Raid

1. At 01:15, Israeli forces raided Kafr Aqab town then stormed 3 apartment buildings.
2. At 02:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village and detained 43 residents {including 17 children}

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 09:30, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

Settlers Attacks

At 11:00, Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Police forces stormed Wadi Al-Rababa area located in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

At 09:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Taybeh town junction {located along Al-Mu'arajat road which connects Ramallah and Jericho districts} then searched residents and vehicles until 11:00.

Raid

1. At 12:25, Israeli forces raided Rantis village, damaged the windshield of a vehicle owned by Hytham Mohammad Hussien Wahdan and confiscated his laptop .
2. At 03:40, Israeli forces raided Abboud town, detained a resident then withdrew at 04:45.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Mohammad Tarik Abdel-Majeed in Abboud town.

Destruction of Property

At 12:25, Israeli forces damaged the windshield of a vehicle owned by Hytham Mohammad Hussien Wahdan during their raid into Rantis village.

Confiscation of Property

Israeli forces confiscated a laptop computer owned by Hytham Mohammad Hussien Wahdan during their raid into Rantis village.

JENIN

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 15:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Arraba town junction then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 18:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near the entrance of Al-Yamoun town then searched residents and vehicles until 20:00.

Raid

At 04:20, Israeli forces raided Jenin city and Jenin camp then detained 4 residents.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 4 residents: Fares Jaber Saeed Al Shalabi, Faraj Omar Al Sanouri, Yazen Ayman Mahmoud Marei and Abdul Rahman Salah Hussein Turkman during their raid into Jenin city and Jenin camp.

TUBAS

Raid

At 22:00, Israeli forces raided Ein Al-Bayda village.

Settlers Attacks

At 14:40, a Israeli settler from "Migola" settlement positioned near Ein Al-Bayda village in the North Jordan valley chased several school children near the settlement.

TULKAREM

Raid

At 11:50, Israeli forces raided Attil town until 14:45.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 19:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqilya city then searched residents and vehicles until 21:30.
2. At 22:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town hen searched residents and vehicles until 22:45

Detention

1. At 02:30 on October 21st 2017, Israeli forces detained Mahmoud Billal Mansour during their raid into Qalqilya city.
2. At 16:15, Israeli forces detained 2 residents {including a child}: Mohammad Nimer Shabtoya and Hamza Mohammad Nimer Shabtoya {12 years old} as they were collecting Olive harvest on their land in Azzun town located near "Malee Shamron" settlement.

NABLUS

Settlers Attacks

At 10:15, a group of Israeli settlers stormed agricultural land in east Burin village and stole Olive harvest then provoked several residents while they were collecting olive harvest in the area then withdrew under the protection of the Israeli Military.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

At 18:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Iskaka village bridge then searched residents and vehicles until 19:10.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Beit Fajjar town then searched residents and vehicles until 11:30.
2. At 11:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Teqou' town then searched residents and vehicles until 14:30.
3. At 11:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Nashah area junction {located at the south entrance of Bethlehem city} and detained a resident.
4. At 12:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Aqbat Hasna area located near Husan village then searched residents and vehicles until 15:40.
5. At 15:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Khader town then searched residents and vehicles.
6. At 17:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Um Salmuna village then searched residents and vehicles.
7. At 19:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Al-Carmisan area located in North Beit Jalla city then searched residents and vehicles until 19:45.

Raid

At 11:25, Israeli forces raided Teqou' town, clashed with several residents and used several employees of the Municipality as Human shields during clashes and at 17:30 clashed with residents near the west entrance of town then withdrew at a later time.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Rami Mohammad Abdel-Rahman Thawabtah {A resident of Beit Fajjar town} near Al-Nashash area junction {located in south Bethlehem city}.

Attack

At 11:25 and again at 17:30, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets , stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Teqou' town.

Temporary Detention

At 11:25, Israeli forces temporarily detained several employees of the Municipality and used them as Human shields during clashes in Teqou town.

Closure of main Roads

At 21:10, Israeli forces closed the entrances of Jurat Al-Sham'a, Um Salmuna, Marah Ma'la , Marah Rabah and Wadi Al-Nees villages thus only allowing residents of the village to only enter.

HEBRON

Detention

At 14:50, Israeli forces positioned at Abu Al-Rish Military checkpoint located near Al-Ibrahimi Mosque compound in the old city of Hebron detained the child Ghada Azzam Azzmi Shamas {16 years old}{A resident of Hebron city} for allegedly attempting to stab a Israeli soldier.

Attack

1. At 18:00, Israeli forces positioned near Al-Arub camp fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.
2. At 20:35, Israeli forces positioned in Al-Kasarat area located in the south area of the old city of Hebron fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result left 5 residents inside the home of Jihad Al-Rajabi suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
3. On the evening of October 21st 2017, Israeli forces positioned in Al-Thaher area located in Beit Ummar town and near "Karmi Tsur" settlement fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza stripe and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles .
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza District.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

At 08:30 on October 22nd 2017, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Waha area located in west Beit Lahiya town

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entry of goods, fuel, construction material for the private sector and internationally funded projects.
