WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Military Checkpoints

At 13:30, Israeli forces closed Jaba' military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until reopening it at a later time.

Detention

1. At 05:00 on November 7th 2017, Israeli forces detained Mahmoud Jamal Ghayth after storming his home in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city.
2. On November 7th 2017, Israeli forces detained 2 children: Yazan Zuheir Al-Rajabi {17 years old} and Uday Mazen Al-Rajabi {14 years old} in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city.

Attack

1. At 17:20, Israeli forces positioned in Ras Khamis neighborhood fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.
2.At 19:00, Israeli forces positioned in Batn Al-Hawa area in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.
3. At 20:00, Israeli forces positioned in Al-Tur neighborhood in Jerusalem city fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 09:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 17:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Al-Mughier village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 21:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Al-Mazra'a Al-Sharqiya town then searched residents and vehicles until 22:00.

Raid

1. At 18:20, Israeli forces raided Al-Mughier village and detained 2 residents.
2. At 03:10, Israeli forces raided Kafr Malik village, detained a resident then withdrew at 03:25.
3. At 03:45, Israeli forces raided Al-Bireh city and Al-Amari camp, stormed and searched several homes, detained 2 residents and confiscated a Computer and a cellular telephone.
4. At 04:05, Israeli forces raided Al-Jalazoun camp, detained 2 residents then withdrew at 04:30.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Hussien Jaber Abu Aliya and Majed Abu Aliya in Al-Mughier village.
2. Israeli forces detained Ahmad Salah Awajnah in Kafr Malim village.
3. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Mohammad Nafez Abd Bar'awi {A resident of Al-Bireh city} and Sa'id Abdel-Jawad Abu Radaha {A resident of Al-Amari camp} during their raid into Al-Bireh city and Al-Amari camp.
4. Israeli forces detained Bajes Nakhlah and Ameer Raja'i Abu Subieh in Al-Jalazoun camp.

JENIN

Raid

1. At 23:55, Israeli forces raided Kafr Dan village until 01:00.
2. At 05:00, Israeli forces raided Jenin city.

TULKAREM

Flying Checkpoints

At 15:50, Israeli forces set up a flying checkpoint near the entrance of Beit Lid town and detained a University student.

Detention

Israeli forces positioned at a checkpoint near the entrance of Qabatiya town detained Mohammad Khaled Mohammad Ali Tambouz {A resident of Tulkarem city}.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

At 14:00 and again at 18:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqilya city then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 01:10, Israeli forces raided Qalqilya city until 04:30

Land Levelling

At 10:30, Israeli forces stormed the west area of Jinsafout village and levelled a plot of agricultural land.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 13:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Sawiya village then searched residents and vehicles until 14:20.
2. At 17:20 and again at 07:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Beit Furiq town junction then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 13:40, Israeli forces raided Al-Labban Al-Sharqiya village, clashed with several school children, detained a child then withdrew at 15:30.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Mansour Mo'ayad Awies {16 years old} in Al-Labban Al-Sharqiya village.

Attack

1. At 00:10 on November 7th 2017, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Assira Al-Shamaliya town.
2. At 13:40, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several school children for alleged stoning during their raid into Al-Labban Al-Sharqiya village.

Destruction of Property

At 12:10, Israeli forces stormed Faroush Beit Dajan village and demolished a residential room and an agricultural pond feeding greenhouses owned by Qassim Ibrahim Abu Jish and Bassam Ibrahim Abu Jish for allegedly being built without a licence.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

At 17:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Qarwat Bani Hassan town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 19:55, Israeli forces raided Bidya town until 22:10.

JERICHO

Raid

At 19:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Oja village, stormed several merchant shops and inspected surveillance camera footage then withdrew at 21:30.

House Demolition

At 08:00, Israeli forces stormed Al-Jiftlik village and demolished 2 homes {under construction} owned by Ayman Ahmad Bani Odeh and Khalil Musa Ghawanmah for allegedly being built without a licence.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Ush Al-Ghurab area located in east Beit Sahur city then searched residents and vehicles until 10:30.
2. At 15:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Dar Salah village bridge {located at the east entrance of Beit Sahur village} then searched residents and vehicles.
3. On the evening of November 7th 2017, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at "Kafr Itsiyon" settlement and detained a resident.

Detention

Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint at "Kafr Itsiyon" settlement detained Ahmad Ali Ayad Awad {A resident of Beit Ummar town in Hebron district}.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

At 16:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Huwar area {located at the North entrance of Halhul town} then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 01:05, Israeli forces raided Hebron city then stormed and searched 2 homes.
2. At 03:25, Israeli forces raided Ithna town and detained a resident.

Detention

1. On the morning of November 8th 2017, Israeli forces positioned at Abu Al-Rish Miliytary checkpoint located near Al-Ibrahimi Mosque compound located in the old city of Hebron detained Jihad Abdallah Al-Ajlouni.
2. Israeli forces detained Hazim Jibril Thiyab Al-Jayawi in Ithna town.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza stripe and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles .

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entry of goods, fuel, construction material for the private sector and internationally funded projects.
