JERUSALEM

Detention

At 17:30, Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Ramzi Omar Zaanin and his sons Omar and Ayham in the old city of Jerusalem.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 10:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 10:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village then searched residents and vehicles until 11:30.
2. At 14:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Ni'lin town and detained a resident.

Detention

Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint at the entrance of Ni'lin town detained Mohammad Ayed Sarour {A resident of Ni'lin town}.

TUBAS

Assaults on Property

1.On October 24th 2018, Israeli forces stormed Khirbeit Thar'a area in the North Jordan valley and served a military order to halt construction on 17 homes and agricultural structure for allegedly being built with out a licence.
2. On October 25th 2018, Israeli forces stormed Deir Ibziq village and served a military order to halt construction on a agricultural farm owned by Mohammad Mahmoud Sawaft for allegedly being archaeological site.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 17:10, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Raid

1. At 05:30, Israeli forces raided Zieta town, detained a resident then withdrew at 07:10.
2. At 05:50, Israeli forces raided Shweikiya neighborhood in Tulkarem city, detained 2 residents as they stormed and searched their homes then stormed and searched a Charitable Society Headquarters, temporarily detained 2 residents and released them at a later time then withdrew at 07:10.

Detention

1. At 15:40, Israeli forces positioned at Jabra Military checkpoint detained Imad Khalid Awad Maher {A resident of Tulkarem city}.
2. Israeli forces detained Layth Mohammad Ali Abu Hamdah in Zieta town.
3. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Ahmed Iskandar Mahmoud Abdel Rahman Mahdawi y Amir Hashim Hosny Al-Qasim
in Shweikiya neighborhood in Tulkarem city.

Temporary Detention

At 05:50, Israeli forces temporarily detained 2 residents : Mounir Abdelkader Saleh Omar and Saji Youssef Mahmoud Melhem as they as they stormed and searched their homes during their raid into in Shweikiya neighborhood in Tulkarem city then released them at a later time.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 12:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Izbit Al-Tabib village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 13:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 16:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Hablah town tunnel {located at the south entrance of Qalqiliya city} then searched residents and vehicles.
4. At 16:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city then searched residents and vehicles.

Attack

At 17:00, Israeli forces positioned at the wall gate in Al-Naqqar neighborhood in Qalqiliya city fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning then detained 2 children and temporarily detained a child and released him at a later time.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 2 children: Ahmad Mohammad Abu Shihab {17 years old} and Eyad Salem Abu Shihab {15 years old} during clashes near the wall gate in Al-Naqqar neighborhood in Qalqiliya city.

Temporary Detention

At 17:00, Israeli forces positioned at the wall gate in Al-Naqqar neighborhood in Qalqiliya city temporarily detained the child: Anas Maher Yusef {10 years old} then released him at 18:00.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 14:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Sara village junction then searched residents and vehicles until 16:00.
2. At 14:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Deir Sharaf village junction then searched residents and vehicles until 16:40.

Raid

At 19:00, Israeli forces raided Qabalan town, detained 4 residents then withdrew at 21:15.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 4 residents: Diaa Abdul Basit Al-Alama, Abdul Rahman Saleh Salim, Mahmoud Khalil al-Amla and Mohammed Bassam Al-Omlama during their raid into Qabalan town.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

At 21:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the south entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles until 23:00.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 17:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Nashash area junction {located at the south entrance of Bethlehem city} then searched residents and vehicles until 17:40.

HEBRON

Detention

At 21:40, Israeli forces positioned near Al-Ibrahimi Mosque compound in the old city of Hebron detained Ruya Abdel-Rahman Fareed Al-Adhami {A resident of Hebron city}.

Assault on Educational sector

On the afternoon on October 25th 2018, Israeli forces positioned in the old city of Hebron fired stun and tear gas canisters towards Al-Nahda Secondary school for alleged stoning by students and as a result left several school children suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza,Gaza, and Khan Yunis districts and as a result injured a resident.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

At 21:00 on October 25th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators near east Jabaliya town during the march of return and as a result injured a resident.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured a unidentified resident during clashes in east Jabaliya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Attack

At 21:00 on October 25th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Gaza city during the march of return.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

At 18:45 on October 25th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards several residents near the border fence in east Khuza'a town located in east Khan Yunis city during the march of return.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
