JERUSALEM

Raid

At 17:00, Israeli forces raided Abu Dis town, clashed with several residents and detained another.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Mahmoud Awwadah Arikat in Abu Dis town.

Attack

At 17:00, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Abu Dis town.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Demonstrations

1. At 13:40, a demonstrations took place in Bi'lin town protesting against the construction of the wall during which Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades and prevented residents from reaching the demonstration site.
2. At 13:40, a demonstrations took place in Ni'lin town protesting against the construction of the wall during which Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades and prevented residents from reaching the demonstration site.

Attack

1. At 13:40, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning during demonstrations in Bi'lin town and as a result left them suffocated from tear gas inhalation
2. At 13:40, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning during demonstrations in Ni'lin town and as a result left them suffocated from tear gas inhalation
3. At 17:25, Israeli forces positioned at "Psagot" settlement located in east Al-Bireh city fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.

JENIN

Detention

At dawn on October 27th 2017, Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Khalid Ahmad Nayef Turkman {16 years old}, Mohammad Sa'ed Amarnah and Anwar Hamad Abu Bakir during their raid into Ya'bad.

TULKAREM

Raid

At 00:45, Israeli forces raided Nur Al-Shams camp, clashed with several residents as they stormed a home, detained a resident then withdrew at 02:45.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Aysar Adnan Ahmad Jaber in Nour Al-Shams camp in Tulkarem city.

Attack

1. At 20:35, Israeli forces positioned near the wall gate in Bi'r Al-Kasa area fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.
2. At 00:45, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Nur Al-Shams camp in Tulkarem city.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

At 15:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.

Physical Assault

At 23:15, Israeli forces positioned at the entrance of Azzun town assaulted Othman Abdel-Hadi Bartan {A resident of Azzun town} and as left him hospitalized with contusions.

Demonstrations

At 13:00,a demonstration took place in Kafr Qaddum village against the closure of the east entrance during which they clashed with Israeli forces tried to disrupt the demonstration by firing rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards demonstrators who attempted to reach the demonstration site and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Attack

1. At 13:30,Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents who were participating in demonstrations against the closure of the east entrance of Kafr Qaddum village and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
2. At 15:30, Israeli forces positioned at the west entrance of Jayyous town fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at "Shave Shamron" settlement junction then searched residents and vehicles until 11:30.
2. At 22:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Aqraba and Beita towns then searched residents and vehicles.

Detention

At 17:40, Israeli forces positioned near "Shave Shomron" settlement detained 5 residents: Suliman Anis Abu Hussien, Abdel-Ra'uf Musheir Salah, Usayed Khalid Daghlas, Rashid Khalil Daghlas and Mu'in Haries Hajat {A resident of Burqa village}.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

At 17:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Salfit city then searched residents and vehicles.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 19:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Nashash area junction {located at the south entrance of Bethlehem city} then searched residents and vehicles until 23:00.

Raid

At 02:35, Israeli forces raided Beit Jallah city, stormed and searched several homes then withdrew at 04:50.

Attack

1. At 14:15, Israeli forces positioned at Ayada camp in Bethlehem city fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.
2. At 17:25, Israeli forces positioned at the west entrance of Teqou' town fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

At 23:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Tarmat village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 14:05, Israeli forces raided Al-Arrub camp then stormed a home.

Temporary Detention

At 15:15, Israeli forces positioned near "Isvar" settlement detained Ahmad Ali Hamdnan Halayqa, his mother and his brother as they were harvesting Olives on their agricultural land then released them at 16:20.

Attack

At 21:55, Israeli forces positioned at Al-Kasarat area in the old city of Hebron fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.

Settlers Attacks

1. At 10:55, a group of Israeli settlers stormed agricultural land in south east Yatta town and assaulted Ribhiya Raba'i and Ahmad Ibrahim Raba'i {17 years old} as they were collecting Olive harvest on their land near "Magon" settlement.
2. At 21:55, a group of Israeli settlers stormed Al-Ras area in the old city of Hebron then stoned residents and vehicles.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza stripe and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles .

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza, Central Gaza district which resulted in the injury of 4 residents.
•The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by raiding Khan Yunis district.
•Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza district.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

1. At 07:45 on October 27th 2017, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Waha area located in North West Beit Lahiya town.
2. At 16:00 on October 27th 2017, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green line opened fire towards several demonstrators in east Jabaliya town and as a result injured 2 resident.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 2 unidentified residents in east Jabaliya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

At 16:00 on October 27th 2017, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green line opened fire towards several demonstrators in east Al-Buriej camp and as a result injured 2 resident.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 2 unidentified residents in east Al-Buriej camp.

KHAN YUNIS

Raid

At 09:00 on October 27th 2017, Israeli forces escorting Military bulldozers stormed 50m into the vicinity of east Khuz'a town and opened fire as they levelled a plot of land then withdrew at 14:50.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entry of goods, fuel, construction material for the private sector and internationally funded projects.
