WEST BANK

ALL DISTRICTS

Closure

Since 24:00 on September 28th 2017, The Israeli forces imposed a complete closure on the West Bank governorates for the Jewish Holiday "Yom Kippur - Kibor" and prevented citizens and workers, including permit holders from entering Jerusalem and Israel, except diplomatic and international missions, humanitarian and medical emergencies until 24:00 on September 30th 2017.

JERUSALEM

Raid

1. At 11:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Jaderat village, clashed with several residents,detained a resident then withdrew at 15:00.
2. At dawn on October 1st 20117, Israeli forces raided Beit Anan town and detained 3 residents.

Detention

1. On September 30th 2017, Israeli forces positioned at Shu'fat Military checkpoint in Jerusalem city detained Mahdi Salama {A resident of Anata town}.
2. Israeli forces detained Mohammad Iz Al-Din Al-Khadour in Al-Jaderat village.
3. Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Mohammad Hameed, Nassar Muti' Jumhour and Mohammad Ziyad Hameed in Beit Annan town.

Attack

At 11:00, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Al-Jaderat village.

Closure of main Roads

At 20:30, Israeli forces closed the main gate entrance leading to the tunnel road connecting the towns and villages in North Jerusalem district {totaling 11 towns and villages} with Ramallah and Al-Bireh districts and prevented residents under the age of 35 from entering.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

At 10:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Ein Sinya village roundabout then searched residents and vehicles until 14:00.

Land Confiscation

* Israeli forces issued a military order confiscating 4.7 dunums of agricultural land in Deir Nizam villege(a strip of width 4 meters long and extending between the settlement of Halamish and the village of Deir Nizam) to erect a fence along the settlement of Halamish, In addition, a 9-dunum area of ​​agricultural land planted with olive trees was erected along with a gate at the entrance to the settlement, owned by Ahmed Faraj Al-Tamimi.

TUBAS

Raid

At 09:00, Israeli forces raided Khirbeit Attouf village until 12:30.

Confiscation of Property

At 11:40, Israeli forces positioned in Ras Al-Ahmar area located in the North Jordan valley confiscated a bulldozers owned by Ahmad Thiyab Abu Hizran.

TULKAREM

Raid

At 01:55, Israeli forces raided Anabta town, stormed and searched a vehicle junkyard owned by Marwan Abdel-Kareem Omar then withdrew at 04:10.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

At 22:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.

NABLUS

Military Checkpoints

At 15:30, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Huwwara Military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 16:00.

Raid

At 17:55, Israeli forces raided Iraq Burin village until 19:05.

Settlers Attacks

At 10:45, Israeli settler stormed agricultural land in North Burin village and stole Olive harvests then withdrew at 12:15.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

At 10:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Salfit city then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 02:00, Israeli forces raided Yasuf village.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 23:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Nashash area junction {located at the south entrance of Bethlehem city} then searched residents and vehicles until 03:00.

Raid

At 04:30, Israeli forces raided Bethlehem city and Al-Duhusheh camp , Al-Doha and Al-Khader towns, clashed with several residents in Al-Doha town and Al-Duhisheh camp as they stormed and searched several homes then detained 3 residents.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Amal Abdullah Saad {a resident of Doha town}, Mohammed Ibrahim Radwan Al-Alimi, { a residents of Dheisheh camp} and Bilal Mohammed Ismail Issa { a residents of Al-Khader town} during their raid into Bethlehem city and Al-Duhusheh camp , Al-Doha and Al-Khader towns.

Attack

At 04:30, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Bethlehem city and Al-Dheisheh camp , Al-Doha and Al-Khader towns.

HEBRON

Raid

1. On the morning of September 30th 2017, Israeli forces raided Sa'ir town and detained a child.
2. At 00:45 on October 1st 2017, Israeli forces raided Hebron city and handed out leaflets {calling for residents to report to Israeli Intelligence}.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Layth Musa Al-Matour {17 years old} in Al-Sa'ir town.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

On September 30th 2017, Israeli forces closed the Ibrahimi Mosque in the old city of Hebron, in front of citizens and prevented them from praying inside, on the pretext of enabling the settlers to celebrate and perform the rituals of the Talmud on the occasion of the Jewish holiday"Yom Kippur".

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 3rd 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by openeing fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza district.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is closed.

Attack

1. At 07:30 on September 30th 2017, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in West Beit Lahiya town.
2. At 03:00 on October 1st 2017, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in West Beit Lahiya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is closed.
