WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Military Checkpoints

At 07:00 on October 23rd 2017, Israeli forces closed Beit Iksa Military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 08:00.

Flying Checkpoints

At 19:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near the north junction of Al-Ram town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At dawn on October 23rd 2017, Israeli forces raided Biddu town and detained a resident after storming and searching his home.
2.At dawn on October 23rd 2017, Israeli forces raided Al-Qabiba village and detained a resident.
3. At 22:00, Israeli forces raided Kafr Aqab town, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several residents then withdrew at 23:15.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Mohammad Nabeel Abu Eid in Biddu town.
2. Israeli forces detained Shareef Khalid Hussien Al-Khadour in Al-Qubibat village.

Attack

At 22:00, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed several buildings during their raid into Kafr Aqab town.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 09:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

At 10:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Silwad town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At dawn on October 23rd 2017, Israeli forces raided Deir Abu Mash'al village and detained a resident.
2. At 18:20, Israeli forces raided Silwad town and detained 2 residents.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Ibrahim Hassan Atta in Deir Abu Mash'al village.
2. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Kamal Suliman Hamad and Ala Ali Hamad in Silwad town.

Land Confiscation

On October 23rd 2017, Israeli forces issued a military order for the confiscation of a plot of land in Al-Nabi Saleh village located near "Halmish" settlement for alleged security purposes.

JENIN

Flying Checkpoints

At 17:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Kafr Dan village junction then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 17:30, Israeli forces raided Kafrit village.
2. At 17:50, Israeli forces raided Jenin city.
3. At 05:20, Israeli forces raided Qabatiya town and detained 6 residents.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 6 residents: Maher Saty Sadiq Abu-Rab {17 years old}, Mohammed Lutfi Abu-Rab, Hassan Khalil Mohammed Kamil, Abdel Aziz Hassan Ali Abu-Rab, Mohamed Mustafa Ahmed Kamil, Abdel Moneim Hassan Abdel Karim Abu-Rab in Qabatiya town.

At 03:10, Israeli forces raided Al-Far'a camp,stormed a home then withdrew at 04:25.

TULKAREM

Raid

At dawn on October 23rd 2017, Israeli forces raided Tulkarem city and Tulkarem camp and detained 2 residents.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Abdallah Hussien Al-Alami {A resident of Tulkarem camp} and Malik Sa'ed Saleem Khurwiesh {A resident of Tulkarem camp} during their raid into Tulkarem city and Tulkarem camp.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 11:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Hablat tunnel{located at the south entrance of Qalqilya city} then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 19:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles until 22:00.

Raid

At 01:10, Israeli forces raided Qalqilya city until 05:15.

NABLUS

Military Checkpoints

At 20:50, Israeli forces closed Beit Furiq Military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 21:10.

Raid

At 01:25, Israeli forces raided Sabastiya village, stormed and searched a home then withdrew at 04:35.

Settlers Attacks

At 14:20, a group of Israeli settlers stormed agricultural land in Huwara town and provoked several residents who were collecting Olive harvest then withdrew under the protection of the Israeli Military.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

At 16:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint beneath Iskaka village bridge then searched residents and vehicles until 16:55.

JERICHO

Raid

At 01:25, Israeli forces raided Ein Al-Sultan camp in Jericho city until 02:55.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 13:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beit Jallah city then searched residents and vehicles until 13:45.
2. At 15:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Um Salmuna village then searched residents and vehicles until 16:00.
3. At 23:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Nashash area junction {located at the south entrance of Bethlehem city} then searched residents and vehicles until 00:25.

Raid

1. At 01:10, Israeli forces raided Beit Fajjar town and summoned the child: Ahmad Salah Mohammad Taqatqa {16 years old} to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.
2. At 01:35, Israeli forces raided Teqou' town, detained 2 residents then withdrew at 03:35.
3. At 05:20, Israeli forces raided Bethlehem city and detained 3 residents.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Qusay Jamal Mohammad Al-Amour {16 years old} and Mohammad Nu'man Jibril {17 years old} in Teqou' town.
2. Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Khalil Khader Shuqat, Ahmad Jamal Khalil Al-Harimi and Nader Ayad Mohammad Al-Harimi in Bethlehem city.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 18:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Beit Einoun village {located at the south entrance of Sa'ir town} then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 22:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Ithna town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 09:05, Israeli forces raided Surif village then stormed and searched a home.
2. At 15:15, Israeli forces raided Al-Samou' town then stormed a home.
3. At 15:30, Israeli forces raided Beit Ulla town then stormed 3 homes.
4. At dawn on October 24th 2017, Israeli forces raided Beit Awwa town, stormed and searched several homes, detained a resident, confiscated 80000 NIS from Mahmoud Salama's home.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Mohammad Yasser Abdel-Raziq Masalmah in Beit Awwa town.

Attack

At 14:05, Israeli forces positioned in Al-Kasarat area located in the south area of the old city of Hebron fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

Confiscation of Property

At dawn on October 24th 2017, Israeli forces confiscated 80000 NIS from the home of Mahmoud Masalmah during their raid into Beit Awwa town.

Assaults on Property

At 16:00, Israeli forces positioned in Ein Al-Far'a area located in Dura town near "Adora" settlement levelled a plot of land owned by Hajja family.

Settlers Attacks

At 21:00, Israeli settlers stormed Um Al-Kheir village near "Karmiel" settlement in east Yatta town and stoned several homes then withdrew under the protection of the Israeli Military.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza stripe and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles .

• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza District.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

On the morning of October 23rd 2017, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Waha area located in west Beit Lahiya town

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entry of goods, fuel, construction material for the private sector and internationally funded projects
