labban Al-Sharqiya village.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

At 19:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Deir Ballout town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 05:30, Israeli forces raided Qarwat Bani Hassan town, stormed and searched 2 homes, detained a resident and summoned Azziz Mohammad Mir'i to report to the Israeli Intellegnce agency for questioning.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Mustafa Yacoub Assi in Qarwat Bani Hassan town.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 12:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Teqou' town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 18:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Teqou' town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 00:30, Israeli forces raided Za'tara town until 01:55.
2. At 02:30, Israeli forces raided Bethlehem and Beit Jala cities , Azzat and Aida camps in Bethlehem then detained 4 residents{including a child and a cancer patient}.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 4 residents{including a child and a cancer patient}:Mohammed Nader Ibrahim Jawarish, 17, residents of Beit Jala, Mohammed Hamdi al-Masa'id, residents of 'Aida refugee camp, Ashraf al-Sheikh, residents of' Aida refugee camp, and Nawaf Ismail Hassan al-Qaisi (cancer patient) during their raid into Bethlehem and Beit Jala cities , Azzat and Aida camps in Bethlehem.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

At 14:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the south entrance of Hebron city then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 23:25, Israeli forces raided Hebron city.
2. At 01:00, Israeli forces raided Idnha and Beit Awwa towns, Deir Sammit and Al-Qum villages until 04:55.
3. At 01:15, Israeli forces raided Bani Na'im town.

Detention

At 21:05, Israeli forces detained Riyad Hussien Mohammad Qattuf {a resident of Khilat Al-Miya village located in east Yatta town}.

Attack

At 17:55, Israeli forces positioned in Al-Maghinat area located in Surif town fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• At 19:00 on August 26th 2014,The permanent and comprehensive cease-fire entered into force on the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, introduce humanitarian and relief assistance and reconstruction supplies, expand the fishing area for 6 miles, Up to 12 miles by the end of the current year, reducing the area of ​​the buffer zone from 300 m to 100 m, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. The other issues, including the airport and the port, will be negotiated within one month of the cease-fire.
On the morning of 28 June 2019, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the sea fishing area in the north of the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip and up to 6 nautical miles from the port of Gaza and from the port of Gaza to the south of Rafah until 15 nautical miles.

•Israeli forces broke the cease fire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza and Khan Yunis districts.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza district.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

1. At 07:30 on November 5th 2019,Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.
2. At 09:25 on November 5th 2019,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in north east Beit Hanun town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

At 06:20 on November 6th 2019,,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Khan Yunis city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
