WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Detention

At 11:00, Israeli forces detained Jihad Masa'ud in Al-Aqsa mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem.

Deportation

At 18:00, Israeli forces in Jerusalem city gave a military order to prevent the governor of Jerusalem - Adnan Ghaith, from entering the West Bank for 6 months, and gave him a 72 hours to object to the decision.

House Demolition

At 08:30, Israeli forces demolished a home owned by Ali Abu Jum'a and a apartment building {200 square meters} owned by Ali Al-Ju'ba and demolished the foundations of a home {under construction} owned by Mohammad Al-Amari for allegdly being built without licences.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 09:00, a group of Israeli settlers led by Shouli Malem {A Israeli Parliament member} under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Deir Abu Mash'al then searched residents and vehicles until 16:00.
2. At 23:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint beneath Yabroud village bridge then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 11:50, Israeli forces raided Al-Bireh city, assaulted 2 residents then withdrew at 15:30.
2. At 20:25,Israeli forces raided Deir Intham village and clashed with several residents.

Detention

On the morning of November 8th 2018, Israeli forces detained Aweis Al-Awwawi {A University student} near Ramallah city.

Physical Assault

At 11:50, Israeli forces assaulted 2 residents: Abdallah Hamayil and Mohammad Muntasir {All are residents of Al-Bireh city} during their raid into Al-Bireh city.

Attack

At 20:25, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Deir Intham village.

JENIN

Raid

1. At dawn on November 9th 2018, Israeli forces raided Arrabat town, stormed and searched 2 homes, detained a resident and confiscated 2500 NIS.
2. At dawn on November 9th 2018, Israeli forces raided Maythaloun town and detained a resident.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Yazid Jum'a Taher in Arraba town.
2. Israeli forces detained Mohammad Ra'fat Raba'ya in Maythaloun town.

Temporary Detention

At 21:45, Israeli forces temporarily detained the child : Mohammad Abedelhakim Abu Bakr {15 years old} for alleged stoning then released him at 01:20.

Confiscation of Property

At dawn on November 9th 2018, Israeli forces confiscated 2500 NIS from the home of Yusef Shalabi during their raid into Arraba town.

Raid

At 06:45 on November 8th 2018 and again at 11:30, Israeli forces raided Khirbeit Ibziq village, stormed a local school, a tent that was used as an administrative unit was demolished in the school and confiscated after it prevented the staff and students from reaching it then temporarily detained a National Security force officer after confiscating his vehicle and also confiscated a agricultural tractor.

Temporary Detention

At 06:45 on October 8th 2018, Israeli forces temporarily detained Mu'taz Salama Bishirat {A National Security Force Officer} during their raid into Khirbeit Ibziq village then released him at a later time.

Assault on Educational sector

At 06:45 on November 8th 2018, Israeli forces demolished tent that was used as an administrative unit in a local school during their raid into Khirbeit Ibziq village.

Confiscation of Property

At 06:00 on November 8th 2018, Israeli forces confiscated a tent that was used as an administrative unit in a local school , a vehicle owned by Mu'taz Salama Bishirat and a agricultural tractor owned by Hayil Hussien Turkman during their raid into Khirbeit Ibziq village.

Raid

At 01:15, Israeli forces raided Shwikiya neighborhood in Tulkarem city and clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes then withdrew at 05:45.

At 01:15, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed several homes during their raid into Shwikat neighborhood in Tulkarem city.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

At 19:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles until 22:00.

Raid

1. At 12:05, Israeli forces raided Qalqiliya city until 13:15.
2. At 21:20, Israeli forces raided Baqat Al-Hatab village and detained a resident.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Ayman Iskandar Mihdawi {A resident of Shwikiya neighborhood in Tulkarem city} in Baqat Al-Hatab village.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 15:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Sabastiya village junction then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 18:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Al-Muraba' area located near Tel village then searched residents and vehicles until 20:00.

Raid

At 08:35, Israeli forces raided Zuwata village until 12:40.

Detention

At 13:45, Israeli forces positioned at Huwara military checkpoint detained Mohammad Subhi Mabrok {A resident of Ein Beit Al-Ma camp in Nablus city}.

Destruction of Property

At 09:10, Israeli forces leveled a agricultural road approximately 2 km long which connects Aqraba town and Khirbeit Yanoun village.

Settlers Attacks

1. At 03:45, a group of Israeli settlers positioned along the main road in east Nablus city stoned residents and vehicles traveling along the road.
2. At 05:00, a group of Israeli settlers {driving a vehicle} stormed Nablus city then provoked and shouted racist slurs towards residents while attempting to enter Joseph's Tomb then withdrew at a later time.

SALFIT

At 07:00, a group of Israeli settler stormed Kafr Al-Dik town and slashed the tires of 15 vehicles owned by Manal Khaled Odeh, Iyad Shehadeh Deek, Zakaria Mahmoud Deek, Othman Shehadeh Deek, Raed Gomaa Kassem, Nabil Wassef Abdel Majeed, Fakhr Hidros Deek, Farouk Hassan Asaad, Allam Mohamed Hammad, Imad Ismail Younis, Rajai Shehadeh Deek, Ismail Iyad Younis, Muhannad, Ahmad, and Hani Bakr Mustafa.

BETHLEHEM

Raid

At 11:45, Israeli forces raided Jib Al-Thib village, clashed with several residents as they served military orders for the demolition of 2 homes owned by Nayef Hassan Zawahra and Aref Hussein Zawahra for allegedly being built with out a licences then withdrew at 12:00.

Detention

At 03:00 on November 8th 2018, Israeli forces detained Raed Eliyas Antoin Marat during their raid into Bethlehem city.

Attack

At 11:45, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they demolished 2 homes during their raid into Jib Al-Dub village.

Provocation of Palestinian Forces

At 10:00, Israeli forces positioned near "Kafr Itsiyon" settlement junction temporarily seized 2 Palestinian Police force vehicles then released them at a later time.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

At 19:55, Israeli forces set up 2 flying checkpoints at the south entrance of Hebron city and the south entrance of Sa'ir town then searched residents and vehicles.

Assaults on Property

On November 8th 2018, Israeli forces stormed Al-Mafqarat area located in east Yatta town and served military orders to vacate a plot of agricultural land approximately 5 dunums and is owned by Ahmad Mahmoud Al-Hamadat and gave him 45 days to remove his belongings from the land.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts.
• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Central Gaza and Khan Yunis district and as a result killed a resident.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

At 16:10 on November 8th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards a group of residents located near the border fence in east Al-Maghazi camp and as a result killed a resident.

Killings

Israeli forces opened fire towards and killed Mohammad Ala Mahmoud Abu Shrabin {20 years old}{A resident of Tel Al-Sultan neighborhood in Rafah city} during clashes near the border fence in east Al-Maghazi camp.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

At 09:00 on November 8th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Al-Qarrara town located in east Khan Yunis city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
