WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 14:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Hizma town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At dawn on October 24th 2018, Israeli forces raided Abu Dis town and detained 2 residents.
2. At dawn on October 24th 2018, Israeli forces raided Anata town and detained a resident.

Detention

1. At 07:30 on October 24th 2018, Israeli forces detained Khalid Al-Zir in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city.
2. At 23:30, Israeli forces detained Yusef Jazinat in the old city of Jerusalem.
3. At dawn on October 25th 2018, Israeli forces detained 5 residents {including a child}: Mohammed Nur Abu Nab {16 years old}, Ahmed Dandis, Amjad Abu Nab, Firas Husseini and Majdi Abu Nab in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city.
4. At dawn on October 25th 2018, Israeli forces detained Rami Al-Rashq in the old city of Jerusalem.
5. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Moath Yusef Rabi'i and Mohammad Saqer Salah in Abu Dis town.
6. Israeli forces detained Sa'id Al-Ma'barji in Anata town.

Attack

At 21:00, Israeli forces positioned near the entrance of Hizma town fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning

Home seizure

At 07:30 on October 24th 2018, Israeli forces seized a home owned by Jawad Abu Isneneh located in Batn Al-Hawa area in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city and handed it to the "Ateret Cohnim" settlement Association (under the pretext of owning the house that is located in a 5-storey building that was seized in 2015 except for the house of Jawad Abu Sneineh).

Assault on Governmental Institutions

On the morning of October 24th 2018, Israeli forces surrounded the Headquarters of the Governorate of Jerusalem located in Dahiyat Al-Barid area in Jerusalem city, and prevented staff from entering or leaving the headquarters.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

1. At 09:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.
2. On the morning of October 24th 2018, Israeli forces assaulted several monks, nuns and demonstrators near the entrance to the Coptic Monastery of the Sultan near the Church of the Holy Sepulcher in the Old City of Jerusalem in protest against the restoration work carried out by the Israeli occupation authorities inside the monastery for the Ahbash without the approval of the Coptic Church and proceeded to assault a monk as they detained him

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

1. At 07:35 on October 24th 2018, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village then searched residents and vehicles until 12:30.
2. At 20:15, Israeli forces set up 3 Military checkpoints at the entrance of Abboud town, Deir Nitham and Shuqba villages then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 03:00, Israeli forces raided Beituniya town and clashed with several residents.
2. At 03:15, Israeli forces raided Ramallah city, clashed with several residents then withdrew at 05:25.

Attack

1. At 03:00, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Beituniya town.
2. At 03:15, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Ramallah city.

At 10:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Bardala and Kardala villages located in the North Jordan valley then searched residents and vehicles.

Military Checkpoints

At 18:45, the Israeli military intensified their restrictions at "Enav" checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 20:10.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 20:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 20:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Izbit Al-Tabib village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 13:20, Israeli forces raided Azzun town.
2. At 18:40, Israeli forces raided Kafr Laqif village and detained a resident.
3. At 18:50,Israeli forces raided Azzun town and detained a resident.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Rami Yusef Sabri Hillal in Kafr Laqif village.
2.Israeli forces detained Mansour Faraj Allah Al-Ghazawi in Azzun town.

NABLUS

Military Checkpoints

At 17:35, the Israeli Military intensified their restrictions at Huwara checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Flying Checkpoints

At 19:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Muraba'a area junction located near the entrance of Tel village then searched residents and vehicles until 21:30.

Raid

At 03:15, Israeli forces raided Nablus city, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched a home, detained 5 residents then withdrew at 06:55.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 5 residents: Karim Masri, Mujahid Tabnja, Mehdi Habroun, Moatasem Majdi Rifai and Marwan Qur'awi in Nablus city.

Attack

At 03:15, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Nablus city.

SALFIT

At 10:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Marda village then searched residents and vehicles.

BETHLEHEM

At 12:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Teqou' town then searched residents and vehicles until 14:55.

Raid

At 06:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Duhisheh camp in Bethlehem city, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes and as a result injured 3 residents then detained a resident.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Mohammad Ma'rouf Al-Atrash during their raid into Al-Duhisheh camp in Bethlehem city.

Attack

At 06:00, Israeli forces fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes and as a result injured 3 residents during their raid into Al-Duhisheh camp in Bethlehem city.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 3 residents: Mohammed Mahmoud Khalawi {17 years old}, Mohammed Raed Shamrokh, and Raed Mohammed Lahham during clashes in Al-Duhisheh camp in Bethlehem city.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 11:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Ithna town and detained a resident.
2. At 12:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Sa'ir town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At dawn on October 24th 2018, Israeli forces raided Beit Ummar town and detained 2 residents.
2. At 21:30, Israeli forces raided Hebron city as they escorted a group of Israeli settlers who stormed Al-Ramah pool area then detained a resident.
3. At dawn on October 25th 2018, Israeli forces raided Halhul town and detained 2 residents.

Detention

1. Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint near the entrance of Ithna town detained Muhannad Raed Mahmoud Tamizi - a resident of Ithna town}.
2. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Mohammad Al-Tety and Jihad Al-Tety in Beit Ummar town.
3. Israeli forces detained Ma'moun Ameen Al-Tamimi in Hebron city.
4. Israeli forces detained Ibrahim Khalil Zamar'a and Uday Khalil Zamar'a in Halhul town.

Temporary Detention

At 11:40, Israeli forces positioned near Al-Ibrahimi mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem temporarily detained Ahlam Yusef Kahalf then released her at a later time.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts.
• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire and launching tank artillery shells from their positions behind the Green line towards Rafah district and as a result injured 8 residents {including a journalist}..
• Israeli Military aircraft's broke the ceasefire agreement by launching several missiles {during 8 consecutive airstrikes} towards North Gaza, Khan Yunis and Rafah districts

• Palestinian Gunmen broke the ceasefire agreement by launching projectiles towards the Green Line.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Air Strike

1. At 02:15 on October 25th 2018, Israeli Military aircraft's launched a missile towards Palestinian Gunmen sites located near Al-Shiekh Zayid city located in North east Beit Lahiya town.
2. At 02:20 on October 25th 2018, Israeli Military aircraft's launched 3 missile towards Palestinian Gunmen sites located near Al-Shiekh Zayid city located in North east Beit Lahiya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Palestinian Attacks

At 23:40 on October 24th 2018, Palestinian gunmen launched projectiles towards the Green Line.

KHAN YUNIS

Air Strike

At 02:05 on October 25th 2018, Israeli Military aircraft's launched a missile towards Palestinian Gunmen sites located West Khan Yunis city.

Detention

At 17:40 on October 24th 2018, Israeli forces detained a unidentified resident in east Khan Yunis city as he attempted to climb the border fence into Israel.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.

Attack

1. At 21:30 on October 24th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Rafah city during the march of return and as a result killed a child and injured 8 residents.
2. At 21:50 on October 24th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired tank artillery shells towards agricultural land in east Rafah city.

Air Strike

1. At 15:40 on October 24th 2018, Israeli Military aircraft's launched a missile towards Palestinian Gunmen sites located in Al-Shukat town in east Rafah city.
2. At 16:15 on October 24th 2018, Israeli Military aircraft's launched a missile towards Palestinian Gunmen sites located east Rafah city.
3. At 02:10 on October 25th 2018, Israeli Military aircraft's launched 2 missiles towards Palestinian Gunmen sites located east Rafah city.
4. At 02:15 on October 25th 2018, Israeli Military aircraft's launched a missile towards Palestinian Gunmen sites located North West Rafah city.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 8 residents {including a journalist}: Anas Rouhi Abdullah Al-Ghoul {A journalist}, Mohammed Al-Sadoudi, Mohammed Farid Abu Mohsen, Samir Ahmed Zo'rob, Zaki Ahmed Zo'rob during clashes in east Rafah city.
