WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

At 23:40, Israeli forces raided Biddu town.

Detention

1. On October 18th 2018, Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Mohammad Akram Al-Basati, Islam Hussien Al-Bashti and Iz Al-Din Al-Bashti {all are residents of the old city of Jerusalem}.
2. At 08:00 on October 18th 2018, Israeli forces detained Ashraf Hassan Al-Jahalin {A resident of the Bedouin community of Jabal Abu Al-Nuwar area located in east Al-Eizariya town}.
3. At 01:30, Israeli forces detained Ahmad Khalis Ousan in Jabal Al-Mukabir neighborhood in Jerusalem city.

Attack

At 22:40, Israeli forces positioned near the entrance of Hizma town fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 09:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

At 17:40, Israeli forces set up 2 checkpoint at the entrance of Sinjil town and Um Safa village then searched residents and vehicles.

Temporary Detention

At 11:20, Israeli forces temporarily detained Mu'taz Ismail Mahamrat {A resident of Beituniya town} as he was picking olives on agricultural land near "Ofra" military base then released him at 22:00.

JENIN

Raid

1. On the morning of October 18th 2018, Israeli forces raided Imrayha village located in South Ya'bad town and confiscated a mobile home owned by Hishma Mustafa Hamouda.
2. At 22:30, Israeli forces raided Jaba' town and Sanour village until 02:40.

Confiscation of Property

On the morning of October 18th 2018, Israeli forces confiscated a mobile home owned by Hishma Mustafa Hamouda during their raid into Imrayha village located in South Ya'bad town.

TUBAS

Temporary Detention

At 14:40, Israeli forces temporarily detained 3 residents: Yusef Hussien Asmar Bishirat, Mohammad Adel Aliyan Daraghma and Hillal Adel Aliyan Daraghma as they were herding their goats in Khilat Mak'houl area in the North Jordan valley the released them at a later time.

House Demolition

At 09:30, Israeli forces demolished a home {80 m}, 3 tents , 2 live stock dens {200 and 300 m} and a live stock den {500 m} owned by Khalid Rushdi Mohammad Sawafta on Bardala village located in the North Jordan valley.

Assaults on Property

On October 18th 2018, Israeli forces stormed Tel Al-Hamat area located in the North Jordan valley and served a military order to halt constructions on a plot of land approximately 20 dunums{despite the fact that the land is officially registered by the Land Authority}.

TULKAREM

Raid

1. At 09:15, Israeli forces raided Baqa Al-Sharqiya and Zieta town and Nazlat Abu Al-Nar and Nazlat Issa villages until 13:15.
2. At 15:20, Israeli forces raided Beit Lid town and Safarin village.
3. At 00:10, Israeli forces raided Zieta town until 02:40.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 16:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 18:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 18:35,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Izbit Al-Tabib village junction then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 21:00, Israeli forces raided Azzun town until 22:00.
2. At 22:20, Israeli forces raided Hajja village until 03:30.

NABLUS

Raid

1. At 00:30, Israeli forces raided Salem, Azmout and Deir Al-Hatab villages.
2. At 01:15, Israeli forces raided Orif village then stormed and searched 3 homes.
3. At 02:20, Israeli forces raided Einbuis village.

Settlers Attacks

At 10:10, a group of Israeli settlers from "Yitzhar" settlement stormed the east area of Orif village, attacked a local school and assaulted several residents who were picking Olives during which Israeli forces fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents who attempted to prevent the settler attack and as a result left a resident hospitalized with injuries.

At 10:10, Israeli forces fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents who attempted to prevent a group of Israeli settlers from "Yitzhar" settlement stormed the east area of Orif village, attacked a local school and assaulted several residents who were picking Olives and as a result left a resident hospitalized with injuries.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured Ahmad Yusif Al-Safadi during clashes in Orif village.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

At 11:40 and again at 18:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Harris village then searched residents and vehicles until 20:20.

BETHLEHEM

Raid

At 01:20, Israeli forces raided Beit Jala city until 03:30.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 11:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Ithna town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 20:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the south entrance of Hebron city then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 05:25, Israeli forces raided Yatta town.
2. At 05:45, Israeli forces raided Beit Awwa town.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts .

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Gaza,Central Gaza and Khan Yunis districts.

NORTHERN GAZA

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

1. At 08:30 on October 18th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards several residents located near the border fence in east Gaza city.
2. At 20:30 on October 18th 2018, , Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Gaza city during the march of return.

CENTRAL GAZA

At 21:00 on October 18th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Al-Buriej camp during the march of return.

KHAN YUNIS

At 20:30 on October 18th 2018, , Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Khuza'a town located in east Khan Yunis city city during the march of return.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
