JERUSALEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 08:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Biddu town tunnel then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At dawn of October 10th 2018, Israeli forces raided Abu Dis town and detained a resident.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Layth Sami Awad in Abu Dis town.

Attack

At 17:30, Israeli forces positioned near the north entrance of Al-Ram town fired stun and tear gas canisters towards residents for alleged stoning.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 11:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

At 09:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beitin village then searched residents and vehicles.

JENIN

Raid

1. At 08:50, Israeli forces raided Ya'bad town, Kafrit and Bi'r Al-Basha villages.
2. At 17:15, Israeli forces raided Turat Al-Gharbiya and Nazlat Zied villages.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

On October 9th 2018, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Flying Checkpoints

At 19:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along Al-Kafriyat road {located in the area between Tulkarem and Qalqiliya districts} then searched residents and vehicles until 20:15.

Raid

1. At 17:20 and again at 03:55, Israeli forces raided Beit Lid town.
2. At 23:40, Israeli forces raided Kafr Zibad village.
3. At 01:00, Israeli forces raided Kafr Al-Labbad town.
4. At 01:20, Israeli forces raided Shweikiya neighborhood in Tulkarem city, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes and as a result injured a resident and detained 14 others {including a woman}.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 14 residents: Majed al-Tini, Kamal Saleh Hassan al-Badawi, Mahmoud Saleh Hasan al-Badu, Mu'adh Muhammad Hamdan Dahiliya, Muhammad Ahmad Hamdan Duhailiyeh, Karam Marwan Hamdan Duhailiya, Rabee Mohammed Nayefeh Abu Rabia {18 years old}, Aws Mahmoud Khader Obaid, Nael Aweis, Mohammed Emad Nacuri, Ahmed Saleh Hassan Badu, Suleiman Azzam Abu Sheikha, and Hassan Azzam Abu Sheikha during their raid into Shweikiya neighborhood in Tulkarem city.

Attack

At 01:20, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Shweikiya neighborhood in Tulkarem city and as a result injured a resident.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured Abdel-Raheem Omar Abdel-Raheem Abu Salah during clashes as they raided Shweikiya neighborhood in Tulkarem city.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 18:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 19:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Azzun town and Izbit Al-Tabib village.
3. At 00:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Hablat town tunnel {located at the south entrance of Qalqiliya city} then detained a child.

Raid

1. At 23:40, Israeli forces raided Hablat town until 03:00.
2. At 01:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Fanduq, Haja and Baqat Al-Hatab villages.

Detention

Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint located at the entrance of Hablat town tunnel {located at the south entrance of Qalqiliya city} detained Bara' Loia Mahmoud Yusef {17 years old}{A resident of Baqat Al-Hatab village}

NABLUS

Raid

1. At 00:10, Israeli forces raided Sabastiya village until 01:45.
2. At 02:45, Israeli forces raided Nablus city and Askar camp in Nablus city and detained 2 residents in Nablus city.
3. At 02:45, Israeli forces raided Al-Naqurat, Deir Sharaf and Qussin villages.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Yahya Adnan Samhan and Mohammad Imad Al-Shakhshier in Nablus city.

Settlers Attacks

At dawn on October 10th 2018, Israeli forces raided the south area of Qaryout village, slashed the tires of 9 vehicles and spray-painted anti Arab and racist graffiti.

SALFIT

Raid

At 15:50, Israeli forces raided Qarwat Bani Hassan, Bidya, Al-Zawiya towns and Masaha village and summoned Akramat Azziz Salamah Mir'i {A resident of Qarwat Bani Hassan village} to report to Israeli Intellegnce for questioning.

Land Confiscation

On October 9th 2018, Israeli forces served a military order for the confiscation 8 dunums {acres} of land in the west area of Al-Zawiya town for alleged military purposes.

Settlers Attacks

1. On the morning of October 9th 2018, a group of Israeli settlers stormed agricultural land in Bruqin town which is located near the bypass road next to "Brughin" settlement and uprooted 39 Olive and almond trees which were planted between 2 and 20 years ago and are owned by Jamal Othman Salama.
2. At 18:40, a group of Israeli settlers stormed a plot of land located in the area between Kafr Al-Dik and Sarata towns during which local residents were able to chase them away from the area.

JERICHO

Raid

At 02:35, Israeli forces raided Ein Al-Sultan camp in Jericho city and detained 3 residents.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Jihad Jibril Mahmoud Manasra, Yazen Mahmoud Abu Zeid, and Hazem Mahmoud Abdul Khaliq during their raid into Ein Al-Sultan camp in Jericho city.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 23:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Nashash area junction {located at the south entrance of Bethlehem city} then searched residents and vehicles until 01:25.

Detention

1. On October 9th 2018, Israeli forces detained Abdel-Rahman Rashid Hassan Abu Sarour {A resident of Ayda camp in Bethlehem city} as he was reporting to Israeli Intellegnce for questioning based on a prior summon.
2. At 22:45, Israeli forces detained Abdel-Affo Nidal Ghayth {A resident of Hebron city} near Husan village after opening fire towards him.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

At 11:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Al-Sheikh neighborhood in Hebron city then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 01:00, Israeli forces raided Deir Al-Assal and Beit Marsam villages.
2. At 01:40, Israeli forces raided Yatta and Beit Kahil towns.
3. At 02:45, Israeli forces raided Dura town.
4. At 03:20, Israeli forces raided Hebron city.
5. At dawn on October 10th 2018, Israeli forces raided Beit Kahil town and detained 2 residents.
6. At dawn on October 10th 2018, Israeli forces raided Beit Ummar town, detained a resident, summoned 2 resiednts: Arafat Issa al-Za'iq {52 years old}, and his son Amr, {17 years old} to report to Israeli Intellegnce for questioning.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Sayef Ibrahim Asafrah and Yazan Ahmad Asafra in Beit Kahil town.
2. Israeli forces detained Omar Sadam Al-Salibi in Beit Ummar town.

House Demolition

At 11:00, Israeli forces demolished 3 homes owned by Jibril Ahmad Ismail Abu Arram, Mohammad Ali Mohammad Abu Arram and Khalil Yunis Abu Arram located in Halawat village located in south east Yatta town for allegedly being built with out a licence and confiscated Solar panels used for an electrical generator.

Confiscation of Property

At 11:00, Israeli forces confiscated Solar panels used for an electrical generator as they demolished 3 homes owned by Jibril Ahmad Ismail Abu Arram, Mohammad Ali Mohammad Abu Arram and Khalil Yunis Abu Arram located in Halawat village located in south east Yatta town.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza,Gaza, and Central Gaza districts and as a result injured 7 residents.
• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by raiding North Gaza district.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Raid

At 11:30 on October 9th 2018, Israeli forces escorting Military bulldozers stormed 50m into the vicinity of North West Beit Lahiya town and opened fire as they leveled a plot of land then withdrew at 13:00.

Attack

1. At 19:45 on October 9th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators near North east Beit Hanun town during the march of return.
2. At 21:00 on October 9th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators near east Jabaliya town during the march of return.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Attack

1. At 16:00 on October 9th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Gaza city.
2. At 21:00 on October 9th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Gaza city during the march of return and as a result injured 2 residents.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 2 unidentified residents during clashes in east Gaza city.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

At 16:00 on October 9th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Deir Al-Balah city during the march of return and as a result injured 5 residents.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 5 unidentified resident after opening fire towards demonstrators near south east Deir Al-Balah city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
