JERUSALEM

Military Checkpoints

At 10:30, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Jaba' Military checkpoint, stopped and inspected drivers identification cards and as a result impeded the free flow of traffic.

Raid

1. At 18:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya town, fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters as clashed with several residents then detained a resident.
2. At dawn on October 18th 2017, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya town and detained several residents.

Attack

At 18:00, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Al-Eisawiya town.

Detention

1. At 08:30 on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces detained Salah Sharifa {22 years old} {A resident of the old city of Jerusalem}.
2. Israeli forces detained Baha Wael Mahmoud in Al-Eisawiya town.
3. Israeli forces detained Hazim Soliman Mustafa, Foa'd Mohammad Mustafa, Nidal Aliyan, Billal Aliyan and Abdel-Hay Dari in Al-Eisawiya town.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 11:55, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 20:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Sinjil village then searched residents and vehicles until 22:00.
2. At 22:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Turmus'aya town then searched residents and vehicles until 23:00.

Raid

1. At 01:30, Israeli forces raided Ramallah city, stormed and searched several Media office including: Pal Media , the Al-Aqsa and Palestine Alyoum channels , confiscated equipment, fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades as they clashed with several residents and as s result injured 2 residents.
2. At 22:05, Israeli forces raided Deir Nathim village and detained a resident.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured Mohammad Baker Zied {20 years old} {after he was struck by a rubber coated steel bullet to the shoulder area} during clashes in Ramallah city.

Confiscation of Property

Israeli forces confiscated media equipment after closing down several Media office including: Pal Media , the Al-Aqsa and Palestine Alyoum channels during their raid into Ramallah city.

Attack

At 01:30, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades as they clashed with several residents
during their raid into Ramallah city.and as s result injured 2 residents.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Yahya Al-Tamimi {A resident of Deir Nathim village} in Deir Nathim village.

JENIN

Raid

At 05:10 on October 18th 2017, Israeli forces raided Jaba' and Qabatiya towns then detained several residents.

1. Israeli forces detained Naseem Yasser Farhat {30 years old} during their raid into Jenin camp
2. Israeli forces detained Ahmad Bilal Mohammed Abu-Rab{ 26 years old} {residents of Qabatiya town} Khattab Muhammad Abdul Rahman Ghannam {20 years old} Lutfi Taher Malaisha {28 years old}, Mo'in Nasser Mohammed Alawneh {20 years old}, Ahmed Selim Salata {60 years old}, Murad Sa'id Fashafsha {29 years old} {All are resident of Jab'a town}.

Raid

At 23:40, Israeli forces raided Tayassir village, stormed and searched the home of Ziyad Ahmad Suliman Dabak then withdrew at 05:00.

Detention

At 11:40, Israeli forces positioned near Attuf village detained Ahmad Sa'id Issa Al-Bazour {A resident of Raba village in Jenin district}.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 11:40, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" Military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 13:50.

At 00:50 on the morning of October 18th 2017, Israeli forces raided Tulkarem city, detained 9 residents then withdrew at 06:40.

Israeli forces detained 9 residents: Samer Balouna {26 years old} {A resident of Tulkarem refugee camp}, Yusef El-Basha {26 years old}{A residents of Dahnabeh neighborhood}, Adnan Khalil Abu Salta {47 years old}{A Residents of Nur Shams Camp}, Abdel Majid Qassem Joudeh {29 years old}{A resident of Tulkarm}, Mohammed Bilal Amarna {28 years old}, Nimr Kamel Saleh {31 years old}{Both are residents of Dahnabeh neighborhood}, Hussein Ra'iq Hussein {30 years old}{A residents of Nur Shams refugee camp},Abdel Nasser Touir {A Resident of Tulkarem Camp} and Mohammed Abu Sayah {A Residents of Tulkarem city}.

QALQILIYA

Raid

At 01:35, Israeli forces raided Azzun town, stormed and searched several home [including the homes of the following: Shaker Mahmoud Radwan(A National Security Force officer) and Rashid Mohammad Radwan] then withdrew at 04:30.
2. At 02:20, Israeli forces raided Qalqilya city until 04:30.

1. At 11:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqilya city then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 11:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of the tunnel leading into Hablah town then searched residents and vehicles until 13:00.
3. At 12:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.

Israeli forces detained Mohammad Mustafa Abdel-Raheem Daoud {23 years old} during their raid into Qalqilya city.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beita village then searched residents and vehicles until 10:30.
2. At 17:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Yitshar" settlement junction then searched residents and vehicles.

1. At 10:40, Israeli forces raided Nablus city and detained a resident.
2. At 21:00, Israeli forces raided Beita village.
3. At 00:10, Israeli forces raided Nablus city, stormed and searched several Media outlets including :"Trans Media" and confiscated several electronic equipment after issuing military orders to close it down for a period of 6 months, fired rubber coated steel bullets , stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result injured a resident then withdrew at 04:50.

At 00:10, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets , stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Nablus city and as a result injured a resident.

Israeli forces detained Fayeq Hussien Dabiya {20 years old} {A resident of Jenin camp} in Nablus city.

House Demolition

At 09:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Oja village and demolished 3 homes owned by Abdallah Bashir Al-Suwahrah {under construction}, Rajal Al-Khaldi {under construction} and Mohammad Hassan Arinat for allegedly being built without a licence.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 20:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Teqou' town then searched residents and vehicles until 21:40.

At 01:30, Israeli forces raided Bethlehem city and fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters as they clashed with several residents.

At 01:30, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents during their raid into Bethlehem city.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Nabi Yunis junction then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 09:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Sahab junction then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 19:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Hebron city then searched residents and vehicles.
4. At 21:20,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Al-Zawiya and B'ir Hums area junctions located in Hebron city then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. On the evening of October 17th 2017, Israeli forces raided Beit Einoun and Al-Duwar area's located in Sa'ir town in North east Hebron district, stormed and searched several homes, set up a checkpoint in the area then searched residents and vehicles then fired rubber coated steel bullets stun and tear gas canisters towards several resiednts for alleged stoning.
2. At 01:40, Israeli forces raided Hebron city, stormed and searched several media outlets including: Al-Quds Channel , Pal Media, Trans Media then served military orders for their closures for a period of 6 months and detained a resident.

Attack

On the evening of October 17th 2017 Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Beit Einoun and Al-Duwar area's located in Sa'ir town in North east Hebron district.

Detention

1. At 15:30, Israeli forces positioned near Al-Ibrahimi mosque compound in the old city of Hebron detained Mohammad Yacoub Al-Natsheh {A resident of Hebron city}.
2. Israeli forces detained Ammar Al-Ja'bari {Director of a media agency} and Ibrahim Al-Ja'bari during their raid into Hebron city.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 3rd 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip.
• Israeli forces broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Khan Yunis district.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza and Khan Yunis Districts.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

At 17:30 on October 17th 2017, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

1. At 13:00, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in Abbassan Atown located in east Khan Yunis.
2. At 19:00, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Khan Yunis city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entry of goods, fuel, construction material for the private sector and internationally funded projects.
