WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

1.On the evening of October 27th 2019, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village and forced several owners of shops to close down.
2. At dawn on October 28th 2019, Israeli forces raided Biddu town and detained a resident.
3. At dawn on October 28th 2019, Israeli forces raided Qalandiya camp and detained a resident.
4. At dawn on October 28th 2019, Israeli forces raided Kafr Aqab town and detained a resident.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Harb Ali Al-Dali in Biddu town.
2. Israeli forces detained Mohammad Al-Hazin in Qalandiya camp.
3. Israeli forces detained Abdel-Mu'ti Abu Sineineh in Kafr Aqab town.

Temporary Detention

On October 27th 2019, Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city sentenced 2 residents: Rabah Khadr Abu Al-Hummus and Taha Abu Rayala to home detention for a period of 5 days and fined them each 3000 NIS as a condition for their release after being detained at an earlier time.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 08:30,a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police forces stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

JENIN

Raid

At dawn on October 28th 2019, Israeli forces raided Jenin city, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched the family home of Ahmad Jamal Al-Qambah {a Palestinian Detainee} and took photographs and measurements of the home in order to demolish it.

Attack

At dawn on October 28th 2019, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched the family home of Ahmad Jamal Al-Qambah {a Palestinian Detainee} during their raid into Jenin city.

TULKAREM

Raid

1. At 02:10, Israeli forces raided Tulkarem city, detained 2 residents then withdrew at 05:35.
2. At dawn on October 28th 2019, Israeli forces raided Quffin town then clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched 2 homes.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Husni Hasan Husni Abu Shanab and Qassim Riyad Badir in Tulkarem city.

Attack

At dawn on October 28th 2019, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched 2 homes during their raid into Quffin town.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

At 17:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Habla tunnel {located at the south entrance of Qalqiliya city} then detained a resident.

Raid

At 23:20, Israeli forces raided Azzun town, stormed and searched a home then withdrew at 00:30.

Detention

Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint at the entrance of Habla tunnel {located at the south entrance of Qalqiliya city} detained Ibrahim Kamal Zied Al-Hindi {a resident of Qalqiliya city}.

NABLUS

Military Checkpoints

At 08:45,Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Beit Furik Military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 12:00.

Raid

At dawn on October 27th 2019 and at dawn on October 28th 2019, Israeli forces raided Nablus city and clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched a home.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Hussien Mohammad Qattuf {a resident of Yatta town in Hebron district} during their raid into Nablus city.

Attack

At dawn on October 28th 2019, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched a home during their raid into Nablus city.

Settlers Attacks

At dawn on October 28th 2019, a group of Israeli settlers stormed the northern area of Huwara town { near "Yitzhar" settlement junction} and spray painted anti arab and racist slogans on the wall of a home owned by Sabri Najeeb Nassar.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Yassuf village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 11:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the south entrance of Salfit city then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 21:30, Israeli forces raided Kafil Harris town as they escorted a group of Israeli settlers who stormed archaeological sites in the area then proceeded to throw stones towards the homes of Alaa Saleh Hamad and Adel Abu Yacoub and as a result broke several windows in both homes.

Assaults on Property

On October 27th 2019, Israeli forces prevented several farmers from entering their agricultural land located behind the wall located near "Arail" settlement in west Salfit city despite having permits to enter the area and also prevented several farmers from entering agricultural land in Mashat village which is located behind the wall despite having permits to enter the area.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 10:30 and again at 20:30,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the west villages of Bethlehem district} then searched residents and vehicles until 20:50.
2. At 11:55 and again at 18:30,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Nashash area junction {located at the south entrance of Bethlehem city} then searched residents and vehicles.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:35,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Al-Ain area in Tel Al-Rumayda neighborhood located in the old city of Hebron then searched residents and vehicles until 11:00.
2. At 09:45, Israeli forces set up 2 checkpoints at the North and South entrances of Hebron city then searched residents and vehicles until 11:30.
3. At 21:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Zif village junction then searched residents and vehicles until 23:00.

Raid

1. At 05:00, Israeli forces raided Hebron city and detained a resident.
2. At 06:45, Israeli forces raided Al-Arrub camp, detained 14 residents {including 6 children} and confiscated 1700 NIS from a home.
3. At dawn on October 28th 2019, Israeli forces raided Beit Kahil town and detained 2 residents.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Ameer Hijazi Mustafa Abu Aishat in Hebron city.
2 .Israeli forces detained detained 14 residents {including 6 children}:Jihad Emad al-Titi, Majid Tayseer al-Titi, Islam Jamal Jawabreh {17 years old}, Rushdi Salim Rushdi {16 years old}, Ammar Mohammed Mahmoud Jawabreh, {17 years old}; Mohammad Waleed Hajajrat {15 years old},Qusay Wael Badawi{16 years old},Muhannad Mohammed Abu Shamaa , Muhammad Harun Halaiqa, and Nael Mohammed Harun Halaiqa during their raid into Al-Arrub camp.
3.Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Mahmoud Raed Asafra and Bakr Ahmad Mahmoud Asafra in Beit Kahil town.

Attack

At 14:55, Israeli forces positioned near Al-Arrub camp fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents near the camp entrance for alleged stoning.

Confiscation of Property

At 06:45, Israeli forces confiscated 1700 NIS from the home of Yasser Bannat during their raid into Al-Arrub camp.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• At 19:00 on August 26th 2019,The permanent and comprehensive cease-fire entered into force on the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, introduce humanitarian and relief assistance and reconstruction supplies, expand the fishing area for 6 miles, Up to 12 miles by the end of the current year, reducing the area of ​​the buffer zone from 300 m to 100 m, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. The other issues, including the airport and the port, will be negotiated within one month of the cease-fire.
On the morning of 28 June 2019, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the sea fishing area in the north of the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip and up to 6 nautical miles from the port of Gaza and from the port of Gaza to the south of Rafah until 15 nautical miles .

•Israeli forces broke the cease fire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Khan Yunis district.

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

At 07:30 on October 27th 2019,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Khuza'a town located in east Khan Yunis city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
