WEST BANK

ALL DISTRICTS

Closure

Since 24:00 on October 12th 2019,Israeli forces imposed a total closure on the West Bank districts on the occasion of the Jewish holiday "Sukkot'' , and prevented citizens and workers, including holders of permits, from entering Jerusalem and Israel, with the exception of diplomatic and international missions, humanitarian and medical emergencies after prior coordination until 24:00 on October 21st 2019.

JERUSALEM

Raid

1. At 23:00, Israeli forces raided Abu Dis town and clashed with several residents.
2. At dawn on October 14th 2019, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village and detained a resident after storming his home.

Detention

1. On the evening of October 13th 2019, Israeli forces detained 2 residents {including the Palestinian Authorities Governor of Jerusalem}: Adnan Gayth and Shadi Al-Matour.
2. Israeli forces detained Yasser Darwish in Al-Eisawiya village.

Attack

At 23:00, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Abu Dis town.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 09:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Police forces stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

JENIN

Raid

1. At 13:45, Israeli forces raided Al-Jalma, Deir Ghazala and A'rrana villages.
2. At 22:40, Israeli forces raided Ya'bad town.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

At 17:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Izbit Al-Tabib village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 17:30, Israeli forces raided Qalqiliya city.

Settlers Attacks

At 16:40, a group of Israeli settlers stormed agricultural land in Kafr Qaddum village and pointed guns towards several residents then withdrew at a later time.

NABLUS

Raid

At 02:05, Israeli forces raided Sabastiya village then stormed and searched 2 homes.

SALFIT

Raid

At 11:20, Israeli forces raided Marda village.

Settlers Attacks

At 15:40, a group of Israeli settlers stormed agricultural land in Kafr Al-Dik town and chopped off the limbs of several Olive trees owned by Ashraf Tahseen Hamdan.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

At 10:30 on October 13th 2019 and again at 07:50 on October 14th 2019, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the west villages of Bethlehem district} then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 12:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Fureidis village junction then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 22:20, Israeli forces raided Al-Khadr town until 23:45.
2. At 07:50, Israeli forces raided Harmala village.

Settlement Activities

On October 13th 2019, Israeli authorities {council for construction in " Etzyon" settlement} approved plans for the construction of 251 settlement units {146 units in "Gush Etzyon" settlement located in south Bethlehem district and 105 units in "Kfar Al-Dad" settlement located in east Teqou town located in east Bethlehem city} on land occupied in 1967.

Settlers Attacks

At 11:30, a group of Israeli settlers stormed agricultural land in Al-Khadr town located near "Gush Etzyon" settlement and assaulted several residents as they were harvesting Olives from their agricultural land and as a result injured a resident leaving him hospitalized with head injuries.

Injuries

Fadil Ali Abdel-Hameed Hamdan {60 years old} was hospitalized with head injuries after Israeli settlers assaulted him as he was harvesting Olive on his agricultural land in Al-Khadr town located near "Gush Etzyon" settlement.

Land Confiscation

On October 13th 2019, Israeli forces issued a military order to confiscated several dunums of land {plot #4} located in Nihalin town in order to expand "Alon Shvut" settlement.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

At 00:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Fuwar camp then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 10:30, Israeli forces raided Hebron city.
2. At 15:30, Israeli forces raided Khirbet Safa village.
3. At 22:45, Israeli forces raided Dura town.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• At 19:00 on August 26th 2014, The permanent and comprehensive cease-fire entered into force on the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, introduce humanitarian and relief assistance and reconstruction supplies, expand the fishing area for 6 miles, Up to 12 miles by the end of the current year, reducing the area of the buffer zone from 300 m to 100 m, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. The other issues, including the airport and the port, will be negotiated within one month of the cease-fire.
On the morning of 28 June 2019, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the sea fishing area in the north of the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip and up to 6 nautical miles from the port of Gaza and from the port of Gaza to the south of Rafah until 15 nautical miles.

•Israeli forces broke the cease fire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Central Gaza and Khan Yunis districts.

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

At 07:15 on October 13th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land located in east Al-Maghazi camp.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

1. At 08:00 on October 13th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Khan Yunis city.
2. At 11:00 on October 13th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards several residents near the border fence in east Khan Yunis city who fled back into the Gaza strip.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the entry and exit of travelers.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is closed.
