WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Attack

At 18:05, Israeli forces positioned in Abu Dis town fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

At 08:20 and again at 20:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village then searched residents and vehicles until 21:30.

Raid

At 02:00, Israeli forces raided Awarta town.

Demonstrations

At 13:30, a demonstrations took place in Ni'lin town protesting against the construction of the wall during which Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades and prevented residents from reaching the demonstration site.

Attack

At 13:30, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning during demonstrations in Ni'lin town and as a result left them suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

JENIN

Raid

1. At dawn on October 20th 2017 and again at 23:05, Israeli forces raided Ya'bad town, detained 4 residents then withdrew at 03:45.
2. At 12:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Silah Al-Harthiya town.
3. At 00:35, Israeli forces raided Al-Zababda town, Raba and Kafrit villages, stormed 4 homes in Raba village then withdrew at 03:45.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 4 residents: Hadi Tawfiq Hamarsha, Mohammad Jalla Atatrah, Mahdi Ibrahim Turkman and Jaber Ibrahim Hamarshat in Ya'bad town.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 12:15, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 13:50.

Raid

At 10:40, Israeli forces raided Zaieta town and Nazlat Abu Nar, Nazlat Issa and Nazlat Al-Gharbiya until 15:10.

Assaults on Property

On October 20th 2017, Israeli forces prevented several residents from reaching their agricultural land to collect Olive harvest in Kafr Sur village after they closed wall gate {#839} leading to the village.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 18:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqilya city then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 23:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Hablat tunnel {located at the south entrance of Qalqilya city} then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 23:00, Israeli forces raided Azzun town then stormed and searched a home.

Demonstrations

At 13:00,a demonstration took place in Kafr Qaddum village against the closure of the east entrance during which they clashed with Israeli forces tried to disrupt the demonstration by firing rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards demonstrators who attempted to reach the demonstration site and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

At 13:00,Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents who were participating in demonstrations against the closure of the east entrance of Kafr Qaddum village and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 13:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint beneath Iskaka village bridge then searched residents and vehicles until 15:15.
2. At 19:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Salfit city then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 18:00, Israeli forces raided Kafr Al-Dik town until 20:15.

Temporary Detention

On October 20th 2017, Israeli forces positioned at the wall gate near "Arail" settlement located in North Salfit city temporarily detained several residents as they waited for the wall gate to open in order to return home from collecting Olive harvest then allowed them through at 19:30.

JERICHO

Raid

At 08:10, Israeli forces raided Jericho city as they escorted a group of Israeli settlers as they stormed a Synagogue then withdrew at 11:45.

Temporary Detention

At 14:20, Israeli forces positioned at Allenby bridge temporarily detained Mahran Zuhdi Abu Shusha {A resident of Al-Amari camp in Al-Bireh city} then released him at 19:40.

BETHLEHEM

Raid

At 03:45, Israeli forces raided Bethlehem city, Beit Sahur and Beit Jalla cities until 03:55.

Attack

At 15:40, Israeli forces positioned at Billal Bin Rabah mosque located in North Bethlehem city fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

Settlers Attacks

On October 20th 2017, Israeli settlers from "Sedi Bughar" settlement outpost stormed agricultural land in Ein Al-Qassis area in Al-Khader town and assaulted Ibrahim Mohammad Saleem Subieh {A resident of Al-Khader town} as he was harvesting olives and as a result left him hospitalized with contusions.

Injuries

Ibrahim Mohammad Saleem Subieh {A resident of Al-Khader town} was hospitalized with contusions after a group of Israeli settlers from "Sedi Bughar" settlement outpost assaulted him as he was harvesting Olives in Ein Al-Qassis area in Al-Khader town.

HEBRON

Raid

1. At 15:10 and again at 18:10, Israeli forces raided Hebron city, clashed with several residents and as a result injured a child then withdrew at 19:40.
2. At 20:10, Israeli forces raided Dura town, stormed the Electricity company and confiscated surveillance camera footage
3. At 00:50, Israeli forces raided Beit Ummar and Beit Ulla towns until 04:35.

Detention

1. On October 19th 2017, Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Mohammad Miflih Al-Ja'bari and Osama Miflih Al-Ja'bari {both are residents of Hebron city}.
2. On October 20th 2017, Israeli forces detained Issa Amro near Al-Ibrahimi mosque in the old city of Hebron.
3. At 18:05, Israeli forces detained Malik Yusef Abu Sheikha {A resident of Karmat village}.

Attack

At 15:10, Israeli forces fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Hebron city and as a result injured a child.

Injuries

The child Uday Ibrahim Abu Aysheh {15 years old} was injured by Israeli soldiers during confrontations in Hebron city.

Confiscation of Property

At 20:10, Israeli forces confiscated surveillance camera footage after storming and searching the electricity company in Dura town.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza stripe and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles .

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is closed.
