JERUSALEM

Raid

At 02:45, Israeli forces raided Al-Ram town and detained 2 residents.

Detention

1. At 09:00, Israeli forces detained Khalil Hazim Abadin {A resident of Al-Ram town}.
2. At 10:20, Israeli forces positioned at Shu'fat Military checkpoint detained Ahmad Mahmoud Al-Shiekh Ali {A resident of Shu'fat camp in Jerusalem city}.
3. At 12:30, Israeli forces detained Ahmad Rayan {A resident of Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city}.
4. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Uday Matour and Ali Al-Shu'ani {A resident of Qalandiya camp}.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 11:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 16:55,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Ein Sinya village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 18:20, Israeli forces set up 4 checkpoints near Halimish "settlement junction and at the entrances of Abboud, Al-Nabi Saleh and Deir Abu Mash'al villages, detained a resident at the entrance of Deir Abu Masha'l village then withdrew at 19:50.

Detention

Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint at the entrance of Deir Abu Mash'al village detained Hussien Daud {A resident of Deir Abu Mash'al village}.

TUBAS

Military Checkpoints

At 20:35, the Israeli military intensified their restrictions at Tayassir military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Raid

On October 11th 2018, Israeli forces raided Khirbeit Ibziq village, detained a resident from his workplace at a local school.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Mohammad Abu Mutawi' in Khirbeit Ibziq village.

House Demolition

On October 11th 2018, Israeli forces demolished a home and a livestock shed owned by Omar Aref Ibshirat located in Al-Hadadiya village in the North Jordan valley for allegedly being built with out a licence.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 14:30, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 15:35.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 15:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Kafr Sur and Kafr Jamal village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. On the evening of October 11th 2018, Israeli forces set up 2 checkpoints in Anabata town and Bazariya village junction and temporarily detained 3 residents then released them at a later time.

Raid

1. At 11:30, Israeli forces raided Shweikiya neighborhood in Tulkarem city, detained 3 residents and at 01:25, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes and detained 2 others {the total detained are now 5 residents} then withdrew at 05:50.
2. On the evening of October 11th 2018, Israeli forces raided Anabta town , clashed with several residents as they set up a checkpoint in the center of town then temporarily detained 3 residents and released them at a later time.
3. At 01:40, Israeli forces raided Beit Lid town, stormed and searched a home, temporarily detained a woman then released her at 07:45.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 5 residents: Murshid Farid Qatawi, Ibrahim Nimer Nayefeh, Suleiman Azzam Sulaiman Abu Sheikha, Saeed Qassim Freij, and his brother Sinan in Shweikiya neighborhood in Tulkarem city.

Temporary Detention

1. On the evening of October 11th 2018, Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint located in the center of Anabta town temporarily detained 3 residents: Hassan Azzam Abu Sheikha, Saleh Bassam Abu Sheikha and Jihad Emad Akbarieh then released them at a later time.
2. At 01:40, Israeli forces temporarily detained Kholoud Azzam Fareej during their raid into Beit Lid town then released them at a later time.

Attack

1. On the evening of October 11th 2018, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they set up a checkpoint during their raid into Anabta town and as a result left several residents suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
2. At 01:25, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several home during their raid into Shweikiya neighborhood in Tulkarem city.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 13:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along the main road connecting Qalqiliya and Nablus districts then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 20:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.

1. At 20:30, Israeli forces raided Jinsafout village until 22:40.
2. On the evening of October 11th 2018, Israeli forces raided Azzun town and clashed with several residents.

Attack

On the evening of October 11th 2018, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Azzun town.

NABLUS

Military Checkpoints

1. On the evening of October 11th 2018, Israeli forces closed Huwara and Beit Furiq military checkpoints and impeded the free flow of traffic {after 2 Israeli settlers were injured from an alleged stabbing attack near Huwara military checkpoint} then reopened them at a later time.
2. At 23:25, the Israeli Military intensified their restrictions at Beit Furiq military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Flying Checkpoints

1. On the evening of October 11th 2018, Israeli forces set up 3 checkpoints at the entrance of Jama'in town and prevented residents from entering or exiting the town.
2. At 23:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Shavei Shamron" settlement junction then searched residents and vehicles..

Raid

1. On the morning of October 11th 2018, Israeli forces raided Sabastiya village as they escorted a group of Israeli settlers who stormed archaeological sites in the area.
2. On the evening of October 11th 2018, Israeli forces raided Assira Al-Qibliya village, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several merchant shops and as a result left several residents suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
3. On the evening of October 11th 2018, Israeli forces raided Burin village and clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes.
4. At 18:15, Israeli forces raided Madma village, clashed with several residents and vehicles then withdrew at 22:30.
5. At 18:25, Israeli forces raided Burqa village until 19:35.
6. At 23:45, Israeli forces raided Jama'in town, detained 2 residents {1 of whom is accused of stabbing 2 Israeli settlers near Huwara military checkpoint} then withdrew at 00:35.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Mu'az Ahmad Qassim Haj Ali {who is accused of stabbing 2 Israeli settlers near Huwara military checkpoint} and Ramiz Hisham Hashash in Jamma'in town.

Attack

1. On the evening of October 11th 2018, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several merchant shops during their raid into Assira Al-Qibliya and as a result left several residents suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
2. On the evening of October 11th 2018, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Burin village.
3. At 18:15, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Madma village.

Settlers Attacks

At 14:45, a group of Israeli settlers positioned near "Yitshar" settlement located in North Huwara town stoned vehicles travelling near the area and as a result shattered a vehicles windshield.

On the evening of October 11th 2018, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Za'tara military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 14:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Arail" settlement junction then searched residents and vehicles until 17:25.
2. At 17:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Salfit city then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 23:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the south entrance of Harris village then searched residents and vehicles.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

At 09:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the south entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles until 10:00.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 15:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the west villages of Bethlehem district} then searched residents and vehicles until 16:25.
2. At 21:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Teqou' town then searched residents and vehicles until 22:50.
3. At 21:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Jinata town then searched residents and vehicles until 22:35.

Land Levelling

On October 11th 2018, Israeli forces stormed Khliat Thahir Al-Ain area located in Al-Khader town which is also located between "Danail" and "Al-Eizar" settlements and leveled a plot of land planted with Olive trees and is owned by Ibrahim Mohammad Musa.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 10:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Zif village junction then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 18:10, Israeli forces set up 3 checkpoint at Zif village junction, at the entrance of Bani Na'im town {near Wadi Al-Joz area} and at Al-Samiya village junction then searched residents and vehicles.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza,Gaza, and Khan Yunis districts and as a result injured 5 residents.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza district.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

1. At 06:20 on October 11th 2018, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards several Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Waha area located in North West Beit Lahiya town and detained 2 fishermen after confiscating their fishing boat.
2. At 20:30 on October 11th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators near east Jabaliya town during the march of return and as a result injured 2 residents.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 2 unidentified residents during clashes in east Jabaliya town.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 2 fishermen: Uday Abdel-Bari Mohammad Sultan and Saddam Abdel-Bari Mohammad Sultan {A resident of Beit Lahiya town} off the shores of Al-Waha area located in North West Beit Lahiya town.

Confiscation of Property

At 06:20 on October 11th 2018, Israeli naval vessels confiscated a fishing boat after detaining 2 fishermen off the shores of Al-Waha area located in North West Beit Lahiya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Attack

At 20:30 on October 11th 2018, , Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Gaza city during the march of return and as a result injured 3 residents.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

At 20:30 on October 11th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards several residents near the border fence in east Khuza'a town located in east Khan Yunis city during the march of return.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
