Daily Report October 16, 2018

1. At dawn on October 16th 2018, Israeli forces raided Biddu town and detained a resident.
2. At dawn on October 16th 2018, Israeli forces raided Qutna village and summoned Rami Hassan Al-Quffiya to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.

1. At 11:00, Israeli forces positioned in Al-Khan Al-Ahmar area fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators who were participating in protest against the Israeli government decision to demolish and relocate the Bedouin residents of the area.
2. At 18:50, Israeli forces positioned near Hizma town fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

At 11:00, Israeli forces injured 7 residents {including the Minister and Chairman of the Wall and Settlement Resistance Committee-Waleed Assaf, Riyad Salahat(A National Security Force Officer)} after they assaulted demonstrators during protests against the Israeli government decision to demolish and relocate the Bedouin residents of Al-Khan Al-Ahmar area .

1. At 11;00, Israeli forces positioned in Al-Khan Al-Ahmar area detained Riyad Salahat(A National Security Force Officer) during protests agianst the Israeli government decision to demolish and relocate the Bedouin residents of Al-Khan Al-Ahmar area .
2. Israeli forces detained Basil Abu Radi in Biddu town.

At 09:00, Israeli forces closed all roads leading to Al-Khan Al-Ahmar area and impeded the free flow of traffic.

At 09:30, a group of Israeli settlers {which included Yehuda Glick, a member of the Israeli Parliament,} under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

At 18:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Sinjil town then searched residents and vehicles until 20:30.

1. At 15:20, Israeli forces raided Al-Mazra'a Al-Gharbiya village, clashed with several residents and as a result left Wafiqa Yusef Hanun hospitalized after suffocating from tear gas inhalation then withdrew at 15:50.
2. At 06:15, Israeli forces raided Kafr Malik village and detained a resident.
3. At dawn on October 16th 2018, Israeli forces raided Kafr Ni'ma village and detained 2 residents.

1. Israeli forces detained Sanad Mu'in Ahmad Hamayil in Kafr Malik village.
2. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Sanad Hussien Abdo and Murad Ibrahim Mahmoud Krekeir in Kafr Ni'ma village.

At 12:45, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 16:00.

1. At 11:30, Israeli forces raided Bal'a town, stormed and searched a Air condition unit factory and a Chicken farm then surveyed agricultural land in the area and withdrew at 17:00.
2. At 16:50, Israeli forces raided Shweikiya neighborhood in Tulkarem city, temporarily detained 3 residents {including 2 children} then released them after summoning 1 resident to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning then withdrew at 19:20.
3. At dawn on October 16th 2018, Israeli forces raided Tulkarem city, Shwikiya neighborhood and Tulkarem and Nour Al-Shams camps, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes and detained a resident in Shwikiya neighborhood.

1. At 22:25, Israeli forces detained Abdel-Rauf Mohammad Abdel-Latif Masahil {A resident of Shweikiya neighborhood in Tulkarem city} as he was reporting to Israeli Intelligence for questioning based on a prior summon.
2. Israeli forces detained Ameed Azmi Sarhan in Shwikiya neighborhood in Tulkarem city.

At 16:50, Israeli forces temporarily detained 3 residents {including 2 children}: Yamin Ashraf Mahmoud Attar13 years old}, Mahmud Amjad Mahmoud Attar {13 years old}, and Abdel Raouf Mohammed Abdel Latif then released them after summoning the latter to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning during their raid into Shwikiya neighborhood in Tulkarem city.

At dawn on October 16th 2018, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched a home during their raid into Shwikiya neighborhood in Tulkarem city.

At 19:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town and impeded the free flow of traffic after closing the steel gate entrance.

1. At 09:10, Israeli forces raided Hajja village until 14:40.
2. At 11:00, Israeli forces raided Baqat Al-Hatab village until 14:40.
3. At 19:10, Israeli forces raided Azzun town, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes, detained 7 residents{including 2 children, a special needs patient}.
4. At 21:25, Israeli forces raided Kafr Thulth town and detained a resident.

1. Israeli forces detained 7 residents: Mohammed Emad Shbeita{11 years old}, Mahdi Farouk Abu Haneya (special needs patient), Saed Mohammed Suwaidan, Kazem Mufid Radwan, Mutasim Tayseer Radwan, Alaa Bassam Deeb and Qais Bassam Deeb in Azzun town.
2. Israeli forces detained Arkan Yusef Ameen Abu Safiya in Kafr Thulth town.

At 22:35, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Huwara military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 23:10.

At 21:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Deir Sharaf village junction then searched residents and vehicles until 22:00.

At 01:10, Israeli forces raided Qabalan town.

At 07:45 on October 15th 2018, Israeli forces injured Jafar Zaher Istaya during clashes near a secondary school located in the area between Al-Sawiya and Al-Libban Al-Sharqiya villages {as mentioned in the previous report}.

On the afternoon of October 15th 2018, a group of Israeli settlers stormed agricultural land in Burin village and attacked several residents who were picking Olives and chased them from the area and proceeded to steel several sacks of Olive harvest.

At 22:35, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Za'tara"junction checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 23:10.

1. At 11:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Deir Istiya town then searched residents and vehicles until 12:00.
2. At 15:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Qarwat Bani Hassan town then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 15:10, Israeli forces set up 2 checkpoints at the entrance s of Bidiya and Al-Zawiya towns then searched residents and vehicles.
4. At 17:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Deir Ballut town and detained a resident.

1. At 12:20, Israeli forces raided Deir Istiya town until 13:00.
2. At 19:35, Israeli forces raided Masaha village and detained a resident.
3. At 22:20, Israeli forces raided Qarwat Bani Hassan town.
4. At 00:20, Israeli forces raided Bidya town , stormed 2 homes then withdrew at 05:00.

1. At 17:00, Israeli forces positioned at the entrance of "Bruqan" Industrial settlement detained Mou'men Al-Hashash {A resident of Jamma'in town in Nablus city.
2. Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint located at the entrance of Deir Ballout town detained Hassan Wajih Hassan.
3. Israeli forces detained Alaa Abdel-Fattah Mohammad Sa'id in Masaha village.

1. At 12:10, Israeli forces positioned near Harris village junction opened fire towards a resident and as a result killed him for allegdly attempting to stab a Israeli settler.
2. At 19:10, Israeli forces positioned along the bypass road near Kafr Al-Dik town fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents homes for alleged stoning in the area.

1. At 14:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Asakra village and detained a resident.
2. At 02:50, Israeli forces raided Al-Arrouj village and summoned Qassim Anwar Al-Arouj to report to Israeli Intellegnce for questioning.
3. At 02:15, Israeli forces raided Nihalin village and detained 2 children.
4. At 02:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Doha town, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched a home then detained a resident.

1. At 14:30, Israeli forces detained the child : Bara' Raed Khalil Al-Amour {16 years old} as he was reporting to Israeli Intelligence for questioning based on a prior summon.
2. Israeli forces detained Ibrahim Mohammad Ahmad Al-Asakra in Al-Asakra village.
3. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Musa Ahmad Mahmoud Najajrat {14 years old} and Mohammad Nu'man Sharaknat {15 years old} in Nihilin village.
4. Israeli forces detained Ali Musa Zawaahrat in Al-Doha town.

At 02:30, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched a home during their raid into Al-Doha town.

At 21:55, Israeli forces closed the west and east entrances of Teqou' town and impeded the free flow of traffic until reopening them at 22:40.

At 19:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Nabi Yunis area {located along the main road connecting Hebron and Bethlehem} then searched residents and vehicles.

1. On October 15th 2018, Israeli forces raided Susiya village located in east Yatta town, confiscated digging equipment, a lifter and several electronic equipment owned by Husam Na'im Hamamdah as he was working on land owned by Farid Ahmad Al-Jabour.
2. At dawn on October 16th 2018, Israeli forces raided Beit Ummar town and detained a resident.
3. At dawn on October 16th 2018, Israeli forces raided Hebron city.

1. At 01:35 on October 15th 2018, Israeli forces detained Mohammad Attiya Al-Zaro during their raid into Hebron city {as mentioned in the previous report}.
2. At 13:55, Israeli forces detained Mohammad Sharif Amro near Al-Shihada road in the old city of Hebron.
3. Israeli forces detained Ehab Issa Mahmoud Al-Alami in Beit Ummar town.

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

1. At 08:00 on October 15th 2018, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards several Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Waha area located in North West Beit Lahiya town.
2. At 15:00 on October 15th 2018, Israeli Naval vessels fired live ammunition, stun and tear gas canisters towards several Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in West Beit Lahiya town then confiscated the fishing boats after taking them to the Gaza port then released them at 19:00.
3. At 16:00 on October 15th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators near North West Beit Lahiya town during the march of return and as a result injured 32 resident and left 38 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
